How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, IRP Discord and our forums: I am quite frequently using Discord and I will be active here as well if required. Usually I only use TS when necessary cause I am not a fan of it.

State the role of staff on the server: Staff exists to keep order on the server. The server rules have been established so that everyone will have the best RP experience and hopefully fun while playing. Those who won't follow the rules will be either punished or removed by staff since they destroy the experience others want to have.
Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I did.
List of all previous server staff experience: I used to be staff member on a LOTR RP server which was very fun to do. Besides that, I am the owner of a TTT server but I guess this one won't count since it's for private use.
Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member? Yes, that is only fair since staff members aren't above the rules.
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would summon both players and ask their opinion on that topic. If I didn't witness the situation myself I would also ask the accuser for proof of his accusations and, if there is still doubt, check the logs for anything helpful to the situation. Should the accusing player have valid proof for his call, the other player will be warned for that. Is there no proof or the proof is not helping, both players will be returned.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I tell him that this is not the correct way to call for training and tell him to use the /advert command.
3 ) During a patrol, an Enlisted Trooper accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If that was really just an accident, I would not interfere and let the higher ups of his platoon deal with it, since it can actually be made into an RP situation.
4 ) You are a Lieutenant or higher rank, an Enlisted Trooper doesn't salute you: I follow the rule book of the army and tell him to salute or he will face consequences for not following the laws of the army.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: The rulebook can be as large as you like but there will always be loopholes. Nontheless, there is always room for common sense and if the player can't use his common sense he will be punished for the rule break.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I tell him, that with the punishment I gave to him, the sit is over. However he can file a complaint about my punishment on the forums here.

The servers of Werwolf Gaming were always very nice to use and I always had the opinion that their staff was very competent in what they did. Before joining that server, I had already gathered some experience on how to properly enforce rules on a server or how to help players who are confused or have problems with other players. It is also some sort of hobby of mine to help people in need, since I also do some sort of guiding in real life, so doing that online would fit in just fine. Besides that, I can be online at different times so I can cover hours when other staff members tend to be inactive. In my times of playing on NRP, I witnessed it many times, that the server was either understaffed and many people got annoyed and left due to their requests not being taken care of. I believe that I can solve most situations fairly quickly, especially because I am pretty calm in most situations, but I am also capable of talking more authoritatively, should a player be annoying in a sit or if he keeps annoying others. I hope that I can be a fine addition to the collection and I am looking forward to working with the other members of the staff team. I won’t be mad if I won’t get accepted since I will enjoy playing on the sever with or without more responsibilities.
