Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions):
 I highly believe that I am an encouraged individual, and able to come up with greater and brighter ideas for the Council, it can allow me to have conversations with other fellow Council Members, and see their sides of certain stories, and or situations. I see that the Council can be serious at the time, and I believe a friendly, serious and dedicated member would bring stability and diversity and variety to the Council, which will be favourable.

Working under pressure and staying calm is ideal for an O5 Council Member. I believe bringing a new role to the Council will be pleasing to have. And I believe I will be able to serve. All O5 Council Members personally all have their own judgement on their own things, one may get angry and shoot, yet another may lock them up. The new role I wish to bring is patience, calmness and determination. Of course there are many more reasons, but I believe bring a diverse member of the Council will be exactly right for the council, to open a new mindset for them, and making things go way one way or another, either with violence, or ethically.

Regarding all this, let's go back to the main question: I wish to bring a new experience and a new fresh role to the Group, making disscussions with council colleagues and able to come to the answer of certain questions much faster and efficiently, open a new mindset for myself and my colleagues to new experiences oppertunites, and of course to show absolute determination & to assist my colleagues with needs, and as most importantly, be professional, and upkeep a good posture on the job. With all that being said, I believe bringing this role to the council will be a good choice to keep in mind.

I personally have served in Alpha-1 for quite some time, and through out that time, I was able to show patience, and being able to work under pressure. Alpha-1 is the MTF in closest contact with the O5 Council, seeing the little things of what the O5 Council does. My vast experience in MTF E-11 has also proved beneficial, teaching me to keep eyes all around me, staying on high alert during breaches, working harmoniously together, to secure the area, and getting personnel to safety during extensive breaches.

I believe that I am a mature individual, taking my staff position as an example, I have shown the ability to work under pressure and keeping the things running smoothly, this paid off beautifully as I have shown my ability to be working as Site Administration. Administrative personnel are to be taken seriously, take The Site Director, I've served as Site Director for a high period of time, learning to give out orders, and maintaining harmony through the site. I've recently joined the Ethics Committee, seeing an entire new view of an administrative member, I've learned surprisingly at a high speed and I believe I've shown my abilities and predilection on the field and roles as of such, and I believe I can bring a new perspective to the O5 Council.

The O5 Council are the highest ranking foundation personnel on the site/ the owners of the Foundation thus makes them differ from other Site Administration;

Other Site-Administration sometimes attend or notify the personnel if they have arrived on-site, I've seen this happen a few times with a simple "SD on-site" or "ECM on-site." Preferably an O5 Council Member, would choose to stay unidentified, and not notify anyone of their presence to prevent any bad event from happening. -  The CL2 personnel are unaware of their existance, and The Council would like to keep it that way.

What may differ too, are the secretive MTF Operatives that follow the Council Members, and provide them with a layer of protection with their Assault Rifles and absolute dedication to protecting the Council.
Who may this be?: MTF Alpha-1.

Mobile Task Force Alpha-1, appropriately nicknamed the Red Right Hand, are the protectors and guardians of the Notorious and inaccessible O5 Council. These are the best of the best, handpicked for both skill and absolute loyalty to the Council. They work with an extra layer of secrecy and accept their orders directly from O5. Seemingly the O5 Council are able to grant any sort of request at their will, but they will mostly deny requests depending what this could be.

 Like a lot of secret organizations, the Foundation goes to great lenghts to make sure their forbidden knowledge remains secret, that's why low level junior researchers, guards, and janitorial staff aren't privy to where all the bodies are buried - both literally and metaphorically speaking. The O5 are a group of 12 or 13people, usually named "The Overseers" or "The Overwatch" etc.

The Foundation has five levels of security clearance, and the O5 Council and their select staff are the only ones who are at Security Level 5 - also known as "Thaumiel Clearance." O5 Council members are also considered Class-A Foundation Staff; meaning they are of critical value to the operations of the Foundation.

As such, they're not permited to interact with any anomalies for fear, corruption, alteration or death. Though of course seeing as they're the most powerful people in the Foundation, they don't always follow their own rules on this one. In the event of an emergency their evacuation and transportation to a designated Safe Zone becomes a top priority to all Foundation underlings. They rarley, if ever, interact with the majority of the Foundation instead favoring to use a vast network of messengers and go-betweens for security purposes.

I'd probably re-write it as it was really long and repetitive and you didn't even answer the question unless what I mentioned before was all you can offer.

Ignore the word limit and really write down what you want to do with the role, be specific, list off what you think you can provide to the role, we already know that you'll be professional and all the other basic things you should already have, so just focus on what you'll be doing as an O5.

First part is alright, rest is kinda of unnecessary filter words with repetition here and there.

I would read tales including overseers (Which there is alot) so you get a better idea as to who they really are, you should be mentioning as how they act day to day and what kind of personalities they got, like that O5s are mixed bag of "give no fucks" to "Nerd", that you can expect to see them on the frontlines of current large issues, sometimes literally.

We aren't really interested in that they have assistants, or how they evacuate....

Basically: Whole app needs a re-work as it kind of shows you haven't really got your mind wrapped around as to what you want to do with O5, which is fine, but you should figure it out pretty soon, even just a rough idea else you'll flop with the role.

There is something surely you want to do with it that you made you apply.

(Also, you can take my opinion with a grain of salt, I haven't been on for months and only am replying cause I like reading O5 apps, I don't know how you are in-game, which may outweigh a meh app.)

Just RP, fuck power structure, fuck whitelisting, fuck all of that. The only problem with research is a lack of imagination.

Research has an endless amount of content on the wiki, you don't need to write another brain fucking numbing report of the same 6 SCPs, just read a tale or two and go ham with new ideas. 

People always more focused on getting permission then actually doing stuff.

Nothing wrong with the app, but from my personal experience, you can be very stubborn and uncooperative with staff , aswell as, from the very few experiences I've had with you, most of them involved you breaking rules (although, no warns given as I'll explain)

Now despite this all, I think we all get off on the wrong foot, and it's clear that you were just unaware of how things are and what the rules are, that being said, due to me being away from the server, I don't know if you've learned the rules fully now, so that's why I'm neutral.

If you are accepted, I'd like to see one of the more experienced mentors given to you, you're not a bad guy, but you have a learning curve, and I don't want another staff member that uses staff as perms to mess around (You know what I'm talking about.)

Note: The Site Director is the highest Internal Affairs Employee. You are the highest in command of the site, not on the site, meaning for instance you can't overrule the HoEA on External Affair matters.

- "Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council" section is mainly you explaining random site administration roles, and then at the end you basically just repeat the example given.

- The O5 lore sections are either wrong, or you just repeating the same things over and over again. 

- You don't meet one of the requirements (Granted, I don't care really.) 

Note: I don't think you're a bad person, but I'm sort of tired of everyone being yes men. I'd say, read up on O5 lore (read a tale or two) get the Site Director whitelist, and  show you can provide something fresh to The Council, than just walking around and doing nothing or stealing other peoples jobs. Show you can make your own RP or use the powers given to you actually well than just a free pass to do anything you want.

Applicant will fulfill the spot as Event Planner well, although the event isn't the best, I'm sure it's because writing an actually good event would take hours.

I mentioned it not for an excuse or a hint for malicious actions, it just something that happens not on purpose time to time, (Like the O5-1 incident, where one day I was trying to kill him, and the next day I completely did a 360) and I thought it be "quirky" to mention. The Council sort of caused what happened last time, I never killed any Council Member, or tried to rise to the top. In fact, most of the stuff they accused me wasn't true, like using memetics. But I also acted like a complete snake and was untrustworthy to hell, which was a big mistake for me.

I have all the generic skills, negotiating, passive RP, leadership, reliability, etc. But what I can do is be more than a glorified Site Director or Head of External Affairs, and instead create RP and use the freedom of O5, to make something I believe to be more fun than office RP. I understand The Council is an extremely slow job, but I don’t think that's really an excuse to just stare at a wall for five hours and call it RP.

Site Directors deal with internal affairs and issues concerning the site. Head of External Affairs, deals with external affairs, and issues concerning relations and various Groups of Interests. But the O5, is different, they don't exactly have a defined purpose, every O5 is special with different purposes, some deal with Site Administration, others just sit back and oversee, others deal with Anomaly research, some even just garden. But they are Council, A Council that doesn't deal with one situation, in one site, one place, or one country, they as one, deal with the entire Foundation. 

What is the O5 Council?: A Council of a debated number of individuals between 12 and 13, that maintain the highest position of The Foundation that make decisions a single individual, team, or even entire site, can’t make. They don’t control every little decision of The Foundation, but are standing by to making sure The Foundation doesn’t fail, and as the name states, oversee.

Been in the community for around two years, pretty reliable, have experience, know the rules well, mentored multiple staff, know basically everything about the server and lore, and I suppose I can be trusted; I’d call myself just level headed and more sympathetic. I’ll be there for the peak hours and low and assisting players on discord. I’m active on the forums, discord, and always up to date with IC and OOC situations. Not interested in drama, and I’m not joining for power, just find SOD to be fun. 

How long will you be able to play per day?: 

Around 2-3 Hours. I will be on summer break, so it's manageable. 

Any past experience as staff?: 

Yes. On this server only, two different times.

I have 8 warns. Don’t want to give excuses, but last I got warned was 2 years ago before I was ever staff.

Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions):

Yes. We all know what it is, but if you’re a freshie, basically it’s a Gmod RP server that is based off of the SCP wiki, in which you RP the characters/groups/lore from it. 

Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer): 

Yes, I’ve read the V5 & V6 ruleset thoroughly and the punishment list, aswell as Maurice is pretty good at teaching them.

Two things,

The app, I know it’s way too short, but unless I fill it up with clutter, explaining all the rules, explaining the entirety of the wiki, and attempt to boost my ego in the “Why should we pick you” section, this is about all of the actually important information that I assume most people will read. 

Second, about my activity; I’ve fallen in and out of the server because of my lack of time, but since my break is coming up, I can say that I’ll have a reliable amount of time to play daily as soon as my finals are over.

As for the application, Neutral.

- Nothing outstanding

- No serious whitelists (Aka, not proving trust worthiness.) 

- Seem to drop in and out staff positions pretty quickly (Which I'm sure you probably have your reasons.)

- Just an average active player. 

(I'd +1 this, but I want to remain neutral for now as I know too little, but I'm sure if I were to -1 or +1 this it wouldn't matter, you'll still be accepted, I just hope you learn the rules and stick with the server please.)
