I have read the server rules many times to keep updated with my off and on playstyle. i know what jobs must abide by fear rp, and one of them is this job, 1048 to be clear.

I do understand what the 1048 job is for. it is 100% a passive rp job, you go around the facility interacting with its members to collect ears to construct scp 1048-1 and so on and so on.
Do you understand that PassiveRP is very important in this job and why?:
I completely understand that passiverp is a massive part of the scp 1048 job. without the passiverp aspect of the job all it would be is another scp for containment to slap in cuffs and put back in a cell. with the passiverp this job provides someone playing it can give a huge amount of rp to a lot of different people.

I understand the rules of scp 1048, to be clear i shall list a few. as scp 1048 you are obligated to abide by fear rp as well as not talking, 1048 must comunicate via drawings and gestures. a very rp appropriate rule is that due to the bears short stature you cannot open buttons.
Describe how SCP-1048 should act with and around Foundation Personnel:
scp 1048 should act in a cute and adorable manner. for example some /me's would go like this, /me Tugs on pant leg, and /me draws bunny rabbit. if scp 1048 is alone with an indivigual who is interacting with scp 1048, scp 1048 can attempt to take the indiviguals ear to construct scp 1048-1.
Describe what SCP-1048 does: scp 1048 is a passive rp job, you go around interacting with foundation staff and collect ears from doing so. most of the time on the job will be you drawing pictures making gestures and trying to give other people a fun and adorable time. i personally plan on roaming around and drawing people pictures of them and what they are doing to give them a little RP keepsake from scp 1048.
A GOI has breached you out of containment and take you to Gate A, they tell you to come with them, what do you do?: Firstly i would check if there are staff members online at the time and alert them to what might be happening. the things that must happen before scp 1048 can leave the foundation is if there is a senior admin or higher and a group of interest to breach scp 1048.
