I was promoted to 501st Vice Commander yesterday.

Have you taken any breaks since: I joined the server 4 years ago. However, i stopped playing after 1 and re-joined 3 years later and have been grinding it out. Recently took a 1 week LOA due to a camping trip that just ended. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, CWRP Discord and our forums: I'm almost always in the TeamSpeak server either in the 501st channel or a jedi master channel and I use the discord a lot for logging and general talking to people. However, I'm not on the forums that much although that will change soon. State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. Staff only help with OOC situations like answering player inquiries, assisting with SIMs and trainings, providing equipment, providing noclip, and much more. Staff also assists players in resolving conflicts and other general issues that may arise, as well as dealing with rulebreakers and minges without prejudice or bias, and must act solely on evidence supplied in the circumstance (i.e. video or logs). Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, I am quite familiar with the rules and try to stay up to date with them when they change. List of all previous server staff experience: Moderator on Elitelupus DarkRP server (Averaged 50-128 players at peak times with 3 servers at the time) Manager on an SCP:SL server called phantom (server owner grew tired of the game and shut it down (Averaged about 20-40 players at peak times)). Manager on a Gmod Server called IncognitoRP (server shut down due to the owner not being able to afford it anymore (Averaged about 10-25 at peak times)). Super Admin On A Gmod Server called Sammy's RP (Server Shut down due to server owner needing space on his computer (It Was A Dedicated Server)) Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes, Fully Understand Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: First, I would cloak and teleport to the player to see if the report was genuine; if it was, I would take him to an out-of-bounds area to prevent him from causing any more harm. Then, I would check the logs to see how much damage/how many people he has killed, and I would punish him accordingly. Then I'd return him and keep an eye on that guy to make sure it didn't happen again. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: First, I would teleport to his location using the "goto" function of the report system to see if there are any trainers there; if not, I would go to Battalion and advise them that a Cadet need training and that they must send someone to train such Cadet. I'd also ask in OOC-Chat if any NCO+ were willing to train the cadet, and if not, I'd start bringing individuals to train the cadet; if they were too busy, I'd return them. I would do this through ranking order starting with CPL and making my way up till someone is available to train them. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This happens a lot; I wouldn't do anything as long as it was an error, and i would let it be dealt with IC rather than OOC. However, if the player continued to shoot, I would drag him aside and provide an appropriate punishment. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an IC issue that should be handled as such. Staff only intervenes in OOC circumstances. Therefore, No staff related action would be taken. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would tell the player that the rules do not cover everything and that common sense should be used in any IC situation. Finally, I would inform him that just because something isn't included in the rules doesn't mean he may do it, and that he should consider whether this would make sense in real life. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I'd explain how he broke the rules and if the player still believes the punishment was invalid, I would inform him that he can go to the forums and write a ticket to have his warn removed, and then dismiss him. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I first started playing this server four years ago and re-joined a couple months ago. I was very active back then and am still really active now. I love the community this server offers, as well as the server as a whole. I am approachable, polite, and always willing to answer any questions regarding anything that someone may be unsure about. I know how to handle disagreements and de-escalate situations correctly and I truly enjoy helping others and am a fast learner and when dealing with issues, I am professional and reasonable, operate without bias, and dedicated to what I do; as seen by my activity and the IC positions I have attained over time. I also feel that I am mature, responsible, trusted, and know when to be serious. I have a lot of spare time and am almost always playing on the server when I am not at school, therefore I am usually online late at night and sometimes early in the mornings. I would love to study the ways of the Staff, and while I won't be flawless, I'll try my hardest to beat expectations and better myself while always striving to improve. I am not afraid to ask questions and am quite a curious person, so if I am ever unclear whether I am doing something correctly, I will consult with my Mentor. I'm here for the long run and being Staff would allow me to do more for the community and, ideally, make it a more pleasurable environment for newer and older players alike.
