Do you meet the requirements: Yes I do, I have a good and functioning microphone, I am a Colonel, I am respectful towards other and do not try to start arguments, I have met all the specifications for the application, my age is over 13 years old and I will not be advertising my application to anyone as I acknowledge that this will get me denied instantly and will leave a mark on my reputation.

Quick summary about you: (70 Words - Minimum):  

I am a 16 year old from North Yorkshire, England. I have recently left school and are moving onto college where I will be studying network security. I have been a member of the WG community for 2 years now and have made quite a few friends along the way. My first ever regiment was CG where I managed to get to the rank of SGTM (CG SGTM Pixeltrooper). I then decided to join CE and remember Nathan being EXO and Pie being Commander. Then at the start of February I can back to the server after maybe half a year and was greeted by Brandon, he remembered me but I just kinda awkwardly said yeah back (sorry for forgetting you Brandon), once a CT I decided again to join CE where I met some good friends and got where I am today.

What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum): 

I believe that I should be picked because of my years on the server and how I have matured. In school, I did a course in leadership which is a bit on the nose when it come to battalion. In this class I was taught how to organise and host events within my community. This as a whole has really developed my confidence and I know that I can bring everything I have learnt from my school and in-game experience to my Battalion job. 

Also, I have a overall positive presence when it comes to the Star Wars RP community and have only got one warning almost 2 years ago. I believe that my personality is mature and friendly and this has made me some good friends on the server. I will admit that over the years I have done things which I shouldn't have done (e.g Arguing with people when I should have just left it) ,but I believe through these experiences that I have seen where I have gone wrong and have developed myself in a way to which it would never happen again. 

My rank as Colonel also shows my dedication and attitude to hierarchy and others in my regiment and on the server as a whole. My recommendations for MOTW two times also helps highlight my work inside my regiment. Finally, my activity on the sever will be high (e.g On everyday for at least three hours). This is because I am going into College and I will have a day out of college on the weekday "study day" as well as low hours inside of College. This contradicts many people as after COVID they are either going back secondary school where they might be preparing for their GCSEs and  all their time schedules are fixed or are going back to work, making College this sweet spot in the middle where I can study and be active at the same time.

Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum):

The roles and responsibilities of Battalion on Defcon five are to make sure that the Base is running smoothly with granting and denying things such as trainings and PFTs whilst also always being on there guard to spring into action when ever the base is under attack.  You are basically the overseer, making sure that everything is done properly and there is no misconduct going on. If there is any problems it is Battalions role to address and resolve those problems. Battalion should also act professionally at all times making sure that they set a good example for troops. This includes things like not running place to place and when addressing a higher rank always addressing them with "sir".

When on Defcon 4-2 it battalions job to make sure that  all troops are informed on the situation and where to go. Battalion are there to guide regiments to make sure they are defending the base effectively, this normally falls to the leading battalion and the co-leading battalion, all other battalion should stay with their regiments or be fighting. 

In the regiments they are supervising they are responsible for making trainings and making sure the regiment is in the best shape it can be in. This means being active and keeping good relations with not just the hierarchy of that regiment but the whole regiment. 

In briefings its battalions job to inform the clones on what is going to happen when they either land on a new base or a hostile environment. This is crucial to not just the troops but to the EP as any confusion can break a event. Also, when doing debriefs it is battalions job to sum up the last event and give out both criticism and  praise to regiments as well as PTS's which gives a moment for troops to give feedback on yourself and others.

I have been kicked from CG and CE for inactivity 2 years ago, was going on school trips and focusing on schoolwork. Also had a warn for switching role to avoid roleplay (Feb 2019)

Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank:

Yes I do, I also know to be respectful to others, no matter what rank and not to let your ego get past you.

What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL): 

They should stick with the regiments they are supervising and help them with your weaponry and skills on the battlefield. The only thing is, you should NOT start commanding that regiment, that is for that regiments commander to do,  but you can tell them where to go if (e.g) they are searching building or are in a low combat environment and have been assigned to do something ( You can basically give out more of a suggestion than a order). Another thing is that, you can be ordered by the leading battalion to look over and follow a certain regiment and you would do this as the leading battalion is the one commanding at that time.

What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session?:
 

1. Doing some sort of mando ( faces, formations and questions) 

2. Successfully lead a event

3. Calling and Doing a debrief 

What is the job of the Co-Leader during events?: 

To help the leading Battalion with making big choices and also granting or denying any requests that regiments give (e.g Denying the use of speeders). You are a aid for the leading battalion

It would be pretty nice t join Battalion after all these years of watching them I would finally become one.

During my time in CE, Pixel has re-joined and dedicated a great deal of his time into the server and becoming a better leader. He is a Colonel which shows that he is competent enough to earn the Colonel role. He has also progressed through the ranks of CE in previous occasions and he has a lot of experiance of how Battalion operate due to his lengthy time on the server despite his break. Overall, I believe that Pixel would be a good choice for Battalion.
