     I use them Both All the time for Rank reasons

    State the role of staff on the server:

    The Role of a staff member is to give any help, including anything very small like helping training to any large incident like dealing with Minges or MRDM's. When dealing with theses situations they must deal with Rule-breaking Beahiour accordingly and fairly by upholding and knowing all of the rules of the server. I also feel it is necessary to help give relevant information to players that need it, Like Forum links. and Finally, make sure everyone has a fun and enjoying player Experience.

     Yes and are very Familiar

    I have 8 Months as an Event Planner on the server as well as previous experience before SWRP on other servers as Admin, so Feel my knowledge of ULX / Staffing is Good.

    Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?:

     Yes I understand Completely if the reason is Sufficient

    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones:

    First thing first I would Check logs, Then Seeing how the situation is, I would follow on from there If someone is rdming. You warn them or ban Accordingly If they have killed more than two people It would count as MRDM if they have only killed less than two RDM and If he only shot them then ARDM. If not I would warn the guy who told you for lying to staff.

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function:

    I would first cloak and TP to them and Explain to stay patient as I would get training to them as soon as possible. From this, I would PM a battalion member to ask an NCO to get Training to the Cadet area to train them.

    3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon:

    This depends a lot on the Situation if they do it by accident and instantly realise and stop and stay in Line, I would wait until the end of the debrief to pull him to one side and remind them to be careful when switching to safety. However, if it seems intentional or done to try and cause a scene or they just continue shooting I would Pull them away from the debrief and deal with it accordingly. 

    4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT:

    If I was on my staff Job then I wouldn't really acknowledge it due to having to deal with OOC issues or claims that may show up for me. If I was My Jedi Rank or a Clone of 2nd LT+ I would Nicely remind them to remember to salute 2nd LT+ as it may get them in more trouble in the future if not done in front of the right person.

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules:

    I would first remind them of the rule That states “Please remember that any attempts to find a loophole in any of these rules will result in harsher punishments. I would then explain what this mean that in the sense that no every rule can be written and that What they did can affect other people role-playing experience. From this, Once I have explained I would still warn them for FailRP and if they feel they have still been unfairly treated I would Either Ask for help from another more experienced staff member or get them to argue the warn on the forums.

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing:

    I would First Explain to the player why they received the punishment and why it was given accordingly. From this, I would then let them know that if they are not happy with the punishment they have received, They can feel free to head over to the forums to fight against the punishment and get it removed if they feel it should not have been given.

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words):

    Firstly, believe that you should pick me as one of your new staff members as I feel I am a loyal and dedicated member of the server and this can be seen by both my activity and rank on the server. Secondly, I feel That I am a very friendly and respectful person and so will get on well with other staff member and players that have issues or problems on the server, meaning I will not hesitate to deal with any situation face on no matter the difficulty.

    Secondly Looking back on previous experience I feel this has taught a lot even considering it was recent.
    With this experience, I feel I already have staff team skill including good team and communication, as well as ULX experience. I feel this will help a lot getting me back into a staff member more quickly. Furthermore, I feel I will be a very committed member of the staff team and will be as active as possible so that I can help the community grow and stay positive. I feel my rank in-game as a master will also help as I feel I have the right skill to make the correct decisions when dealing with problems.

    Lastly, I think having me as a new staff member could reduce the pressure on current staff members in your team, especially due to the current situations going on in the world and the stress some people may have. it is very nice to have some extra people to deal with situations and help out. Firstly, believe that you should pick me as one of your new staff members as I feel I am a loyal and dedicated member of the server and this can be seen by both my activity and rank on the server.     The Bad Batch Model Suggestions

    Who are The Bad Batch:
    Clone Force 99,  informally known as "The Bad Batch" was a Clone commando squad during the Clone wars. The squad consisted of four clone troopers designed with genetic mutations. "Crosshair," a clone with eyesight and marksmanship that allowed him to excel in long distance firefights, "Wrecker," a reckless clone with enhanced muscular form, and "Teck," a clone with enhanced mental capacity and intelligence. They were led by Clone sergant "Hunter," a clone with enhanced sensory abilities. Following the Battle of Anaxes Clone corporal "Echo" joined the squad.

    Why They should be added:
    The Bad batch are part of the clone wars. This Elite Squard would be a great addition to the server for Event Planners to create amazing Passive RP events for the Server, as well as alot of other Event idea that I known EP could create. However they dont have to be just used for events or passive RP situations, This could be anythink from SIM trainings to an Actual Squad (Most likely wont Happen). Finally I known not all of them are the most detailed Models and So even just adding 1 or 2 would be great for Event Ideas!

    (Have to agree with Defrexx and Solaire has Improved over time and has shown that he can be serious and competent. )

    - I think he would make a nice addition to the staff team and I think The past is in the past and that everyone deserves a chance
