When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since: Joined back in 2017, and i have been on and off ever since, I have taken some LOAs duo to education and that kind of stuff.

The ARDM was me and a mate messing around an early morning, I shot at him and hit him accidentaly and got warned for it of course. and FailRP was that i killed a clone as a pirate robbing a bank.
State the role of staff on the server: The role of a Staff member is to deal with OOC issues and make sure
everyone has fun on the server while not choosing any sides what so ever.
Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them?: Yes I have and am.
List of all previous server staff experience: I have been a mod on the server before.

1 ) For how long were you a staff member on CWRP: For roughly 2 months.
2 ) What rank did you reach before leaving the staff team: MOD
3 ) Were you demoted or did you resign? Why: I resigned, as i started my education, and therefor didn't have time to play anymore.
4 ) In hindsight, what would you have done differently as a staff member: Not much honestly, I did pretty good in my own eyes.
5 ) How have you improved since you left the staff team: I've aged a lot, Being more mature, is always a plus in my book.
Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I'de teleport to set player, and check the logs, if i didn't catch them in the act. If i did, ide punish them acordingly. and if not ide Teleport them and myself away to check the logs and deal with them.
2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would inform Battalion, if no battlion is on, ide go to the first NCO+ i see, and tell them to train the cadet.
3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If it was truly an accident, i would only tell him to be more carefull next time, as you should not even have your weapon out at DB.
4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: If I was on my SOD job ide just ignore it, and IC ide give him a reminder that he needs to salute 2nd LT, and above.
5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: It is still FailRP, that person has common sense and should know what failRP could be after reading the server rules.
6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I simply continue with my punishment, and return them after. Staff decisions are final, if they have an issue they are more then welcome to make a post about it on the forums.
Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think I should get staff becouse, I've been staff before, therefore i know what to do, and when to do it, I am respectable, and I am always just. And I think i could bring something special back to the staff team, both in team work, and individual work. I Like to think that people I talk to respect me, And when i recpect them it might be mutural. I mean that it's really important, that you respect every single person. Another good reason is that i am really active, i am on everyday, for more then 5-6 hours, I am on early, and late, so therefor you would almost always have a staff member online to deal with problems, or helping new people. I've always been a trustworthy person, and i would never lie or make any untrue claims.
I really love the community and all the members, it's like another familiy to me. And being staff allowes me to help out even more then i already am. I see staff as a way to enjoy my time on the server even more,I am Honest, paitent, kind and friendly, i believe i would be a good member of the staff team and i will be very commited to it, I've ben a Vice commander before, and a EXO multipul times, and i hope that might prove to you that when ever i decide on something I go in on it 100%.
