Staff's Job on the server is to make the Server a Enjoyable Place for everyone who wishes to play, staff take claims for players either reporting a player for breaking the rules or for helping players set up training or other RP scenarios that they may want to make. They also moderate players to make sure there is no toxicity or FailRP

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:
If you are told by another player that they are Randomly killing other clones you would bring them to an OOC area and the check logs to see if they have been randomly killing other clones. If they have not been random killing you would let them go and if they were randomly killing you would explain the rule they broke to them and then warn them (if it has happened multiple times you would give a harsher punishment such as a ban)
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:
You would tell them that you would find someone and to hold on, then you would TP to a battalion member and ask them to find someone if there aren't any battalion or they cant find some you would TP to an NCO+ and ask them to train the cadet
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:
As it is an accident you would just take them to the side and just tell them if they do it again and its not a accident they could get a warning for RDM and then let them go back to the debrief
4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:
That is a RP Rule and does not involve staff so you wouldn't do anything and just ignore it
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules:
You would tell them that in the last line of the server rules is states “unwritten rules still exist”. Then you would tell them that it is common sense that it brakes fail RP and Would the Warn them for Fail RP
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:
You would tell them what they did to break the rules. You would then tell them that if they had a problem with your punishment to make a claim on the Discord Forums. If they are being Disrespectful you would then proceed with the punishment for that

If I had to set in 250 words why is should be staff on the server I would say I Should be accepted as a staff member because I am Approachable and understanding so anyone can talk to me. But if people break the rules I will be swift in issuing the correct punishment for what they did. I am active on the server. I will also take the Role Seriously and will not mess around and abuse it if I am bestowed with the honour of Getting the rank of staff on the server.
Furthermore I have a great sense of justice so I will Issue a correct and accurate punishment on any rule breaker. I will be swift in my punishing of the rule Breaker however big or small the situation is yet I will still be accurate in my punishing. I will handle it with maturity, calmness and will respect anyone even if they have broken the server rules
Almost every since I first join this server what seems like so long ago I have always looked up to the staff and almost idealized them because they help uphold the server and make it enjoyable for me and all the other players that play the server and I wish to give back to the staff who thought my time on the server have helped me and to the other player on the server who have helped create an amazing RP experience for me. If I get accepted into staff I promise to do my job with the utmost professionalism and respect for the other players who enjoy this experience as much as I do.
