Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? i have gone through them a couple of times but im only human so i may forget/miss read them List of all previous server staff experience: 0 Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:its fair enough that i may get a chance of getting staff so i see no reason why they could not remove it at anytime they want Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: i would check logs if it's true, if it's true i would tp them to me and warn them appropriately, if its not true i would tp to the person that made the claim and tell them that about it 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: in noclip i would tp to a battalion and tell them to send some one to train cc, if no battalion is present i would ask in ooc if anyone wants to train a Cadet, if no one is volunteering o would then pick one at random 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: it was an accident so i would not really "jump the horse" on that situation 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: i would remind them of the rule in caracter, is its not really a staff situation 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: its still fail rp, just because someone managed to find a loophole doesn't mean they are in the right 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: i tell them calm on why i'm punishing them like the that and refer to the rules of the server that they may have broken, if they continue to argue i would verbaly warn them that arguing with staff is warnable offence and tell them that they may appeal their warn on the forums, Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think that I deserve staff more than the other applicants because I have been on the server for more then 3 years and I believe I have pick up things that would take time to learn, I know some what how everything works and I have also been doing some research about the position, I have avoided getting in to trouble completely, I have been respecting all the rules and followed order of things on the server, I'm really neutral in things so I have no bias the majority of the time, I personality think I'm mature and I have somewhat stable life style so I should not have any major IRL crisis that would impact my activity, I understand that being staff takes a lot of responsibility and I believe I have what it takes, I still enjoy the server Iven though i have been a member of the community for more then 3 years, I currently of writing this i have no employment so i have a lot of time on my hand that i wish to use, I'm not an aggressive person and I mostly get along with people. i have for a long time made many friends on the server so I have good reason on staying on the server, overall i have been waiting becoming staff because I was unsure and I believed I was not ready but i kinda want to go for it, Sadly i am a bit forgetful and i might need a bit of "hand holding" then others, I am also Scared to do wrong so i will mosly do "nothing/ask others staff" if im unsure - the guy that tries to do his best, Scales
