What they had done (Please give a detailed description as to what happened): Okay so basically I was doing a event and only 1-2 other people were on in 41st (the regiment I was in) My friend told me in discord (41st CPL Rick) "To shoot him because he had low hp" And the second I shot him once,  he died (I didnt mean to kill him i meant to shoot near him once to annoy him.) Then, he died and said "Im going to report you because you rdmd me!" So I explained to aleks the entire situation and he never asked rick if he wanted me warned or not since he knew that i was his friend. But then aleks just warned me and after he did i told him and so did rick that he didnt want me warned but aleks just said to take it to the forums or smth

 

Overall all i want is my warn removed i dont want anything to happen to aleks or rick i would like it removed because i know it can effect me in the future because say i wanted to become event planner or staff, 1 warn could make or break the deal.

Okay lad 1st never said take it to forums. 2nd its not up to you or rick if you get warned you killed him clear plain simple its RDM. I know you both are mates so messing around with each other but ya RDM is RDM. Warn is valid sorry mystic i dont know what to tell you shouldnt of did it. Also i didnt ask rick if he wanted you wanred cus even if he didnt its RDM.

Okay, Im sorry but im 99% sure you said take it to the forums sorry if i quoted someone else,  I understand i am in the wrong here but on most servers its up the the person who make the sit or whatever you call it if they either want a verbal or a warning (I've said it with other admins to only give them a verbal and they did on this server) And i genuinely didnt mean to kill him i meant to shoot near him to annoy him for not killing him. I dont think your in the wrong just want to try to get a second chance and not have this on my record.

It is not up to the person who was the victim to decide if you get warned or not. This is up to the staff member who was called or who has seen it happening. You broke the rule and you get a warn for that. Other server might do it different but we do it like this.

I didnt mean to hit him so technically it was crossfire. Also, it was on this server where I told the staff to just give them a verbal and the staff did it when he went to warn them (i think he got up to like staff manager or smth)
