Lero is very active on the server currently, nice guy to talk to from the times ive interacted with him.
Good play time, with no warns/bans which is nice shows he's responsible.
With Lero being mute i can hardly call that a negative when we have Wanted on the staff team who doesn't speak either and he is able to be a good staff member also.
Only issue is the questions, could have had more detailed answers to them but the positives out weigh this anyway.

While it'd suck too lose cheese as 501st EXO, he has had tones of experience on the server obtaining a few high ranks throughout his playtime on the server. He's active and mature also setting a good standard always to lower ranks of the server whether helping them or having to deal with punishments he's more than able too dish them out provided its suitable. Also has great leadership qualities that would be a great fit if he was accepted into battalion.

If your hit with multiple granted and a Reason from Battalion then you listen to the highest ranking Battalion always as they are the higher rank, Its one of Battalions duties to Grant/Deny requests in comm's and if there are no batt on then it falls too the MCO, SCO, Regimental Hierarchy and then the highest clone. just a pointless thing to add when there's already a system in place.

Only reason why I'm giving you Neutral is because your event plan could be expanded a bit more to include more detail to separate it from a standard base attack, and could include a Jedi side but EP's have been accepted in the past without including a Jedi event in their app.

Going from the claim that was made by willboc the jedi who cuffed you, you left while being put in the brig. which is LTARP the reason you was arrest was for more than likely breaking pts during debrief  considering Willboc is a player that actively plays the server and is of a decent rank I'm more than inclined to trust him, when you have no intention of playing the server properly judging from your previous arrest and bans you've already had.

Wrong section, but i only edited the ban, due to having the wrong reason, @Loaf of bread was the one to originally ban you. However i did crash and so did many other people because you was spamming props so much, You had the intent to crash the server at that point.

This is not true, don't know where you get that idea from considering you use the gun, but RC spawn with 11 rockets and get only one refill during events, during a last stand we can have 2, we also get punished for dying so killing ourselves for ammo is not something we do.

It's three days, id suggest reading the rules so you can understand them better while you're banned so you know not to do this again.

Only has zero intention to properly RP, notorious for messing about with Zeal and Rob on the server unable to follow the simplest of rules, ban's still recent so I'd suggest waiting a bit longer before making a new one. Plus Unban app sounds more like a meme app than a serious unban request.

I think you've been doing great recently Doot you're activity is good and you seems to be enjoying yourself more on the server recently, in the past you have had a few arguments with certain people in the past for differing opinions. However since you've come back from your break you've been doing alright and it seems like the break did you some good, the multiple times I've talked to you since you've been in CG you've very polite and a good guy to talk to.

The reason why I'm giving you a neutral is because I haven't seen you as an SO is a long time and could do with have the experience there again, but its not exactly stopped Battalion from picking people bellow Major in the past. So good luck lad!

From listening to a few ARC members and testing the gun myself in the EC room, it's very unreliable to use and is in need of a buff, or even swapping the gun out for DC-17M like they used to have and buffing this weapon instead (Accuracy + Damage). ARC's from when i remember when they had the DC-17M made them look very appealing for the weapon you get for obtaining ARC along with the Grapple hook + 1 Reg equipment. ARC's are for people who want to put in the hard work to obtain that equipment, and for people who want to join RC (or both).

If it was accidental should have just been let off with it and told to be more careful in future, pressing space/right click instead of left click can prevent this in future, remove the warn.

There is no LFS version of the ATAP, so it would mean someone has to make one, from scratch so model+LFS coding and like Shepherd and Hazard said we have the ATTE so it would be pointless to use.

From what I've herd of the situation I think there's more to it than just this clip which isn't explained at all, like how apparently Zab and Bobby was arguing about something before hand, would also like to see Zab's side as well.

you claim he spoke and broke your "immersions" but when he spoke he was replying to people saying "someones noclipping in here whos noclipping". If you want to claim this is abuse because he ruined your immersion then everyone who spoke to him whilst he was cloaked and noclipped should be warned for FailRP also.

Also to add more on to this people was clearly treating the situation as OOC in this clip by shouting things such as "who's noclipping in here!" and saying things like "did you clip it bobby?" and "It's Zab" before he's even said anything just makes me think there's more to this that's just not being said at all.
