What is MTF E-11?: Epsilon-11 is a specialized task force within The Foundation. E-11 is trusted to maintain the on-site security of anomalous subjects and entities. Although they are widely known for securing breached, anomalous entities that have on multiple occasions, evaded Foundation's best efforts at rein containment, they also handle and aid off-site anomalous containment efforts of potential new anomalous entities. What does MTF E-11 do on the server?: When the site administrative personnel have not issued a general alert or a lockdown, E-11 aids and enforces the on-site security and cooperates other security staff to ensure smooth and friction-less operation on-site. When Inevitability something goes wrong and an will go wrong; an Emergency is issued. E-11 will go on high alert and follow directives accordingly from the Chain-of-Command and such to determine the severity of the situation and act accordingly. If an SCP subject breaks containment and is causing havoc inside the facility, E-11 will take full initiative and demand the aid of other containment specialists to assure full containment of breached subjects and entities. Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?: I enjoyed playing as a containment specialist way back, then proceeded to mostly main as an E-11 Operative before the whole MTF became whitelisted only. Really enjoyed those times and it was entertaining to handle different RP situations. Scenario questions SCP-035 has breached and is holding a site administration member hostage, how do you proceed?: 035 has a very particular personality, it enjoys manipulating and having conversations everything related to philosophy. Essentially a highly intelligent sociopath. You are to buy time with 035 while engaging in deep conversation as much as possible to ensure the relative safety of the hostage until a personnel with Clearance level 4 or greater authorities the termination of the host. A HoEA, ECM and SD are giving you different orders on a situation that requires you to deal with it, who do you listen to and why?: If all administrative personnel are all counted for and present, Site Director has highest authority over the site's internal matters. You are to follow orders from SD and communicate with others about the situation to ensure full-cooperation. An E-11 unit has been in contact with an anomaly that has taken affect on them, what do you do with them?: Dependents on the anomaly, If a strong memetic hazard has taken over a E-11 unit, they are to be detained immediately and separated from their respective members. If at any point they resist the detainment efforts, the unit is to be terminated immediately. An administration member is giving out orders that could result in the site's security being damaged, what do you do?: Confirm orders and consult your designated regimental commander. In extreme cases the partial security of the site will have to be compromised in-order to ensure containment of more dangerous SCPs, this could mean a controlled destruction of a facility's section in order to eliminate or to impede the entity or phenomena until additional forces or orders have been received. But yeah, simple answer is a hard "NO". Compromising site's security is not to be taken lightly and should only be enacted on the last-resort policy where all other means of maintaining secrecy and containment have been exhausted ( OOC like a event or something like that, this scenario that I would never come to pass, but it would be fun to see an event like this) A researcher is found feeding D class to SCP objects with no clear objective, what do you do?: Usually E-11 does not interfere with Research & Development. However as an E-11 you are answerable to a degree to the site's security in general. If you deem that a researcher is "not quite there" or "does not have a clear objective" and is actively feeding a dangerous entity for their own personal amusement, you have the authority to file a report to your nearest Ethics Committee Member, and also depending on the situation, arrest the researcher on the spot for endangering the site's safety.
