  1. Out of Character Section - Steam Name: Kaldor Draigo Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:81325470 Current OOC Rank on the server(eg Plat VIP, Mod): IC: Jedi Guardian - Ex 41st/GC LTCOL OOC: Platinum VIP | Pirate | Cartel | RRM Age (14 - Minimum): 19 What is your playtime (2 Weeks - Minimum): 2w 4h 38m Do you have a microphone, is it good quality: Yes, it's a Hyper X Quadcast Have you read and looked through the Battalion Handbook: Yes I have, I will continue to read it and stay informed. Do you meet the requirements: I do State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link https://imgur.com/a/l1LJOn7 In Character Section - In-Game name: (Regiment, Rank and then your name) Jedi Guardian Stealth All Previous Ranks Obtained: (Highest Per Regiment) 41st LT COL | CG CPL | 74th SGT | 21st SGTM | CE PFT 2nd LT What should we pick you for Battalion: (200 Words - Minimum) I am applying for this not just on my own accord, a couple of other people on the server have recommended me to pursue applying for Battalion. I enjoy leading people, both in and out of combat and a happy and firm leader is more likely to inspire other regiments and troops. I'm a trustworthy guy shown by the fact that I've had 0 warns | kicks | bans over the 3 years I've been playing and the additional fact that people have come to me with their recommendations for me to get this position. I have been told I'm a funny and friendly lad and it reflects in the way I like to help others with their problems. Both IC and OOC showing I'm completely competent with the higher responsibilities. I don't like having problems with others and not discussing it, which hopefully reduces needless friction, making me fairly honest as I am incapable of lying. Being unable to lie makes me 100% accountable to situations and what I'm saying will be true and blunt. I can speak fairly fluently given that I'm doing acting at uni and outside uni. So I'm no stranger giving speeches to large crowds. However, writing is not my strong suit as I have dyslexia and dyspraxia. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Simply Battalion is the supervision, leading and management team of the base, regiments etc... They are there to set an example of discipline and conduct to the troops by behaving in a mature and dignified manner. Correcting any issues they encounter on their daily duties. They are to lead our troops into battle and war zones, seeing the bigger picture and ordering around that, so the clone regiment commanders can focus on ordering their regiments and do their tasks effectively. And most important point task of Battalion is to manage the daily tasks, from the simple granting and denying requests to the organizing of training, open SIMs and handling of smaller issues. Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why) No I Have Not. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I completely understand What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading: (IN DETAIL) You would stay with whatever regiment you are supervising (If you're a regimental supervisor that is), if you were ordered by the leading battalion member to oversee another regiment you would go with them instead. You would not be there to act as their commander but to assist the existing leadership, Battalion in combat is more of a mouthpiece of the leading member of Battalion, voicing and reiterating any commands that the leading member may not have said over voice amp. Moreover, you would be allowed to assist in the mid to front line assuming your equipment is sufficient and appropriate. Furthermore, If I was leading the event I would be hanging back between the back and middle lines. Giving RP orders over voice amp. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session: Lead a planitary with voice amp, do a debrief to a good satisfactory standard and carry out a open sim. What rank can the Battalion Brigadier Promote and Demote up to: Up to a regimental Captain. What rank and above can use two pieces of Regimental Equipment: Battalion Colonel Anything else: I apologies if there are any issues with grammar etc.. I've tried to make it cohirent enough to read. One thing I would like to add though, is a Battlion members job should also consist on making regiments not bored by either hosting my SIMs for regiment specifics or giving them Passive RP tasks.
  2. -Neutral -Been Here A Long Time, High Game Time -Poorly Written Final Paragraph
  3. - Neutral - Good Game Time - High Past Regimental Ranks - Short and Simple Answers to the questions, not enough detail - Final Paragraph was 160 words. Felt like you weren't that bothered with it Maybe next time put more detail into the responses and lengthen your answers to the required length. Maybe I'm being too harsh here, I'm not too sure.
  4. - Neutral - Seems to have alot of expearience with being staff on past servers - Good Game Time - Not much regimental variation - 4 Warnings: 1 for RDM and 3 for FailRP is concerning though
  5. +1 Great guy, able to get ARC and Sentinal Good Application Content
  6. +1 Nice High Game Time Experienced With A Current High Rank Funny Lad
  7. In-game name(s): Stealth Steam Name: Kaldor Draigo Steam ID: (https://steamidfinder.com/ STEAM_0:0:81325470 Age when applying: 19 What country do you currently reside in? What is your time-zone: England | GMT/BST Can you speak and type English fluently: Yes for both of them Current total game-time on the server (type !time) 2 Weeks - Previously had 2 months that were reset IC Rank(s) and OOC Donation Rank(s) on SW-RP: IC: Jedi Guardian - Ex 41st/GC LTCOL OOC: Platinum VIP Do you own a working microphone? When you communicate do you type or speak: Yes I own a microphone that I can use proficiantly most of the time. And I'm able to type When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Augest 23rd 2018 I've taken breaks along the way, however. I've been playing now since JAN and I'm not planning on leaving for a while. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums: I use discord and ts all the time and occasionally the forums State all your previous OOC punishments (bans, kicks etc.) and a screenshot of your list of warns. (Go in game and type !warns.) Upload it to http://imgur.com/ or as a steam community screenshot and include the link). Your game time must be visible as well in the screenshot. (Type !time then open warns menu, and drag the menu so chat is visible with the time): 0 Warns | 0 Bans | 0 Kicks State the role of staff on the server: Staff are there to ensure that RP on the server stays serious and enjoyable for everyone. They must be active, friendly and trustworthy but most importantly, as its there job to monitor RP behaviour, being aware. They take care of problems coming from minges/failrp or other rulebreakers and carrying out the appropriate punishment onto them. They must also assist all players experiencing any sort of difficulty on the server for example, needing health set or weapons given to SIMs. To player wanting to know more about specific rules or areas of gameplay that they need a bit of assistance with. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes I have and I'm familiar with them. List of all previous server staff experience: I currently have no staff expearience. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: I Fully and Completely Understand This Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: In this current situation, I would ask for the name and location of the player in question. If I were unable to get a name or find the player in question, I would check logs to look through player damage and look to see recent damage done and work out who has been RDMing people. If I got the players name I would bring the suspect to a location far from any situation like a mountain or hill top that is private, secluded and not near any RP. I would then explain that they've been reported for killing clones, under RDM, which is against server rules. Before I go further into the punishment I would give the player time to speak, tell me any further details or anything he wants to say. Then I would then check logs once again to get confirm that he is in fact the player in question then figure out how many clones he killed and give him the appropriate punishment. Either being a kick & warn for RDM. However, when it comes to MRDM I would give a warning and if he continues killing then it would be followed by a 3 day ban, then an extra day for every kill after that. Once they have received punishment it would be logged in discord and would resume normal staff duties. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: As staff, I would teleport to the Cadet and inform him that I will be getting a trainer. I then tp to a Battalion, if any are available, and would politly ask them to order a NCO+ to the Cadet Area to train him. If he even can’t get a trainer, I would teleport a NCO and ask them to train the Cadet after checking they aren’t in any RP situation. However, if no NCO or others would be available I would then train the Cadet myself. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: This is a In Character offence, however, a OOC action. I would just ignore it and let CG deal with it accordingly at first. This is to see if it was an accident or not. I believe CG would let him go but I would still keep an eye on him since it is technically ARDM. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is a IC rule and as staff I would do absolutely nothing. However, my IC rank was previously a 41st LT COL and I have trained cadets alot, I would simply remind him to salute any 2nd LT +. Then send him on his way. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would remind them firmly that just because the exact presented situation is not formally written down, does not mean they have the permission to do so. I would explain to them that they broke FailRP and proceed to inform him as a clone it is up to his initiative and the use of common sense to know what is clone and un-clone to do and that testing the rules/pushing the line is committing FailRP and is punishable. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Firstly, I would tell them to calm down and relax. Then explain why they are getting punished using the guidelines in terms of the punishment. If they continue on with their arguing I will simply wait for them to finish and hear what they have to say. Once they have vented out their frustration; this should have calmed them down enough to tell them that they can post a complaint in the Admin Abuse Section of the Werwolfgaming Forums if they felt my judgement or punishment was to harsh. I would also remind them that they could also make a Unban/Unwarn request on the forums as well. I would proced to give them the correct link to the forums. During the admin sit, if they were particually rowdy and saying incriminating stuff, I would be taking SS of logs and filming the sit for further evidence of there behaviour in case I need it later. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I joined this server on the 23rd of August 2018, since then I have been in multiple regiments and had multiple small breaks, some from exhaustion - some for education. In all my time on the server, I've got used to how it works, how the people cooperate, and how the rules function. I am an experienced member of the community and a reliable member as my prolonged recent activity and lack of warnings suggest. As I said last time I am here to stay now, probably for the next few years or so. All this time to impact and reinforce a positive community. With me being on holiday I am almost always available already, if people were to require me all they need is to ping me on discord and I will be there. I play the server on weekdays between 6 PM to 11 PM or longer and at weekends all day. Despite me not having previous experience in a modding position or a hierarchy, such as VCMDR or CMDR. I have looked up to multiple staff members as role models and from that know how most of the commands work. Meaning, I would only require an introduction and refreshers here and there. I know the rules, 3 years shows that. Even though I see myself as a semi-unknown figure of this community, I'm prepared to dedicate a lot of my time to this community. I've only been on one server group on GMOD and that is werwolf. I only like this server and its community and I've stayed for it. I wish to finally achieve a higher position in which I can help and bring joy to newcomers and experience not just the staff team but everyone on this server. What I will bring is my experience, dedication and reliability towards the staff team and I am confident that I will make a positive impact on the community and its users.

Seeing as it is hard to tell in the first place if it was an accident or not. Moreover, I believe CG would let him go but as staff I would keep an eye on him since it is technically ARDM. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is a IC rule and as a staff member I would do absolutely nothing. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I joined this server coming up on 3 years ago, since then I have been in multiple regiments and had multiple small to large breaks all due to busy life with college. In all my time on the server I have spent plenty of time getting used to the server, how it works, how the people cooperate and how the rules work. I am an experienced member of the community aswell as a reliable member as my recent activity suggests. I here to stay now, for the next few years as I've got uni coming up i'm going to have even more time to contribute to the server and reinforce a positive community. I know the rules. Even though am a semi-unknown member of this community, I dedicate a lot of my time towards this server especially in the way of wanting to train more and more people to enjoy the server as I've done.
