Story:

Event Information:
During Defcon 5 on a Random Base, A large explosion goes off. IC & Commandos are told to investigate the crash and discover copious amounts of Bombs, Drugs and Heavy Machinery. The Ships last known route is tracked to the planet of Mos_Mesric. After thorough investigation, an Imperial Force is sent to neutralise and destroy the Organisation. After landing on the planet, they are welcomed with open arms by civilians until back-stabbed and put on the offensive by the terrorist organisation. After tough and fierce battles, the Leader is located and IC, (maybe DT/Commandos) are told to find him for questioning. After the capture of their leader, the group is forced to surrender their arms and are put up for public execution.

Yes, and yes.

Yes, to create entertaining events for Troopers to enjoy in the meanwhile. Also know how to balance and keep events unique and not just "an attack". Have creativity with creation of new plots or custom storylines.
Do you understand at the beginning of passing the application stage, you will have to undergo a training phase until completely trusted to create and host events?:
