    -Has given multiple outcomes incase the situation differs during the event.
    -8-10 ec's seems doable with the amount of people that want to ec now, also good choice on the jobs. They seem quite balanced.
    -Application is well written, not many grammatical errors so it looks like you spent time on it.
    -Is mature in and out of game
    -Is a scouser

    -Loved this man from my first day on the server, was a lost ct in my first event and he took me under his wing. 
    -Reached high & trusted ranks numerous times, I believe this man can be trusted with ULX.
    -Detailed application and looks like he spent a good amount of time on it.
    -Very active
