  1. Says the guy, replying to things related to a server, he's banned on....
  2. 1. Doesn't mean you can third person abuse... 2. He warned you. 3. Said no where. 4. I can't say anything to that, as you provided a 30 second video, so I don't know if you were hostile.
  3. -1 - Third Person Abused in the video - They can't know if you're hostile or not, despite what you say in OOC chat (Cause it's OOC chat...) - Civilians shouldn't even be in the Foundation, Hostile or not. - He was given orders and he followed them, and the orders were 100% valid.
  4. Bump, been like a week since last reply and is now on the second page of the whitelist application section.
  5. +1 - Decent background experience - Clean record - Chill & Understanding - Trust Worthy I'm excited to see you on the staff team.
  6. Wasn't meant to come off hot heated, just how I type. Again, too much effort for so little.
  7. No, that would take a brutal amount of time, not to mention, it wouldn't work at all. You would need to change the Foundation entrance, make the whole surface either become snowy or un-snow everything, and other shit. How would you do that? The best I can think is just to block off area's on the map, which even then, you still have that piece of that map, just not useable. Test servers will cost money, and unnecessary amount of time for no reason, as they'll have to re-code everything, for nothing. Running the map for the week also runs into the issue that they have to re-code everything.
  8. +1 - Chill guy - Perfectly fits his O5 - Decent app (I don't have an issue with you not playing Site Administration alot, the only reason I see to force people to play it is to see how well they do in command without needing a gun to move people around.)
  9. Your in-Game Name: Gordon Black Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:145447595 Your Age: 14 Your In-Game Playtime: 9w+ (I’ve lost track due to the fact my time was reset 3 times) Your Warns: 8 | (I say this everytime, but they are extremely old, and I haven’t gotten any recently) Rate Your RP Skills: 8-9 | I’m still a bit rusty, but I’d consider myself to be half decent. What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Of course. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I've been playing this server for countless years, and been apart of numerous high commands, including the O5 for a while, which what I'm saying is that, I know exactly what to do, and how to do it . On top of that, I provide unique RP, and try to make my experience as enjoyable as it is for me for everyone else, by either helping or creating RP situations or just sitting back, and allowing them to do whatever they need do. Besides, anyone that knows me, knows that I'm reliable, extremely well versed in O5 lore and the job itself, and have a good reputation. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: Site Directors, deal with internal affairs and issues concerning the site. Head of External Affairs, deals with external affairs, and issues concerning relations and various Groups of Interests. But the O5, is a different, they don't exactly have a defined purpose, every O5 is special with different purposes, some deal with Site Administration, other just sit back and oversee, others deal with Anomaly research, some even just garden. But they have all one thing in common, in which they deal and vote on the largest issues concerning the entire Foundation, or in other words, lead the Foundation forward. That's what separate them from the other site administration, they affect not only locally, but globally. What is the O5 Council?: A group of 12+ members, they lack names, instead use numbers and codenames. They have limitless access to the information and power the Foundation has, having the highest access and rank within the Foundation, and they're who "Control" the foundation through voting, with most votes relating to the largest issues regarding the Foundation. They are protected with endless security, a personal task force, and multiple layers of misinformation. Essentially, the last person who you want to see. Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: Head of External Affairs + Site Director + Nu-7 CO. What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): I personally don't know, I'll have to see what's available if some by god chance I'm chosen.
  10. I'll leave feedback once you hit lvl 50, until then, I'm going to leave a -1
  11. +1 Literally just killed a few D-Class a while back, I'm sure he didn't effect much, and tbh, he waited long enough.
  12. In Game Name: Gordon Black SteamID: STEAM_014557595 Age: Fixer you know already Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: O5 Co-Owner (Prev), Site Director Overseer (Prev), Nu-7 Owner (Prev), Nu-7 CO, HoEA, HA-23 Owner (Prev), HA-23 Captain (Prev), Head Researcher (Prev), ECM (Prev). (I probably have more, but I don’t want to jerk myself off more.) Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I understand my place in the Foundation and what to do. The key of being a Site Director is for you being in control, and for you not to rely on others, but for people to fall onto you. I have my priorities straight, and I understand who jobs is who, and when I step in, and when to sit back. Site is being raided and Nu-7 is being a blunt rock? Contact Nu-7’s Commander or the HoEA and tell them to fix it up, you don’t know what’s going on, so stay out of it. That being said, I’m not saying I’m the best Site Administration to cross this server, but I will be a helping hand and will keep the Foundation afloat. What role does the Site Director have on the site?: Three words, Maintain the Site. Anything Internal affair related to keep the site going is your duty. What is the O5 Council?: “The O5 council is one of those secrets that's a secret until you're Clearance 2— and then it's just creepy. They're the people who control the Foundation. Who are they? Oh, they have numbers, not names. Who were they? Fuck knows.” - O5-7 “Green” Couldn’t say it better, sorry.
  13. The First SCP you saw or heard about: SCP-173, stubbled across it frisky channel, watched it, didn't care, a year later I watch it again, and then my SCP story starts. Your First Favorite SCP: 096, really great story on the wiki. First SCP game you EVER played: A random Gmod Server, got really confused when it didn't look like SL lol. How old were you when you discovered SCP: 12?
  14. Doesn't exist, I tried to make it, but it didn't work, just resulted in mass confusion, and I think to this day, SMT think O5-13 is an actual O5 slot.
  15. I don't know what you guys are talking about, but there is no such as thing as "Unwritten rules", for this server atleast, it's just that most of the time you don't realize that even though it doesn't appear to be against the rules, it's actually covered by 3-4 rules (For instance, Failrp, it's a general, vague rule, that covers most things.) In this case, the rules broken were "Trolling" and Refusing to listen to staff and community T.O.S. I don't understand why you guys make up stuff. For the thread itself, I'm leaving a +1 for a reduced ban, maybe 1 week - 3 days? It was honestly a minor thing and I see no reason why they just didn't mute him. Also, add the Advertising rule to rule set, and all the other missing shit, thanks.
  16. -1 Speaking from experience from Co-Owning O5 for a few months and briefly managing Site Director, I can tell you that Site Director does not need a weapon or even a taser. I have died more times for having a weapon, then not, because if you're armed then GOI's can kill you, and countless times over and over, I see Site Administration, if it be the HoEA or the O5, whip out there weapons for no reason other than to make a point, and it just ends up giving GOI's a reason to kill them. Now if that happens commonly enough for O5's and HoEA's, I can't expect it to be different for Site Directors. But I think the bigger point, and the main reason not to give Site Director a weapon or even a minor swep to help them is that, Site Directors aren't supposed to be in places where it poses risks for them, that's why you have Site Advisors, but as soon as you give them a weapon, I can bet, they'll be doing retarded shit, thinking a tiny little PM will protect them from site raiders. It's unneeded, useless, and just harms the Site Director more.
  17. It is unrealistic and doesn't belong to the SCP universe, at least for the Foundation. The foundation doesn't use anomalies or time traveling machines to abuse and to possibly mess up more things and the whole universe to make a ball shield. They secure, contain, protect. Also, besides that doesn't make any sense in lore, it seems just overpowered and not needed to again shift the power. No one needs this, especially GOC. It's not really needed, the chances that it'll be used will be extremely limited, besides you could just do "/me Salutes (Whoever)" without even Pac3. (Also, can everyone stop saying "Pac3 does this, hurr hurr." Roleplay shouldn't be limited behind a 13 pound pay wall.) I don't think adding binoculars will make the server anymore realistic than before, other than tank performance more and make loading into the server longer. You can just click B on your keyboard for the same result. I know you put time and effort into suggesting this, and it doesn't seem half bad on paper. But realistically, it won't be used as pictured, left to rot, and just removed in the end.
  18. -1 - Literally stole sections of his app from other staff apps. - 9 - Can't be trusted.
