Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: HoEA (2019, got purged out); SD when it was unwhitelisted; Nu-7 Commander ( The update before it becomes full whitelist); E-11 Commander (only for a trial period); ECM

Other whitelist where, however, I was not a high rank: CI when it was whitelisted (I think around 2020) and UIU (2019) not sure if I have received other whitelists but having played for quite a while in the past I probably forget a few

 

Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: 

First of all I would like to put forward my past experience, many of the hours I spent inside the server I spent as a member of the site administration and this gave me enough awareness and knowledge of what my job as a Site Director will be and of the resulting responsibilities. I know how complicated doing this job can sometimes be and how many times it seems like your decisions can put your back to the wall but the important thing is to always keep your head up and try to give your best to improve yourself and make a living good experience for you and all your subordinates. What makes me a good leader is the perseverance and passion that I put into it when I'm doing what I like. My goals as SD have always been to keep the site as safe as possible and above all to try to help anyone with any problem. I think that one factor that is very important is to keep everyone united and make things work well is the communication. It is important to maintain constant communication with your subordinates and be present when they need it most. One of my qualities is flexibility, thanks to my experience in different fields I am sure I can manage the most disparate situations without having too many problems. What I will do is give my best for the site and try to be as present as possible for the people who work with me or for me.

 

What role does the Site Director have on the site?:

The SD as its main task is to make sure that the site works and to always keep it efficient. The SD has great decision-making power in fact only the O5 council can go against his management decisions. In addition to the aspects seen above, the SD being one of the highest ranks, undertakes to collaborate with the other members of the administration to make sure that everything is fine and there are no problems within the site.

 

What is the O5 Council?:

The O5 council is a group of 13 people who manage the foundation behind the scenes. Not much is known about who the members actually are or what activities they carry out and much of their information is classified which makes it a mystery. Many of the foundation's staff do not even know what it is or do not believe they actually exist and even suspect they may be SCPs themselves

Additional information: Hi guys, I want to add this little message to clarify some events. Everything you read above had already been written and sent several months ago, the application was going well and all the rest unfortunately for personal work reasons I was forced to abandon the idea of being able to return to play in decent times so I decided to cancel the post. I hope that some of you, perhaps the older ones, still remember my name. With the fact that the state of emergency in my country is about to end and therefore I will be freer I will return to play and be seen active. I hope everyone who gave me +1 some time ago is happy to see me come back now. I also want to clarify that any kind of feedback regarding the application is welcome. see you in game

Sadly, SD applications are being revamped. So the old applications are currently being denied. We are currently discussing if you should be granted a trial. The overall application is decent, with some good leadership experience, however, I would recommend if you are still interested to try other leadership roles to get insight into how more of the site operates.

Is a great response, I don't see anything wrong with this. Many people do struggle to highlight Why they would be a good fit. You have explained it perfectly.
