Accepted Shadow remover

What your suggestion is: Add the shadow remover tool.

Any additional information: It is a popular tool that allows you to see the colors of your builds. However, it is not Advanced Dupe 2 compatible nor is it for Perma Props but it is not that difficult to just spam the tool around where you need it. It does not only remove the shadow but also can add the shadow. I have tested these before and haven't found any issues regarding performance.

Dupes most likely, when putting dupes into the ground I am sure you know that it goes all black and can be a pain in the ass if you want a different wall colour to signal that it is a no collided wall. But this just removes the blackness
