Now i'm back and played for around 3 weeks How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: all the time when i play star wars rp. State the role of staff on the server: As a staff member u are to help people in need such as help giving roles, physic gun and tool gun when reqcired and granted! U are also there to reinforce the server rules! Being staff dosen't mean u are better than anyone! But u are there to help people and make sure people have the best experiance in the server! Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? I have read the rules and yes im very familiar with them! As of roleplay i been staff in other rp servers and i do enjoy reading the rules! List of all previous server staff experience: Dark rp gmod staff way back! Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: Usually i chek logs but logs arent always correct! thats why i would be in vanished and follow the player to see if he actually breaks rules! Logs can give me a small hint but as staff i wan't to be bale to take judgment while seeing the person breaking Rdm! 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I if i got the time i would train him myself! but if i dont have the time i would pm him to ask a NCO aka corpral, sgt and seargent major to train him! i would also lead him to the /advert and /r to communiacte with people on the server! 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was a accident then no punishment are needed. But i would still warn him to be carful with his weapon so other players would't be mad! 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: As for roleplay the saluting is a thing and i would just tell him to try saluting when u see a 2nd LT above. Since some players want to get the best experiance of roleplaying in this server! 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: In my opinion rules are to follow and some rules that aren't written should still be followed! As a staff creating the best rp experiance is my number one priority so i would tell him to stop doing the fail rp and telling him that he should follow the roleplay with everyone else! 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: As a former staff on diffrient rp servers i always remaind calm! By explaining to him what he did wrong with the help of the rules and stating rules from the book i would gently and nicely tell him that my judment is final! If he so disagre i would try to bring a higher ranked staff to also take alook on the situation! Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I wished to be able to help people in need. Enforcing server rules and having a great time with players on the server! Helping out in the staff team when there's a lot to do with rulebreakers and players that need my help! As for me I'm usually on very early afternoon when there aren’t many players on but I could help players that are on with giving roles tools to build for training! Help out when there's a player who minges and wont rp seriously! Me becoming a staff would help out on lower player times but also in high player times since i try to be on and play as much as possible! I got a lot of time to spend and I would love to spend it helping people on the server! The servers need staff that are willing to speak and help players when needed and I think I would be perfect for that. In my opinion the server needs some new varieties of players in staff to control the order of roleplaying and me being a good speaker and listener i think i would fit the categories of being staff on werewolf gaming star wars rp by helping people that are new and people that are old on the server! I would also try to minimize some toxicity since we have a large player base on this server. I do not agree with any form of bullying, racism or harassment! Being a former staff on other rp servers i think i would be able to help out in this staff with players and other staff duties! Ps i wrote it in word to be able to count my words Requirements: - You must be 14 years in age or older. - You must be able to speak and type English fluently, quickly and correctly. - You must have at least fourteen (14) days of play time. - You must be an active member of the community on Discord / TS. - You must have 10 or fewer warns. - You must not be banned when you apply. - You must not advertise your application in any way. - You must not copy anything from other applications. - You may not edit your application without permission from a Hierarchy member. - You may not just copy-paste a previous application that you have filed. - Only reply to your application if you need to specify something. Unnecessarily spamming/bumping your application will get it denied. Do not engage in grovelling under your application (posting thank you for reading my application every time someone posts etc.) - If you are denied, you must wait a minimum 4 weeks before applying again.
