+1 I was the guy that cuffed him, and he was already AFK when the interaction began. I would have just waited until he was back, but the O-1 interpreted him being AFK as him having done so to avoid RP.

Neutral Do you guys remember the Admin Abuse thread about Hanz slapping someone interrupting a sit, where everyone gave -1s but the thread was accepted anyway? That's gonna happen again. You should not interrupt a sit or annoy staff in general, but killing someone that does it is not appropriate, even if you tp them back.

You have given all the proof you can, now it's up to SMT to decide if they unban you or not. +1 from me. Neither of the two accounts involved is new or shows signs of being an alt (OP has PlatVIP and his brother made several applications). When comparing posts made by both accounts it is very easy to spot a difference in writing quality, so they are most likely 2 separate people.

Like Maurice said, the console would just reban you as long as one of the two accounts is banned. The only solution is to wait out your brother's 24 hour ban, and then manually remove the permaban from both accounts.

+1ish More ResearchRP is always good, but I find the "GoI Utilization" part to be unnecessary. Why would a GoI go out of their way to get a pill that only sometimes kills the consumer? If you can force someone to swallow the pill, you can also just shoot them. If added, it would make more sense for it to be similar (but visually distinct) to SCP-500, because having 2 pill based SCPs with massively different functionality doesn't make too much sense.

Neutral/-1 If Borat deems the blast door to be unbeneficial to RP he would be allowed to delete it according to rule 1.4. There are no rules about CPs needing to be Cl 3. The use of player scanners or job scanners is also not banned. Due to this the only limiting factor is the aforementioned Rule 1.4. Due to the ambiguity of the Building Rules, the lack of a consensus between staff and players, and the attempt of Borat to enforce what he believes to be a rule, I'd say that an actual punishment should not be given.

+1 No need to add more addons. There are already a bunch of playermodels in the E-11 colour scheme that can be used. There is essentially a blue version of all of the Nu-7 models.

-1 We already have 2 infections on the server. There's no room for this SCP on the current map. It requiring Cl 4 to access would mean there's like NO research on it. Both the original and the minion have FAR too much health. The minion especially, since it's an infection like 008. It seems this SCP was only suggested because OP wanted an unbeatable SCP to breach as.

+1 I believe that 1 year is enough time for people to change. Unless it turns out that you got banned for MRDM or something I'm gonna stick to +1.

Neutral/-1 While not necessarily bad, this just doesn't seem worth the effort to code it. It only takes a couple of seconds to get all your equipment.

+1 The chat filter barely works anyway. If you capitalize ANY letter of the blocked word the system won't detect it.

None of those three are necessary for an appeal. Especially since the admin name and ID are impossible to find out after you have been banned. Neutral until ban reason is given by staff.
