They help people out by taking claims such as if someone is stuck so they will get them unstuck or if someone is mass RDMing then they will punish the guy to ensure that he aint ruining the fun for the other members of the community. If they have been killing then I would tp them into a staff sit then tell them what they have done wrong. Once I done that I will warn the play for MRDM to which It could end up banning them if needed . That is if they did kill a bunch of clones. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Firstly I would ask if any NCO+ which needs a cadet log and if they do then I would tp them to the cadet. If no one choices they wanna do it then I will tp a random NCO on to do the cadet training 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This doesn't need to be done in an OOC situation of which a staff member will have to sort it out. As i'm sure that people will more than happily say how to put the gun on safety by (shift e r) but if it was a huge case then I will drag the ct out then tell him what he has done , how to do it and then put him back 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is another in character situation which only needs to involve a nice quick reminder to salute an 2nd LT+ and if he keeps doing then I will tell CG. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Well not everything can be written down in the rules and it does say to use common sense. So you don't go and take someone's tank and start using it when you don't know how to use it. This can all can be things which can get you warned. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: If they don't understand why they are being punished, I will explain to them the situation of what they have done wrong. If they do have any issue of why they are being punished then they can always go to forums to try and fight they case of why they should be punished in that way. Plus I can tell that they can be warned for arguing with staff. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): There are a few reasons why I should get staff. Starting off with ive been playing on the server over 1 year and a half, meaning I am dedicated to playing this server for such a long time and not give up or get bored of it. Throughout this time I have accomplished so much such as reaching the rank of COL which I have been for just under a year. During this I have also reached ranks of null arc meaning I have shown dedication not only to 212th but also arc which i've also been for around 7 months. Throughout my time as arc i've been given chances to prove trust by temping for other regiments to help them out to get back to the original state again. This also shows that I do like to help out other people from the past temping. During all this time i've always been on the server for multiple hours a day which means I can always be they throughout the day to help out. During all the time I play on the server I have made myself well known in this community which I've made multiple friends as I am easy to get along with. I'm also very good at being consistent with my activity and performance during the past year. Since I joined the server I've never been warned or banned meaning I have a somewhat of a clean record for not breaking the rules. This is why I think I should get staff.

I have read them and understand then enough List of all previous server staff experience: None Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes i do Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would check the deaths logs to see that the individual have been killing clones to which I would go and TP to the clone and spectate him to see if he carries on which if he does then I would use the physgun to pick him up and Drag him away or TP him to a place where he can't hurt anyone to which I would freeze him so he can't escape so he could go and hurt any other clones and then tell him that he shouldn’t be doing that then warn with Mass RDM and then most likely Ban him for a week for mass RDM 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would First Contact battalion and if no one goes then I would ask in OOC chat to see if any NCO+ are willing to train this Cadet which if someone does want to then I would TP that NCO but if none don't wanna come then i would TP a random NCO to go and train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I wouldn’t really react as it would be more of an in-character situation than an admin as this does happen often and doesn't need to involve staff as it was an accident and people will say in game how to do it properly. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is more off a IC situation but i would still remind him that he has to salute a 2nd LT plus 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: In this situation I would state that in the rules it says not all FailRP situations are listed meaning you will have to use your own common sense to see what you are doing is failRP or not. Which then it will be down to the staff member what to do and if the guy does keep arguing then I would tell them to argue it on the forums. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I tell them if they got any issue with the sort of punishment they are receiving then I would tell them to go to forums to make a unwarn or unban request and if they don't listen to that I would repeat it just to make sure they heard it and then once they made a forum request I would reply to put the proof I got of the situation and why I did it. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe that I should be staff because out of the past year I played the server I have been able to reach the Ranks off Gamma ARC and the rank off COL. With that I have also reached a certain amount of Respect in the community from the various amounts of regiments. This does show the determination and dedication I have towards the server and also means that I can be trusted. Throughout the past year I have been super active and most of the time that I have played most off the time they has been nothing to do set of build and take part in trainings which means if I get Staff it gives me more things to do such as helping out the community in need of the assistance and to stop the rule breakers. If I was given the opportunities off staff I would try and help out as much as I can and use the power for good and not abuse it. I would also make sure to stop anyone breaking the rules so I can make the server more fun and safe for other players, as I should be able to due to the amount of time I spend on the server everyday. Since I joined the server I've never been warned or banned showing that I can be responsible enough to not break the rules. Due to this I can be trusted to help out and not take advantage of this kind of opportunity.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I should be Staff because I'm am so dedicated to this server and I'm always on playing for 8 hrs straight for most days as I love to play this server. I also want Staff because i love to help people out and make sure everyone is having a great day as nobody deserves to be miserable. I am a well respected person in my reg who always gets the job done to a high standard. I also got a lot off free time to spend so being staff would help me out aswell as I get quite bored throughout the day as sometimes their nothing to do. I should get staff as i would always be on and willing to help someone who is in need off help. I am also quite a nice person to be around and get along with everybody untill i accidently rpg them which I always say sorry for. but other wise Im nice. I might not have a mic because i genuinely dont want one but i type instead. I do make a few spelling mistakes but that usually because I try and type fast and i did fail English twice but mostly it due to typing to fast. If I get this i wont try to fuck this up and try my absolute best to be the best staff member and make sure to always be their is a single person needs help with their time on the server.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Well I know their is always some better than u at something but I don't care if someone is better than me because they should be no reason why that should stop me from becoming staff I am a well hard working person who is very active and well liked in the community and I do get along with most people and I'm not gonna let anyone opinion hurt me in anyway as it shouldn't and I will make sure that I would do the job properly and try my best to make no mistakes but if I do make any mistakes then I will learn from it to help me do my job better and Some people might deserve it more and worked harder for it but I'm determined to become staff as it is one off my goals to become in the server as I done my first thing which was to become a 212th COL and make sure I do a good job during it and still make everybody happy as it does mean a lot to put a smile on someone face even if its the little thing like helping them out in trainings or tryouts and if you don't pick me I will try again later as I wont give up .
