1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would ask for his name check logs and bring the RDMer ask why he is killing imperials and if he has no reason or good proof i would ban/consult a higher staff
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: i would tell him its not our jobb as staff too train him and ask him too use /advert
3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: as staff that is not my job that would be the Law enforcement
4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I would tell him its smart too salute his higher ups too be more respected
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: i would say its a unwritten rule then (common sense)
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Tell them too take it too the forums.

I should be Staff, because I have a great experience as staff, with communicating with players, helping and giving the right information to the player so they can understand better. Also I want to help the other Staff members when they are either sleep, doing other activities, doing homework, at work, moderating on another server. I also should be Helper, because I am a friendly guy who is strict with the rules and is cool with the players, who wants to give back to the community of IORP and fulfill the duty I am going to fulfill. I also want to give back by helping the other staff get rid of the rule breakers / minges and make the community a better place for players to play on. Since this server is gonna release very soon i feel like a big staff team should be there too help people in their first stages of the server and ofc there might be alot of Minges and rule breakers at the start of the server.
I want you to know that I’m not applying or trying to become a staff member for power, or a name on the server. I want to help keep things in order, help players have fun, and keep the server up and running! I play quite a lot. If I were a staff member, I would be 100% dedicated to the server, and I would try my very best to be on as much as I can to help others....
