  1. In-game name(s): Drake Steam Name: Alibongo2002 Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/: STEAM_1:1:45181288 Age when applying: 17 What country do you currently reside in? What is your time-zone: England BST Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes and Yes Current total game-time on the server (type !time): Your total time is 1mo 4d 17h 35m. IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on CWRP: 501st ARC Colonel, VIP Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: I do own a microphone and yes, I prefer to speak When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: I joined on 2/1/22 , I have taken 1 week long LOA and one 3 day l LOA and finally one ROA How often do you use our TeamSpeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I am active on discord a lot and I also use TeamSpeak to chat to members of the community and I browse forums to regularly. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): https://imgur.com/a/RnABld6I have had no OOC punishments State the role of staff on the server: The role of staff on WG would be to ensure Players within the community are given the ability to have a fair and just system to ensure the player understands the rules and the ability to report heinous activities and reach a resolution. Without staff on the server there would be no protection from the waves of minges coming to the server, Staff ensure Roleplay is able to thrive and questions are able to be answered making a community that players will want to stay in. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read the server rules and understand them yes. List of all previous server staff experience: None. Do you understand that you can be demoted at any time with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, it is fair Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would bring the player to a secure area to ensure the player can not continue killing clones, I would then check logs to confirm the suspicion. If it is confirmed I would explain the key server rules to the character I would apply a warn for RDM/MRDM depending on kills and explain the basic 1.1 RDM rule if it was a multiple offender a bigger punishment may take place (kick/ban). However, if this was a false accusation, I would instead talk to the accuser about making unnecessary/false claims. (Rule 2.3.3) 2) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: To begin with I would tell them to wait and that someone will be on there way, if this were not to occur, I would instead teleport to a high ranking official like a battalion to ask them (privately to not break RP) to send an NCO+ to the cadet area. If all above fails to attract an NCO+ to train a cadet I would pick and teleport a random NCO+ to train a cadet. 3) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Firstly I would inspect the situation from a distance ensuring it was just a mistake, if it was a mistake there is no action needed by a staff because accidents do occur especially for newer players like a CT. 4) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: As this is a in character flaw, the situation must be held accountable through roleplay methods such as a training. 5) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: If a player is attempting to find a fault within the server rules, I would state the FailRP rules are depicted by the staff member as it says within the rules (rule 1.5.1) to conclude this means it is staff judgement to decide on the punishment and I would hand out a warn for FailRP 6) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly; however, they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Similar to Question 5, I would exclaim staff always have final say on punishment and if they feel it is unfair, they can write an appeal on the Admin Abuse forums. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+words): I have confidence I would be a great Staff member within the community due to my commitment to the server. Although I may have only been on for a limited time compared and not the large amount of experience others has. I do have a high amount of Dedication; my activity has been high throughout my time on the server racking up high playtime. As I used to be a CT ARC Colonel, I have already got the expertise needed to apply punishments to deal with a new player in a fair manner. The fact they were new players joining means we have to just but fair punishments to ensure they remain playing on the server. This would apply to staff greatly and assist me in making punishments that are not too harsh to make a player leave, this applies to the staff’s job to enforce just and fair judgement to ensure a player will remain on the server due to the helpful or critical response from the community Additionally, my persistence in ARC proves my devotion to the community, it proves I am a verified and loyal member of the community, this would be beneficial to my position as a staff member as you would be ensured I will be dedicated and loyal to the goals and tasks of the server, and most importantly fully commit myself to the fair and just services required to give out. As an ARC member it also proves my activity and performance as top quality, ensuring I can get the job done. Finally, I am calm and relaxed which is very useful for a staff member, being able to deal with situations with no emotional influence (that could lead to admin abuse) acting as a calm individual will encourage a new user to listen to me thus, I will be able to give more meaningful lessons to learn from warns instead of just giving rage. Another thing, even though I do not obtain a meaningful role in Jedi (initiate) I think this will only benefit me, I will be able to dedicated twice as much to the role of staff ensuring I can offer a proper, fast service to a rule breaking situation that can be sometimes lacking. Adding all these things together, my experience as CT and dealing with minges, my devotion to ARC, calm relaxed nature and lack of Jedi role will ensure I am a strong, dedicated and determined individual to choose for a spot as Staff. -DRAKE RAPPER
