When did you join the server? Have you taken any breaks since?: I've been on the server for a long time but I started playing more seriously about 6 or 7 months ago and I haven't really taken any breaks.

State the role of staff on the server:
Staff enforce every rule on the server and give the correct punishments. They also just assist players with questions about the rules. Staff need to take in all evidence and hear both sides of the story, before giving out the correct punishment. Staff are their to ensure roleplay happens smoothly without no interruptions and make sure minges don't disrupt roleplay.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+):
The server is set in 1943. The Russians, Americans, British and Resistance groups are alive and slowly closing in on the Reich. With the Allies taking back North Africa and Italy surrendering on September 8th to the Allied forces the Reich is beginning to fall. Berlin and other cities in Germany are taking beatings from Allied bombings. The Russians successfully defend Stalingrad although suffering extremely high casualties on both sides. The Nazi's killing more Jews day by day the Warsaw Ghetto uprising starts.
Have you read the server rules and are familiar with them?: I am very familiar with the rules and I have read them.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people: I would bring the person being accused, and look at the logs and what the accused is saying and bring the player accusing him and look at both arguments properly and find out if it is true. Then depending on how many people he killed I would give the correct punishment. 
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official: I would ask them which faction of the Reich they'd want to join then I would lead them to the F4 menu tell them to go into Third Reich then tell them to click one of the options at the side. I could also tell them to do /armycadet, /partycadet, etc 
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: With 0 intent to RP I would give out a NITRP ban, 1-2weeks for new players or a 2 week to permanent ban for veterans or Tier 2.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: If they had no intent to RP with it after a Verbal warning. I would see if it could be dealt with in-character by a Reich Security force like the SD, Guageritchs or FG and if it is really bad I would hand out a NITRP ban for 1-2 weeks.
5) A player is prop spamming:
I delete their props as soon as I could and ask them why they would spam props and I would give them a permanent ban for Prop spam following the Punishment List v3.0 if it wasn't accidental of course.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I rule breaks are done by players that are new to the server, misunderstood the rules or they are accidents. Tier II rule breaks are intentional and are usually done by players with no rule knowledge at all. Tier II rules are also handed out to players that have been told to stop or have a warn already for the same thing.
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming: In character (IC) is stuff you know in game as your actual character, OOC is out of character so stuff like knowing songs from your time period and bringing them in character is metagame.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: In Serious RP you would develop your character slowly and every action and word that is heard that is not in an out of character zone will be taken in character. Semi-Serious RP is more mingey and things with be taken less seriously. Semi-Serious RP is more job than character focused, it contains more combat than Serious RP.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:  Passive RP is less  combat focused and contains things like medical RP, trauma and character building. Passive RP is extremely important in Serious RP to help build your characters life and background.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting:
Combat baiting is when someone calls a hostile over on purpose to get in to a combat situation. This can include shooting for no reason, pulling a gun for no reason and calling Reich forces over communications simply to get kills.

I have constant activity on the server, I am on nearly every day, and I am great at learning and understanding rules. I run in to minges and rule breakers nearly every day on the server I think it would be great for me to be able to bring punishments for these rule breakers and people with 0 intent to RP. I think personally I am a pretty friendly guy and can socialise and understand different points of view. I fell I'd be a help to the community and newer players that join the server. I am patient and willing to take in all evidence until every single piece of evidence is used. I am willing to respond to every single sit that I can. The current player base I think is one I get along with well during RP and out of character situations. I know that I will not be bias during sits and just because someone is my friend doesn't mean I'd not punish them or punish them less than everyone else, the same goes for people I dislike I won't give them a harsher ban. I don't often make mistakes as well and if I do, I will learn from it.

Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): The server is set during the year of 1943 in the city of berlin ruled by nazi germany, in 1943 the war has began to turn on the backheel for the german reich after some losses on the eastern front, also the reich's ally in italy has taken a huge blow with the removal of benito mussolini, resulting in a large amount of german support needing to be sent into italy.

1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:  I would take the players sit and ask the player what has happened and listen to what they are telling me and then find the person they claim is rdm'ing by using the bring command, both players would then be taken into a staff sit on a roof or somewhere secluded, i would then check logs or ask the player who made the sit if they have evidence of the rdm, i would then check the amount of people he has killed and see if there was a reason for the killings then check if the player has any warns. Once the evidence against the player has been reviewed i would then issue them a warn/ban depending on the players playtime, if they are a veteran player they would be issued with a tier 2 warn and ban dependant on pre-existing warns/bans.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:  i would go to the player and explain all of the different third reich jobs, for example the wehrmacht which is split into two regiments ; bruno and ceasar and that ceasar is the  vip regiment which can only be joined by buying vip through the store i would explain caesar is the panzer regiment and can use tanks and mechanized vehicles, and bruno is mechanized infantry and cant drive tanks. i would also tell the player there is also the ordnungspolizei who are the police force within berlin who patrol the city and make sure no crime is taking place the orpo is also free to join for all. i would also explain there is the 1.ss which is a platinum vip job they mainly guard the moi and often do trainings and quite a bit of combat. you can also join the nsdap and become a party member where you will deal with things such as justiz, finance or propoganda you can also become rad which is the reichsarbeitsdeinst these are the people who organize the reichs labour and operate from the farm they can also control labour camps, they also protect the nsdap.
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around: i would watch the player to make sure for myself that they are not involved in roleplay, if the player is fail rp'ing i would take the player away and ask them what they are doing and also why, after the players explanation i would tell them that they are commiting fail rp. I would then find out the players warns and then issue a warn/ban based on the players play time.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly: i would go to the player and ask them what they are doing and why they are not rp'ing, if the player has no intention to rp i would then check the players warns and issue a ban based on their previous warns/bans.
5) A player is prop spamming: i would stop the user by freezing them and bringing them to a secluded spot where they can no longer disrupt rp and/or lag the server  i would then issue the player with a perma ban and have them kicked from the server to prevent lag.

1) Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier 1 rule breaking and punishments are for new players who are unintentionally breaking rules or have made a misunderstanding. tier 2 rule breaking and punishments are issued for intentional rule breaking or for those who have previously been punished for breaking rules
2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also define Meta Gaming:  ic (in character) is the things that take place within rp situations and during the time period of the server. ooc (out of character) is what takes place outside of roleplay situations and can consist of ooc chat or discord chats etc. metagaming is information that is gained ooc that is then used in character for example knowing someone is gestapo ooc and then kidnapping them just because you know they are gestapo ooc.
3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: serious rp does not allow any out of character chat within the server and is very strictly enforced to ensure the server keeps strict rp and semi serious rp allows for the occasional ooc situation however does still enforce serious rp.
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:  passive rp is more casual roleplay which dosnt involve any intense situations such as combat or commiting crime. this could consist of something such as a business owner or a bus driver. Passive rp has a big importance in serious rp as it fully emerses players in rp and therefore allows many other forms of rp situations and interactions.
5) Define the term of Combat Baiting: Combat baiting is when a person or person's intentionally lures someone into engaging in combat with the intent to kill them or kidnap them etc.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team & your strongest points as a person/potential staff member (200+ words): I believe i deserve to be staff firstly due to me being an active player on the server and seeing what happens day to day on the server and how the staff and mods run the server day in day out. I believe i also have a very unbiased viewpoint and can often see things from both perspectives of an argument or a situation. I also am very skilled in listening to problems and coming up with solutions for these problems, i also have a great amount of patience towards people and hearing out their problems. I also thoroughly enjoy the server and the method of roleplay and would seek to actively maintain and improve the running of the server and the people that play on the server. I will also bring in my own experiences of playing on the server to help guide me in my rulings and or giving punishments. I am also a very calm and unshaken person and not alot of things really bother me and i can keep a calm and collected judgement when need be.  I am also very easy to contact often being on the servers discords and i would take the time to resolve every issue and situation brought my way.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: The ban situation occurred at about 2-3 AM on one morning. During this period there was about 10 or less people on at times. The server had died down for the past few hours and people had just been chilling out, with not much going on. At some point people started to kill each other, and as it was 3 AM, I didn't really bat an eye to it since nothing was going on (bad mistake obviously). Of which then more people joined and it ended up as a fair few.
Do you think your ban was justified: Yes, in a way.
Why should you be unbanned: Because it was nearly 3AM, nothing had been happening for hours. There was no opportunity for RP. I come on every day and my RP has never been hindered, but as soon as something happens at 3 AM when nothing has been happening, I can no longer even play during normal day where I do everything as it should go. Nothing was affected at this time by anything that happened, and as seen in the video, there were more people joining in who were left alone, therefore it wasn't even like it was isolated or targeted.

Additional information: I know I have now been banned, but I hope you look on this seeing nothing was affected, and when actual time and RP is going on, I always do and don't even break it and now I will be unable to for 2 weeks for something which RP never occurerd in beforehand.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail:
So I joined the server for the first time in weeks and decided to drive for a little while. I drove around the city maybe going 40 km/h, but I promise I did never speed a lot, nothing remarkable at least. I admit that I drove a little bit reckless next to the gathering with Reich officials, and tried to park there, which was tricky since there were people jumping on my roof and standing in front and in back of me. My car is worth 17,5 million and is coloured red. There are several other cars of the same type on the server and as far as I know there was another car of the same type with the same colour as mine driving around Berlin at the same time as I got banned. There was also somebody driving into a croud of people standing at the Italian restaurant with a silver colored car. I just don't want to be taken guilty for anyone else's offends and I would appreciate if you could talk to Herman Stellman and ask him about the other cars on the server at the time. I got really confused when I was taken to a sit like I was about to park my car and yeah... I'm quite determined that you are mixing me up with someone else, because as mentioned, this is the first time I am playing in weeks, and for such a short time.
Do you think your ban was justified:
Both yes and no. I don't think my offends are worth a permanent ban. Maybe it is worth a ban for speeding or reckless driving which would be a couple of days, but certainly not a permanent one, having in mind that this is my first day of playing in weeks. I did not kill anyone nor damage anyone as far as I know. I didn't shoot a single shot and wasn't even playing as a criminal, which as quite typical for people that get NITRP warnings. 
Why should you be unbanned:
I like playing on the server and I know much about it which makes it a pleasant experience with friends and stuff. I have put some money on the server on Platinum VIP, Gold Bundle and I am currently boosting the Werwolfgaming Main Discord Server. I really like the community where you don't get judged and you can talk about whatever without offending anyone. I may have a lot of warnings, but most of them are old and I don't have a B1 (first ban in the new system) expect this one. I think I have learned from my mistakes and I don't think my actions deserve a permanent ban.

Dear Applicant,
You state you've been on the server a while, so that means you'd should know the rule of RDM and in particular the rule of counter, you didn't say you did it so a presumed you didn't. So therefore I'd state its an RDM breaking, because you shot someone without a counter, without it being a non counterable situation which is shown in rule 4.5.3, also can you not have a picture of Shaun the Sheep on here as this is a application for an unban request, not a 7 year olds birthday party.

Explain the situation of your warning from your point of view in detail: So basically I was holding my gun out and I was then asked for a reason, I jokingly reply 'makes me look intimidating'. I'm then teleported up and told I'm banned for a day for spawning in a vending machine and holding my gun out?

Why should you be unwarned: First of all, we were just ooc talking to eachother. It wasn't fail rp to be holding my gun out and talking to my mates. Also the vending machine warning is pretty stupid since shouldn't it just be on the blacklist list if I get warned for it?
