What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I aim to be a hardworking, active and fair staff member to make the server a better place for all players. I wish to make sure the server stays immersive as possible and stop people trying to ruin that factor.


Why do you stand out among other candidates: I have been dedicated to the server since the day I joined put a lot of time and effort into it and wish to carry on this dedication to staff. I do not make assumptions of people from how people start their time on the server and am always willing to give people a second chance to redeem themselves.


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words):
I believe I should be picked to become a staff member because of my dedication I have to the server. I have enjoyed every moment I've had on swrp to meet new people and have a fun immersive experience, but there are always people to ruin the enjoyable experience the server brings and I wish to be the person that stops it. Over time and a few mistakes, I have learnt the rules inside out and I am ready to be the best staff member I can be. I believe I am fair in my decisions and will not come to a verdict without seeing both sides to the story. I won't let my personal opinions interfere with my decisions and only deal with facts of situations. I wish to help new players gain a fun experience on the server and make sure they wish to become a member of the werwolf gaming community. I would not use my staff powers as a way to minge on the server and will take it very serious. I know the basics of ULX and I know it will not take me long to learn it fully. I understand the duties of a staff member and I would take the powers for granted.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team:
I aim to grow as a a person and step out of my comfort zone of social anxiety. I have built up the confidence enough to get on a server and socialize with people i've never meet and people that doesn't even speak my language. I also aim to achive the perfect enviorment for me and my friends on the server without toxicity, minges and threats to the community.


Why do you stand out among other candidates:
Ever since i was a kid i have had a burning for online videogames where you can play with friends and stranger alike on diffrent gamers you enjoy. Especially Star Wars. You can bond so easily since both parties enjoy the topic you are doing. I have also fantazised about being able to pretend you are a clone or a jedi from star wars and perform tasks and mission. (At the time i didn't know that it was called RP). So when i found starwarsRP on garry's mod through a youtube video i was hooked immedietly. Werwolf gaming was the first server i joined and i have stuck with it since. 


Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): 
I think you should choose me for the staff team because of my burning passion of the server and its community. Even tough i haven't visited any other werwolf gaming server (except SCP-RP partially), i bet it's just as nice as SWRP. Even if it sounds a bit cringey. This server is like a second family for me because after i moved from my home country i lost all my IRL friends except like 2. So i come on the server to socialize with my online friends in the regiment. So being said being staff on this server is not only protecting the community. But also protecting my family of friends and players alike. 
I have always had an eye for details/reading between the lines. That being in my peripheral vision, an object is out of place or in a text. I think this can prove useful in situations where delicate observation is needed in a staff situation and makes a great asset to the staff team. That being said. I have gathered the confidence over the years and i feel that i am ready to join the staff team and tackle any challanges the staff position has to offer me. I am also Fluent in Swedish since it being my main language. So if someone is behaving inappropriately in Swedish (that being verbal or written harrasment/abuse) i have the ability to either deal with it myself or translate it to someone else.

Yes, i completely understand that if im and deemed unsuitable for the staff position i may be removed.


If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member:
If i am currently staff on duty. I wouldn't do anything because SOD is an OOC job and shoudln't interfere with RP. If i was playing my clone job. I would kindly let the trooper know that he should salute clones of the rank 2nd Lieutenant and above.


You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would apologize to my hierarchy and if i have a reason for my reduction of duties, tell them. I would then make it up to them by doing double the claims the following week.


You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: I would try in the best of my ability to not get upset of this persons actions, but if it gets too much. I would try to talk to the person privately to work things out. If that doesn't work and for whatever reason the situation escalates. I would go to my hierarchy and see if they can help me work out the situation.

Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: Unfortunately not. However, despite me never becoming staff on other RP servers, I  have been exposed to many different types of RP throughout my time on Gmod and I believe this experience will help me in assisting newer players on how SWRP works along with other staff duties.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: If I were to be accepted into the Staffing team, I would ensure that I am always doing my best to help players out wherever I can when I am online. I aspire to work my way up the staffing ranks as I am passionate about helping people and doing so on a server that I enjoy playing is a double win. I aim to be someone that people will be able to speak to about any issues they have on the server and help them out as much as I can. Whether that be a problem they have with another player, having problems with binding things, or simply asking for a tool and phys gun. I want to be able to help as much as I can, wherever I can.

 
Why do you stand out among other candidates: I believe that I have the dedication that is required from a Staff Member. I am willing to learn new things and try my hardest to become the best Staff that I can be. As previously stated, I enjoy being able to help out. When I first joined the server, I was amazed by how close the community is and I wanted to become a part of it. Now that I have been here for a while, I feel that it is my next step to become Staff on the server so that I can help the community that I once wished to become a part of. Along with this, I’ve had my fair share of experiences with minges throughout my time on Gmod. Therefore, I am aware of how to go about dealing with them along with anyone else who breaks the rules. I work very well with other people and I develop friendships very quickly. This will help in the staff team as chemistry between staff members goes a long way. In my time in the community, I have made many new friends and I only wish for that list to grow as I continue to play.

 
Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): The first reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my activity. I am on the server every day for a decent amount of hours. In this time on the server, I will be able to take claims and help people wherever I can. I know how frustrating it is when you make a Staff claim and no one comes. I want to ensure that this never occurs to anyone while I am on the server as no one deserves to be ignored.
 
The second reason that I should be picked for Staff is because of my personality. I am able to have a joke or two but I am also able to be stern. This will be good for Staff as there is no point in having Staff that just get walked over by minges. Being a high rank in clone has made me deal with players that have no intention of RP before; this experience will help me in dealing with them in the future if I achieve Staff.
 
The third reason is that I understand the duties of a Staff member very well and I am aware of how I should act and what I should say in certain situations. I will paint a good image of the staff team and not the opposite. You will never see me saying ‘I can't be bothered to take that claim’ as I will always put 100% into my job.
 
The final reason is that during my time on the server, I have become extremely familiar with the ULX commands that are used on the server and how the staff on WGSWRP act. This will help me in the trial process because I will already know most of the things that I need to know in order to be effective as staff.

 
Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: Yes I fully understand the responsibilities a Staff member holds and can assure you that I would never use my ULX power for anything other than staffing duties. This is not something that I would ever do as I am aware of the trust that goes into choosing someone for staff and betraying that trust would be something that I never want to do.

 
If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: There shouldn't really be an instance where a trooper would see me as I would always be noclipped and cloaked. However, if for whatever reason I am uncloaked and a trooper didn’t salute me, I would do nothing as Staff on Duty is a completely OOC role and should never intervene with RP unless it's a staff’s concern.

 
You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: Firstly, I would make a formal apology to the Server Management Team and then fulfill over double the number of claims I need the following week to compensate for my mistake. I would then ensure that I never do something like this again and, if I will not be able to complete my minimum staff claims a week on another occasion, I would make sure that I put up an LOA just to prevent further complications.

 
You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If this were to occur, depending on the severity of the situation, I would either leave it and just try to avoid them in future, or attempt to confront them about it and talk it out. I would prefer to talk to them as having a negative view 
on someone you have to work closely with would do nothing but harm the chemistry of the Staff Team.

What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: If I get accepted into the staff team I would do my best to help players and the server whenever possible.

Why do you stand out among other candidates: I am dedicated to the server and I will be willing to take criticism from anyone who gives it to me. I am willing to learn new things and become the best staff member I possibly can.

Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): I think you should pick me for staff because I have high playtime on the server and I am a dedicated member of the community and I have been here for over a year now. I have also achieved multiple high ranks while I have been on the server. I am also very active meaning I would be able to take claims often and leave none ignored. I am a very friendly person and I can also take a joke every now and again. With the amount of playtime I have, I have learned the rules well.
I also know a lot of ULX commands as I mess around with them in singleplayer games every now and again and this will be useful when being staff on the server. I am also a quick learner so if there is a command I don't know I am willing to learn how to use it.
I would take being a staff member very seriously and wouldn't be afraid to punish those who break the rules. I always listen to both sides of the argument before taking action, to make sure that I don't wrongfully ban someone. I also hope to help new players learn and understand how to RP.

I Strive to improve the overall behaviour in the player base and to keep a positive spread around the server. I also want the help and fix issues that happen and make sure the player base are having fun whilst Roleplaying.

Why do you stand out among other candidates:
  I am Mature and dependable, and I feel like when given a task to do I have to get the task done and with excellent results.

 I have been on this server for around almost 2 years now. I have involved myself with a few regiments including, GM, ARC and I am currently in 501st hierarchy. I have learnt the rules on the server and the situations I may be placed in if I was to become staff.

 Although I have 6 warnings I have moved passed it and learnt from my mistakes I understand what I did wrong however as I said I was last warned in October 2019 which was back when I was immature and untrustworthy but since then I feel I have greatly improved in maturity and seriousness. I have never been a staff member, but I have some average knowledge in the ULX commands.

Why should we pick you to staff our server (200 words):

Personally, I think I would be a good addition to the staff team because I have experience in dealing in issues and having to be mature and calm to fix the issues as I am a current 501st Hierarchy member. I can mirror those characteristics of being mature and calm a lot to staff as if you are dealing with any sort of situation you need to be calm and mature to resolve the situation.

 As I have said before, I have been part of this community for almost 2 years and in those years, I have seen many changes to this server. I have seen regiments come and go and I have had learnt a lot from some of my friends on the staff team. I am always expanding my knowledge on commands and the behaviour I should be presenting to other members of this community.

 As a staff member of werewolf gaming I believe I will reach the demands and push myself to perform immaculate results that me and my fellow staff members would be pleased with. I have been entrusted into a role that demands a great deal of responsibility. People trust me to make the right decisions and I believe I have stepped up to that responsibility of being a regimental hierarchy member.
