Honour is better than surrender” Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion (100 words minimum): Battalion's responsibilities are making sure the base is running well during normal defcon 5. They are also responsible for granting and denying requests like claiming TRs, Take off requests and more. They may also take care of situations like a scav entering main base or a droid going rouge by making sure CG and CE take care of it. They are also responsible for leading during a base attack or planetary. They are to give out directions for the different regiments to make sure the combat is running smoothly so there is no confusion in what's going on. They will also host a briefing before a mission explaining what's going to happen and the objective. A debrief is also hosted by the battalion going through what happened and possible feedback to regiments on what went well or if improvements are needed. Why should we pick you for Battalion (200 words minimum): I think you should pick me for battalion because I have a lot of experience in leading regiments like 104th and GM but also have led a lot of events in frontline regiments in the past. I always try to keep it to a high standard and listen to advice to keep improving my abilities. I also think I am fit for battalion because I am mature and can keep a cool head. I Have experience in higher ranks as well by being a commander before and also being colonel twice. I know how to act accordingly to keep it to a high standard as that is a very important part of a battalion member to not look bad to other regiments as battalion is supposed to be a role model for other regiments on how to act and perform. Another reason I believe I should be picked for battalion is because I'm always very committed to the regiment I am in and try to help as much as I can to make it a better experience for everyone. I always try to progress as much as possible and try to keep good relations with everyone as it improves everyone's experience. What do Battalion do during combat, when they are not leading (In detail): The battalion member may Try to aid the regiment they supervise by assisting with firepower, locations and such. They can also give out locations for the regiment to search. They are not to lead the regiment though as that is their commanding officer's duty. +1 z-6 is kinda bad. Also with having 327th having their own minigun so it doesnt make b1 heavies op is also big +1. Ammo reduction wouldnt make a big difference tho imo since you dont use that much ammo most of the times anyway before the hostiles are dead.

I'm currently studying to become a welder/plumber. When I'm off school I always play games like garry's mod because I have nothing better to do. I have been on the server for about 5 months. I also enjoy playing other games like overwatch and rainbow six siege. While I'm not on the server I enjoy playing drums and being in the garage messing with stuff. While leading I also listen to other peoples advice on making my decisions to ensure it runs smoothly. While leading I try to consider the consequences of my decisions before I make them to ensure the best result. I also like getting criticism or feedback because then I can improve my behavior accordingly. I have a lot of school which can impact my activity but I try to be as active as I can on the server. While on the server I try to be as productive as possible by doing regimental trainings or making decisions. I also believe that I am fit for the battalion because I enjoy leading but also I try to act respectfully to other people which is very important for battalion members. I also have experience dealing with major decisions from my current rank. I always take advice from other people before making a major decision to ensure it's made right. While in a difficult situation I would try to remain as calm as possible and oversee my options. I like to think that I have a good reputation as well which is very important for a battalion. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: The main responsibilities of a battalion are to grant and deny requests made over comms. You should also make sure that cadets are being trained. If there are cadets that need training you would order an NCO+ to train them. Also while doing all of that you would act as expected. If supervising a regiment you would also host trainings for them and also assist in hierarchies decisions. If the base would start getting attacked, the battalion would also make sure one of them is leading the event. If you are not the one leading you would assist your supervised regiment. As a battalion you are also supposed to have good leadership to ensure victory for the republic. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: No i have not. You would stick with the regiment you are supervising unless told by the leading battalion to go with another regiment. You would not order them around but you could order them to search a specific area if you're on search and destroy in an area. Why do you stand out among other candidates: I have high activity on the server and i would never favour another person in any situation because the outcome should always be fair. I've never had any problems with people in the community and i try to stay on the good side with people to make everyone's experience better. Why should we pick you to staff our server: I don't have any past experience as a staff but i try to improve as much as i can on anything and i also try to improve with feedback that i'm given. I'm also very dedicated to the server as i am very active(65 is usually minimum.) and i have gained a lot of play time in the past weeks. I've also played in 327th since i started playing on the server which shows that i don't get bored over time and i take it more seriously the more i've been in the regiment as well. I also try to help people as much as i can by giving them feedback and helping new players. I believe that i'm mature for the rank of staff as well because i'm not biased even if its my friends and i also try to remain calm in difficult situations. I also want to make the server have a good reputation for the staff since that's a big part on how popular a server is or if people enjoy playing on it or not. I also have experience as on how to act around other people and not use my powers in the wrong way by being Vice Commander in 327th. I have no knowledge of any ulx commands since i've never been a staff before but i would be dedicated to learning it fast and being mentored on how to act in different situations to improve people's experience on the server. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I would talk with smt about it and explain if i have an excuse otherwise i would apologize and accept the consequences. I would also make up for the time next week as SOD You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If i just don't like the person i wouldn't say anything as that could just end up making the situation worse but if i have a problem with how they behave on the server i would talk to them and if that doesn't work i would speak with any of the higher ups. What your suggestion is: Move z6 down to nco on 327thScriptfodder/workshop link: already on serverAny additional information: 327th have a problem with people not sticking in the regiment. I think its because you have to wait to 2nd LT before you get your real regimental equipment. I would be ok aswell if they removed the t21 if the z6 was moved down since the t21 is useless if we have the z6 instead. This would make the regiment more fun for new people in the regiment and make them stick in the regiment.

You really have to wait to 2nd lt before you get a decent gun while 501st get the shotgun at ET but that is not really relevant here since its about the dropship not who has the most guns

When you become SO in 327th you have z6 and e22 thats all because t21 is useless if you have those. 501st have shotgun, more health, thermal detonators and dropship at exo+ or arc. so 501st has more equipment so what do you mean with enough? I would say give it to 327th and make restrictions or remove it from 501st
