  1. Server you got banned from: SCP RP

    Your name in-game: Brigadier Willrick

    Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:132310258

Admins' name that banned you: Xunt

    Admin's steamID:

Why did you get banned?: Toxicity and drama

    Evidence(Un-necessary):

Why do you deserve to be unbanned?: In order for me to reach a conclusion as to why I should be unbanned, it is important for me to first explain my perspective followed by points that should be focused on. I have contacted a few people who were around before, during and after my ban and they said they did not know what went down. This may hopefully shed a light on my case.

The rough date is late July to Early August 2020. SCP RP was undergoing changes after the late group manager trolling (i.e: removal of CI discord, etc.), one of those changes was removal of all group discords and merge under the SCP RP hub discord. Documented resources and many important things got lost in the process of the merge, and while unable to recover it, I went out of my way to make a specific discord server for the Internal Security Main Office, which first was made of MTF Beta 1 and ISD members, further was raised to representatives' of different departments and later was made a hub of Internal Departments - Mobile Task Forces in general, the ISMO and some more. With accordance to “proof” of “staff harrassment” it was scheduled for removal. It was removed under oversight of the C.A.T and never to be seen again. I'd been warned not to remake discords or risk a ban on the SCP RP. And so accordingly, I obliged. The following week I was banned by the late Manager Xunt.

My ban was not just. I had joined this community in 2015 and have since followed it, carefully craving a way for me and other people to estabilish a working idea - a goal for the roleplay. That goal was utilized to its fullest extent. I put a lot of work into different groups, primarily the MTF Beta-1 Cauterizers, widely known from different administrations up to its latest purpose - enforcing discipline in the Foundation and combating the Groups of Interests. Documents, set up roleplay scenarios, pushing for a better tomorrow was a goal of the many who participated in the group and those around it. The group lasted for almost a year total.

Documents that were posted often had Roleplay background surrounding each of them - be it scenarios between the Mobile Task Forces and the Administration (with proper backing) or just between the Foundation and Groups of Interests - because KOS might not always be the way to go, people need a variety to make it interesting. It continued up until June/July 2020 where a lot of things went down as performance deteriorated due to external factors. Staged evidence against my person caused people to believe in different truths, some being that I was “craving” for drama, which just so happened to not be proven.

    Evidence(Un-necessary):

I was removed from MTF Beta-1 by Xunt, who seemingly retained ownership of the group despite himself resigning formally over announcements of our discord. I further argued that since he already decided that I am fully removed (as in removed from whitelisted, purged from spreadsheets) then I should not have been blacklisted just because he saw me as a problem in his way - I was recruited by my Deputy who took over the group following my removal (do note the management change was originally scheduled for Norra Vogel, the SCP-RP Vice-Manager to take over the group - Norra himself was removed for minging prior to the entire situation). I was reassured by the C.A.T handling the matter that if I was to continue “drama” I would be banned from either HLRP or SCP RP - I have not pursued that route to avoid the punitive route.

But that did not seem to have stopped Xunt from going against the decision of the C.A.T and banned me the following week.

Therefore I believe that my ban was fully unjust.

    Anything else?:

One day on the server there had been a court trial organized against a Head of External Affairs by Xunt's O5 character. The outcome did not go in his (Xunt's) favour so he decided to bend the RP schematics to further advance his personal goals, removing the Head of External Affairs. Xunt received backlash for his actions but continued regardless.

In the meanwhile I was involved in another community (I was permanently banned on SCP RP, the trial was streamed for people to see the abuse coming from Xunt, and lo and behold there was more than enough proof, and in order to kill time while waiting for HLRP, I joined different communities to test my abilities and be involved in different places. Small servers aren't competitors to Werwolf Gaming, so it was not a problem for me to be there because no one was playerpulled. If they were, it would definitely mean that they were going to be invested for a long time. And that did not happen. Yes, some people were invited because they found the same interest as mine and wanted to help me accomplish my goal - I reached out to a group of friends, not a group of random people I had not met preiously) because I wanted to see how different servers run their communities to gain experience which I could later use to better my own environment around the places I go to in WG. This however did not go far as I the same day messaged by the Vice-Manager Norra Vogel to send them an invite to the server (so that they could gather evidence against me to use it against me to further estabilish the idea that I was “player-pulling” or “causing drama” - with little to no evidence other than a member list of a discord server that died the next day.

Am I not allowed to say goodbye to people after I spent over a year of my spare time staffing for them?

    do the rie kenn

  4. I'm going to place this here,

The application has been copy-pasted, no effort was put in fixing the grammatical errors, neither have you gotten any experience from what I pressume. The answers to the "What do you do when?" questions are lacking and may be wrong in places.

Question 2: "What if a player wants to join a faction?"
Most of the factions will have in-character interviews/tryouts, not discord applications, so you should know what to do.

Question 4: "What if a player gets IC power but doesn't want to Roleplay with it properly?"
This is purely in-character and your interference as a staff member is not needed. If a player is not roleplaying their rank properly, then it's their fault if they get caught. You don't report them to their hierarchy, that's metagame. Though, if they were to break the server rules, you may interfere and punish them accordingly, then inform the higher ups of their faction.

Question 5: "What if a player is prop spamming?"
You ban them. There is no "depending on the severity," prop spam is prop spam.

Question 6: "What if a player is breaking RP because he doesn't like the outcome of the RP?"
The server is to remain as serious as possible with zero tolerance to any sort of mingery or drama, so if this was to happen I believe the right course of action would be to tell them to stop and accept the consequences, there is no "void," certainly there will be limited OOC.

Question 7: "What if a player argues with a staff member after being punished?"
Tell them to file a complaint on the forums and not to cause drama, if they continue - you punish them.

    Question 8 and 9:
    The same as above.

And so the list goes, I hope you can understand.
