The Mobile Task Force Epsilon-11 Codename “The Nine Tailed Fox” is an Elite/Highly trained. They handle the internal security for all of The Foundation sites. Their purpose is to make sure the SCP are protected. During a breach of one or more Euclid / Keter level breaches. The Logo of the E-11s represents a Nine tailed fox. This squad is composed of nine highly trained individuals and each member represents a tail of the nine tailed fox. It is supervised by The Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 Codename “Red Right Hand” which is in direct contact with the O5 council. Every or most of the operations of the E-11s contains sensitive information thus is classified and unavaiblee to most of the people working at the Foundation. In full detail can you tell us what E-11 is specifically tasked with in SCP?: MTF E-11 is tasked to deal with the protection and mainly the recontainment of the SCPs, Not only must they recontain breached SCPs, they also terminate instances that have been “cured” by 049 and transformed into a 049-II instance and those who have been exposed to the 008 prion and transforms into a 008-II instance. They must terminate 008-IIs instances on sight and 049-IIs instances if hostile. When a Breach has been detected or signaled over comms for other SCPs (096 and 1048) E-11s units will hurry to the place and deal with the current breached SCP by either terminating or recontaining it and on orders of the Site Directo or E-11 Commander. Explain some examples of how to recontain any of the SCPs currently on the server ? SCP 096: Object Class Euclid. If a individual looks at the face of 096 whether it directly, via video recording or even via a photograph It will enter a considerable emotional distress stage. The individual becomes a 096-1. And after one to two minutes 096 will breach containement and run towards the 096-1. Once he has breached ALL personnel must be evacuated of the area. Once the area secured, 096 must be put a bag over its head and put into containment cuffs and brought back to its containment chamber. SCP 173: Object Class Euclid. During a containment breach and SCP173 gets out it must be located, every person that is not habilitated to deal with breaches must be evacuated, while maintaining eyes the whole time, you need to use your containment cuff on him to mount his cage and take him back to his CC. Once back to its CC 173 must be let out of the cage and put back in its CC and During the whole time eye contact must be maintained. SCP 049: Object Class Euclid. I am really active active on the server I have been playing everyday for a long time. I have been almost just playing E-11 these days and I got good knowledge of SCPs and how to recontain every one of them. During breaches like with 106 I would be one of the first people to take the D class to 106’s CC and I may not be very experienced in training people but I am a nice person and I could get them trained. And I have always played a good amount of time as containment units because I love doing this, so to sum it up what I can bring to E-11 is Good social skills, SCP knowledge and Activity.

Example you must not abuse your Level 5 clearance keycard or you swep and only use it to chase the 096-1 and lastly if you’re roleplaying with a friend you must not let them get away if they looked at your face so they must die. If I chase a 096-1, I can kill everyone on my path if they see my face or if they are actively blocking my path, you can’t kill SCPs, and you must not use your PAC 3 camera to look outside your Containment Chamber. What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can: The Containment Procedure of 096 is pretty simple: If SCP 096 breaches containment, from someone seeing his photo or a testing goes wrong. The containment units must enter in the room with their back turned. Everyone who isn’t a E-11 or B-7 must be escorted out immediately of the room without looking at 096’s face, once every one inside has been evacuated, E-11s must walk around the room with their back turned until they encounter a wall or 096, Once 096 has been located he must be bagged immediately and be put into containment cuffs once 096 has been secured and bagged, E-11s can start to escort 096 back to his Containment Chamber, 096 must be escorted with only Containment Units because they are the only person to recontain 096 incase 096 breaks out of cuffs to go kill another person who looked at his photo while 096 is being recontained. 096 must be escorted by multiple containment units in case of a GOI or a Class D trying to breach 096 out to cause chaos or to steal him. Once arrived to his Containment Chamber a containment unit must drag him inside his CC and take the cuffs and bag of his head and leave the Chamber without looking at 096’s face by accident. While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?: I would use my Clearance 5 and breach out of containment and pursue him until I manage to kill him. While pursuing that D-Class I will make sure to not kill anybody with my swep accidentally and I will come back to kill the people who looked at my face after I kill the Class-D. Once I have killed the 096-1, I would stay exactly at the spot where I killed him until I get recontained unless another person looks at my face by photograph or physically. While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.): No it’s not good RP because when you kill a 096-1 you must stay where you killed him and wait for a new person to look at you because it is also considered as going on a killing spree which is breaking one of the rule of 096 and it’s also kind of mingy. A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: Even if it is an accident, I would kill that GOI Member, if I’m in cuffs I will proceed to break out and equip my 096 SWEP and kill him then crouch in the spot I killed that person. Btw I had already been a 096, i had he WL until Synergy became manager and made the new App.

I can't agree more with Shin Xunt abused his power rather than getting out of the situation by RPing like he should have done in the start. Arresting the SD for breaching the veil of secrecy is a VERY Valid reason to arrest him. So shin was in the right here. altho i wasnt there during much of the situation. But one thing for sure is that he shouldn't have changed Shin to Class D to evade RP because he was arrested. +1

He started his education at the School of Paris. He was a Good student, not the best student of the class but he was a good student. He always mentioned to grow into becoming a Police Officer. He was interested in Martial Arts and other forms of combat such as boxing and with the determination he has gotten this gave him the rank of 3 ni'dan Black Belt in Aikido. He was also interested in Sports like Running, Swimming and other sports. Once he finished High School, he decided to pursue some Medical Degrees before going into the Police Academy in case of an emergency to help his future co-workers. He got his Medical Degree in First Aid and emergency helpings in Ecole Normal Superior then He entered the Police Academy and was a good trainee and managed to get 1st of his class. He entered the Police and was a remarkable Police Officer. By the time of the end of his 2nd year, He managed to be Lieutenant and people were already suggesting him to apply to join the GIGN (Groupe d’Intervention de la Gendarmerie Nationale). That simply left a phone number and divided onto quitting his job as Commando Marine and taking the job or just keeping his job. He finally decided what he wanted to do and took the job. He was assigned a date and a location to go to. That location was in Canada, a plane ticket was in the letter too. He decided to go to Canada. After landing, Marc went to the location at the date in the letter. Once he arrived at the location there was a note saying “Put this hood on your face, we’ll pick you up shortly after”. After few minutes of hesitation, he decided to go along with it and put the hood on after all he was Elite Unit of the Marines. He was picked up a minute after putting the hood on. An hour ride after he arrived at the place, they removed his hood. He was explained who they were, they were from The Foundation, he was introduced to the idea of anomalies, GOI and GOC. Their goal was to protect humanity from discovering the idea of anomalies and preventing the death of innocent people. Their objective was to Secure anomalies, reality benders and more. Then to Contain them in underground facilities. Once contained, they would protect them from GOI. He was recruited as a Security Officer. He was remarkable Security Officer and was rapidly promoted to Security Guard. During Containment Breaches he was always frustrated that he had to sit there doing nothing being forced to sit there and watch the containment units do their job and the HoS recommended him to the B-7 Commander. The B-7 Commander offered Marc a job as a B-7 Unit. After taking the job Marc was much happier and was one of the best B-7 Units, the B-7 Commander said. But Marc was an Elite Unit of the Marines and wanted to do more and learned that the E-11 Codename “Nine Tailed Fox” were Elite Containment Units, they were called in when Massive Site Wide Containment breaches happened. And he wanted to make full potential of his capabilities, and thus applied to join the E-11, the B-7 Commander was always talking with the E-11 Commander about his units and often mentioned Marc as a great unit. The E-11 Commander accepted Marc into his Unit knowing that he would be a great unit. He knew that Marc was an Elite Unit in his past. Marc didn’t deceive the Commander and was a great unit like the commander predicted. After 2 years and a half, the Commander decided to resign and wanted Marc to take over. All the other Units were agreeing and wanted Marc to become their Commander. And Marc became the E-11 Commander, he was a great commander, every time E-11 was free and a raid happened they went to help Nu-7 defend the Site. They re-contained the SCPs with little to no casualties. After 3 more years Marc decided to resign as a E-11 Commander and decided to join Omega-1 “Law’s Left Hand”. He was accepted into Omega-1 and was a good unit and was quickly promoted from Recruit to Private after two weeks, a month after he was promoted to Private First Class because of his impressive performance. A month after he was promoted again from Private First Class to Lance Corporal for his excellent performance. At that time, he was introduced to Amnestic and the ISD. The Internal Security Department was a department that interested Marc a lot after working as an Omega-1 for a while, he decided to send his CV to the ISD along with a Letter of recommendation of the ISD Agent Lando Norris. A few weeks after sending his CV, he was contacted by someone claiming to be a ISD Agent and said that they wanted to meet up at a certain place. That day he went to the disclosed place in the vocal message, a researcher was waiting there.
