(Minimum 250 words): I would like to approach a new challenge with more responsibility and an opportunity to prove myself within A-1's hierarchy, I've played on WG for quite a while but have never really bothered to pursue A-1 as much as now since I've never had any real interest for it. I have reconsidered and thought about giving it a shot and believe there's quite some interesting RP that can come with the duty to report to the O5 Council. For someone who's been playing as a GOI for half of the time I really wanted to divert into something new and different and I believe A-1 could be something in that direction for me as I've had my share of experiences with protecting Site Administration members when no A-1's where online. I see this as a role which requires skills for patience, combat and also an environment to demonstrate quality RP. After having spend sometime on the server and being with the community for quite a while I believe taking a chance as an A-1 unit could be quite entertaining and fun, there's a lot of pressure involved but most of all I see it as something new and demanding. As this is one of the more serious groups I believe communication and teamwork to achieve a goal is certainly one of the key-components of how A-1 operates and that can make for some interesting situations. One of the groups I haven't decided to trial for and I quite regret not having applied sooner considering how long this group has been stuck to the server. Accompanying associates of the O5 Council is a great privilege of course. I'm always up to meet new people and like the more serious aspect of this group as it allows for fun events and other things to occur. I've had my fair share of interactions with A-1 members and have seen how they operate and I like their style, furthermore I believe there could be more members on than usual as I only see as many as three online at once. IC SECTION What is the purpose of A-1?: Alpha-1's Task Force labelled "Right Red Hand" is a Mobile Task Force consisting of multiple units specialized in safeguarding the O5-Council. Their agents being some of the most devoted and finest of all Foundation-Personnel on-site, they do not question orders and are to be considered exclusive and count to some of the most elite soldiers within the Facility ranks. They are able to supervise Epsilon 11 which is more of a second objective in case no Site Administration is on-site. Most information about A-1 is classified CL-5 and are thus probably unknown to the lower hierarchy of the Facility. What can you contribute to the Task Force?: I am able to contribute a good coping team-member and am able to adapt fairly quickly to my surroundings, I've seen combat and know how to remain calm if any hazardous threats appear and am able to counteract any issues if they arrive. I'm a bit of an architect myself and thus am able to construct anything or aid if need be such as constructing any safety-measures needed to accommodate my duty as an A-1 unit. I'm always willing to work with any other facility-members to ensure safety if the situation requires it. Being able to respond to situations quickly is key, seeing as my reaction times are quite superior to some. Also my willingness to learn which I believe should always be a motivator and I believe doing this as a group will surely make for a good connection. Experience in my opinion outweighs some cons and escorting some of the most irreplaceable and valuable Foundation personnel is not something to take lightly. What would you do as A-1 if there are no O5 members on-site?: Ensure safety of any other Site-Administration members currently on-site, construct any control points at crucial areas or other vital structures until an O5 Council member is present to ensure safety precautions are met. The safety of Site Administration is ALWAYS number one priority, unless you are ordered otherwise, do you understand?: I pledge my allegiance to the O5 Council and promise to shield the Site Administration from any dangers to the best of my capacity. MTF Omega-1 is a Mobile Task Force unit designated to neutralize or detain any unprofessional on-site Foundation Personnel concluded to be unethical by the Ethics Committee Member, they remain vigilant for any on-site offenders. They directly report and are obliged to safeguard the ECM, in his absence they will report to the 05-Council Member or the Site Director. They are the direct parallel to Alpha 1's "Red Right Hand" and are labelled "Law's Left Hand" Omega-1 units may utilize the authority they have over on-site personnel to even demote up to CL-3 Facility Personnel. Their Commander may order executions and demote CL-4 on-site employees unless the ECM decides to override such a command. What would you do if there’s no Ethics Committee Member on-site? Directly report to the 05-Council Member or the Site Director if any are on-site and to continue their duties to maintain authority within Facility walls. An O5 member is ordering you to detain an ECM while the ECM is ordering you to stand down. Who do you listen to and why? Obey the ECM as Omega-1's loyalty lies with the Ethics Council Committee. I would rightfully do as instructed by the ECM. Why do you believe we should accept you into Omega-1? I've been with this community for quite sometime and due to my timezone I can be on at times most people cannot, I've had my fair share of leavings and returning and I feel like I could bring a lot of quality RP as I've been in a lot of Serious Role-play Communities. Also having been in a few whitelisted jobs on this server myself I feel like it's worth a shot. Alpha-1 units are preventing a lawful arrest of an O5 council member and are shooting upon you while ordering you to stand down. What do you do and why? Attempt to de-escalate the situation if at all possible and try to contact the Ethics Committee Member or the Site Director if the ECM is not on-site. If my life is in direct danger then there's the option to return fire as a last resort. Cooling the situation down could give more clarity and insight into the situation.
