Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I was an idiot and got banned for it. 
Do you think your ban was justified: Yes
Why should you be unbanned: I am ready to not break anymore rules and I am willing to read them each time I would join so I don't break any by mistake. I wasn't just a minge, I actually did do some decent RP its just sometimes I got stupid and that's when I got banned. I will try not to be stupid. I have also had time to reflect on what I have done wrong, and realised I could of avoided it by reading the rules before doing anything that might seem a little stupid or ban worthy.  I am also very sorry for breaking the rules.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: Alright, so the 1.SS get a request saying someones slashed tyres at the church, we are told a group of men have knives. We check the groups ID and thats fine. But then a person who did not make the report claimed it was his tyres that were slashed, so we asked him for his ID after he ran off from questioning twice - this is clearly said to him to verify he owns the car, which is a standard procedure, he then commences to failrp by not following orders under gunpoint and gets cuffed for an ID check, turns out he is a Mafia Underboss and apparently checking the car is his, is a "random" ID check, when it's literally what we are supposed to do, so we don't give cars out to the wrong people and get in trouble. I then get pulled to a sit and get told I'm being banned for following orders and cuffing him, even though, the orders I followed were not against the rules.
Do you think your ban was justified: No, the admin clearly didnt understand what we were saying because the other person kept speaking whilst we were trying to explain and didnt let us finish explaining before he banned us.
Why should you be unbanned: I was following orders and had a valid reason to check his ID after they ran away from us twice before claiming a car was theirs and they'd refused to show ID for five minutes.
