  1. Steam ID not SteamID64 Why do you have to be difficult and change it to hours or is that your Gmod Playtime You describe the character not the model Spell check is also built into most browsers so I don't know how you can spell so much wrong. Best of luck with future apps but to me this is a very bad shitpost -1

I will play My HoEA whitelist more and hope to create good RP with you.
  3. Your in-Game Name: Josh Rice / Agent Toxic Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:197143804 Your Age: 16 Your In-Game Playtime: 5w 3d 16h 55m Your Warns: 2 one is prop push and the other is minge these were from 2019 and I have had none since Rate Your RP Skills: 8-9/10 I feel I am good at RPing but in situations I can slip up just like most people What O5 Designation would you prefer (1-12) and what character?: O5-12 "The Conductor" O5-12 "The Conductor" was one of the main contributors in creating many of the early containment procedures still used today by the foundation. He approver with the weaponization of anomalous objects and supported extensive research into such objects. One of O5-12 "The Conductors" main roles is overseeing the rotation of SCP's between sites owned by the foundation and this is aimed at getting new perspectives on anomalous objects as it would allow the research department to have a pair of fresh eyes, this also is targeted for more effective containment procedures. "The Conductors" Second role is to prevent researchers form working with humanoid anomalies for too long as they may get sympathetic and lead to a security breach. Have you read and understand the rules of SCP-RP?: Yes I have read the rules and have a full understanding of them. Why do you believe you should be part of the O5 Council and what can you bring to the role e.g (Pressure in extreme situations, making the tough decisions): I feel that I should be a part of the O5 council as I am an active member of the community who is knowledgeable on how things work. I may not of held past positions of power on the server but I feel this is my chance to prove I have the right mindset and abilities to hold the position. I feel I can bring my experience of the server to the council despite most members already having this I feel it would be a major benefit to all of the council. Not only can I bring experience but I can bring a fresh outlook as I have never been part of the council and that helps to bring forth new ideas to better the council and server as a whole. The final thing I feel I can bring to the council is my activity and dedication this can be proved just by being on the server and seeing me perform day by day. Can you explain what an O5 does for the foundation and the site itself and why he himself differs from any other site Administration?: The O5 council does a lot for the foundation and the site as a whole and differs from all other site administration vastly. The O5 bring a sense of leadership to the foundation, They are the spear head of new legislation and policies like the recently passed employee right act aiming to change the foundation for the better. This differs from other site Administration as most other site administration are only dedicated on performing a single duty rather then improving said duty for example, the site director only leads the site whereas the O5 not only lead the site but make changes to it to allow it to function to a higher capacity. Another example is the Head of External affairs focuses on the External security of the site by maintaining the veil of secrecy and stomping out GOI activity whereas the O5 focus on all sorts of security to prevent breaches internally and externally. Overall the O5 differ from other site administration because they carry out a wide range of activities for the site as a whole. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 council are the people who have the control over the whole foundation, They know everything there is to know about the foundation and its activities as well as all the secrets it holds. The council consist of 12/13 members (Depending on sources and times) all of which are totally different and unique individuals with a variety of roles and backstories. The O5 council have a mission statement of Secure Contain Protect that the try to fulfil to the fullest. All major decisions/changes don't get past unless the council agrees and anyone who violates their will is struck down without hesitation. Are you currently head of a department (Job Manager), general staff in Nu-7 or a Site Director?: No I am not What Department would you like to focus on? (Research, Mobile Task Forces, Ethics,...): Preferably the Research department as is goes along with my character lore but MTF also fits my characters lore just not as much.
  4. +1 no matter what time of day RDM is RDM and that's against the rules
  5. Unless they are all bound to spawn baths then I don't believe you -1
  6. Just seem like a bit of a minge -1
  7. Who are you? Most people wait more then two months. Maybe try again in a couple months -1
  8. Its all good saying you matured but you've got to give us more then that -1
  9. -1 you said you knew it was against the rules If it was obvious then why did you do it?
  10. +1 I responded in RP as CSB to this situation and could clearly tell the security guards were minges trying to provoke you into breaking rules for their entertainment. You with held your composure and maintained professionalism despite the mass of insults thrown at you during the sit. I feel you did not violate any server rules.
  11. Who in their right mind thinks "oh I'm gonna stab my fellow inmates cause why not" I feel that's a common sense rule and ignorance is no excuse -1
  12. Regarding yourself Your (most common) RP name: Josh Rice Your steam name: [GS] Joshi Your steam ID: STEAM_0:0:197143804 Amount of warns, with a screenshot: 2 Regarding the server Do you have other whitelists?: As of the time I am writing this, No. What is MTF E-11?: MTF E-11 also referred to as Nine Tailed Fox is a specialist MTF unit which focus in Site security and re-containment. They are used as a fall back for the foundation to recover lost sites or to defend when multiple breaches are imminent. Epsilon 11 have been deployed in many situations regarding SCPs breaching containment. What does MTF E-11 do on the server?: E-11 focus on re-containment and site security This can be by setting up check points or guarding existing ones. Another way they provide site security is by performing regular patrols or assisting the Security in LCZ. E-11 have protocolls for every SCP on site, Bellow I will list a couple of which (credit to Kaneki Frost for the idea) SCP 1048 - Object Class: Keter SCP 1048 is to be re-contained by two or more containment units, Fist the containment units must clear the area of any non essential personnel. Once the area is clear and it is safe to re-contain SCP 1048 one containment unit must point their weapon at the SCP to scare him into following orders whilst the other containment unit puts him into a specialised ball for transport to his containment chamber. Throughout this process the containment units must not allow SCP 1048 to come in contact with their ears. SCP 106 - Object Class: Keter SCP 106 is to be re-contained by the use of 1 or more containment units and a class d personnel, First the containment unit should secure a class D and transport him to 106's containment chamber. During the transport the containment unit wants to take a well lit route as 106 appears not to like light. Once the D class personnel has been transported to 106's Containment chamber they must then be strapped to the bed provided inside with there leg in the femur breaker. The Containment unit will then broadcast himself activating the femur breaker through speakers scattered across the sight luring 106 back. Once 106 has entered his containment chamber the containment unit will then turn on the electromagnet confirming he is contained. Why do you want to be part of MTF E-11?: I wish to be apart of E-11 as I enjoy playing the job and I feel becoming a commander will help me further this and give me more experience in leadership positions. I feel this is an amazing learning opportunity which will provide challenges and fun in the process of making me better at what I do as well as giving me experience to help out not only E-11 but the server as a whole.
  13. -1 Don't think it will work well at this time
  14. In-game name: Josh Rice SteamID: STEAM_0:0:197143804 Playtime: 04w 0d 02h 43m 09s Warns (send screenshot): In-game rank and level: 50 PlatVip --------------------------------- Explain what Omega-1 is and it’s purpose. MTF Omega-1 are the counter part to A1. They are loyal to the ethics Committee and have perms to Detain and or kill high ranking foundation personnel if they are deemed unethical by a ECM on site or they have broken any of the foundation rules. They are usually patrolling site to catch law breakers or guarding the ECM. They are the enforcers of ethics and law through out the site. What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site? If there is no ECM on site Omega-1 Would ask the site administration if any help is needed else if no help is needed they will then patrol the site to maintain order and justice. An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why? As an Omega 1 unit I am loyal to the ECM and will stand down as per his order despite him being wrong. Omega-1 are expected to be loyal to the Ethics committee and will therefor never go against them despite higher officials saying otherwise. Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1? I believe I should be accepted into Omega-1 because I am very active this will be useful for player count and maintaining a good image. I am very good at following orders and have proved it in past jobs. I feel this will be a new experience and I can learn a new thing showing my commitment along the way. The final reason I feel I should be accepted is because I have experience with upholding foundation law from previous jobs I have been on and feel this could add to Omega-1 in a very positive way. Alpha-1 units are preventing a lawful arrest of an O5 council member and are shooting upon you while ordering you to stand down. What do you do and why? I would keep the moral high ground and not return fire as well as reporting the issue to the ECM and Omega-1 commander and hope to catch the O5 off guard, like leave it 10 minutes or something so that we don't give Omega-1 a bad name like being careless or trigger happy. If I feel I can not make an escape I will use self defence and return fire to the A1 whilst announcing that I am under attack and need help immediately. This would not be the option I want but the one I will most likely have to take.

He killed me despite no warning and I didn't even resist the cuffs.Evidence(It's a must. If not provided, request is denied.):
  16. The reason given for the removal was because the clearance lvl not prop minge. This screen shot further proves that was the case if anything.
  17. If he left he would of opened the checkpoint because he would have no reason to lock it down.
  18. The checkpoint was manned so does that matter?
  19. +1 I was the HoS in the pics and I feel it was dealt with very unprofessionally, with him not even having a chance to explain or save his checkpoint.
