In-game rank (VIP and 501st SGT) : Platinum VIP and GM Colonel Have you got experience in staffing RP servers: I was a Dark-RP moderator on a German G-Mod server. Age: I am 17 years old. Playtime: 2 weeks 2 days 22 hours Predicted time on server per week: If I was only coming on for staff I would estimate my time to be around 30-40 hours. Lately I have been not as active as I would like to be because of IRL reasons, this is now over so I should be getting more hours again. Warns/bans: I have zero warnings and zero bans. Do you use a microphone: Yes, I do have a microphone. What do you aim to achieve in our staff team: I would like to get more claims then anybody else and I want to help people who are playing on the server. In general I would like to explore the staff side of the sever, because I was only playing in GM since I joined the server. Why do you stand out among other candidates: I am very good at putting myself in the shoes of other people and understanding their problems and thus solving the problem more efficiently and better. Why should we pick you to staff our server(200 words): I should be picked to be staff because I have a good amount of playtime, a good understanding of the rules and I am willing to learn how to be staff. Also I have made some really good friends while playing on this server, I dont think everybody on this server knows who I am, but I think those who know me would describe me as a friendly and trustworthy person, as much as I like the new friends I made, they would be punished equally as any other player. The fact that since I joined the server I was only playing as GM, makes me even more excited and ready to explore a new part of this server. I dont hold any grudges against other players which makes my decision making unbiased and fair. Also I want to try, to make to the experience of players as enjoyable as possible like other staffs are doing it already. I am playing G-Mod since I was 13, always playing Dark-RP which I think has made me able to solve RP problems very good. The memories that I have of all time I played garrys mod with my friends are the memories I hold dearest and think as a staff member I could make many more with all of you guys. Since I have zero warnings and bans I think I am very suitable to be a staff member. (237 Words) Do you understand that if you are unsuitable as a staff member your rank may be removed: I do understand that if the staff management sees me as not suitable/able to be staff, that I will be kicked from the staff team. If a trooper didn’t salute to you, what do you do as a staff member: First of all I would ask the trooper I he knows that he has to salute to higher ups or if he just forgot to do it. If he says he doesn´t know/forgot I would explain it to him and speak to guy who trained the trooper because the quality of training must be assured. If the trooper knows he has to salute and is not saluting on purpose I would try to understand why he is being rude on purpose, should he show remorse and stops doing it I would leave him but would keep an eye on him, in case he starts doing it again. The trooper not showing any kind of compliance or remorse would result in a fitting punishment. You haven’t done your duties as a staff member as much as you should one week, how do you handle this: I try to identify why I was slacking, finding the problem and then I would try to fix it. If its a problem I do not have control over I would ask staff management if they could try to understand my problem and me not being able to fix it over night thus submitting a LOA / ROA. You don’t like a staff member, how do you handle this: If I personally have a problem with another staff member I would keep it to myself, although if my problem with said staff member would impair my ability to do my work as a staff I would talk with him and try to resolve the problem.
