    Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:

     

    1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other Imperials: I would TP to the guy to check if he was going round MRDM first if I didn't see him killing anyone I would then check logs to see if he had previously killed anyone. If he had I would then TP him away from everyone else explain that he how he has broken the rules and give him the appropriate punishment.

     

    2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would TP a trainer to the cadet area to train them 

     

    3 ) During a debrief, a ST accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: I'd give them a verbal warning tell them if they did it again then they would be warned

     

    4 ) A ST #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: As a staff member I wouldn't take any action as its an RP situation

     

    5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to them why the situation was FailRP and explain to them why every single instinct of FailRP isn't in the rules and that sometimes common sense needs to be used. If they still had a problem I would tell them they can always appeal the warn on the forums.

     

    6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would explain to them again the exact reasons they have been warned then tell them if they still have any issues then they need to take it to the forums for an unwarn/unban request.

     


     

    Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): First of all I have a lot of experience staffing on Star wars RP being Super Admin for a year and being sec staff on the server since. This would allow me to understand most situations around staff better than a player becoming staff for the first time which would be important on a new server where players maybe unclear on the rules. I've also been in the community for a fairly long time meaning I would have a good relationship with most of the longer term players which are likely to be the initial core player base for the server, meaning I'm more likely to be listened to in a staff situation then a newer or first time member of staff. The fact I've been in the community and staff for so long previously also proves my commitment to the community and shows that I am someone who can be in a position for a long period of time and still perform all their duties to a good standard. I'm someone who is also very consistent with claims never struggling to reach mins and consistently hitting 100+ claims for a year straight which has led to me having over 6000 claims on CWRP. Overall, I would say my strongest asset is my previous experience across the community in and out of RP as I think its important for there to be some experience and longer term players at the launch of the new server, especially in the staff team as newer staff members can rely upon these people to help them out and make the server run a lot smoother rather than only new staff members having to figure out staff for them self.

    Head Researcher

     

    What makes you a good pick for the role: (200 Words - Minimum)

    I have a vast array of experience being hierarchy (501st Vice Commander and Temp DU Commander) and high command (Vice Admiral) before. I also have experience with 74th being the ex 74th supervisor. In addition I have a history of staying in regiments for a long amount of time as seen by my time in 501st and battalion with my staying in battalion and admiralty for almost 2 years straight. I also have a strong determination to find a new challenge and this role would be perfect. During my time in high ranking positions I gained leadership experience learning how best to cultivate a healthy regiment by brining people together and using their characters and experience for the best of the regiment and identifying those that are the best for taking the regiment forwards. Due to my previous experience as 74th supervisor I have gained insight into medical practises and how to properly conduct medical trainings for the Medical Corps. Finally, during my time across various regiments and in numerous positions I have gained the ability to properly coordinate regiments together which may be a potential key skill when trying to control the spread of various disease and infections amongst the clone garrisons and armies.

     

    Describe the roles and responsibilities of the role you are applying for:

    The role of a Head Researcher is to lead the Republic Research Division, making sure that the researcher's activity and performance is up to expected standards and dealing with it if not. They also look for exceptional researchers and reward them for their efforts in helping the Republic. The responsibilities of a Head Researcher is to look out for clones with the potential ability to join the Research division and conduct interviews in order to ensure they are appropriate for the position. They also much maintain the overall health of the base looking out for any outbreaks of disease and providing their expert knowledge if one is found.

     

    Have you ever been demoted or striked in any regiment: (If so, explain why)

    I have only ever been demoted for inactivity when trying out new regiments and have never received ant strikes

    List every rank of Medical Corps Command rank and what they do:

    Head Medical Officer: They oversee the entire Medical Corps operation ensuring the Head Researcher and Field Medical Officer are performing up to standards and are running their parts of the corps to a good standard. They will also deal with major problems in the Medical Corps when needed and will approve the appointment of new researchers and regimental medics

    Field Medical Officer:  They oversee all regimental medics keeping track of their activity and performance. They will also look out for potential new recruits in regiments (asking regimental hierarchies for recommendations). They also hold regular trainings to make sure all members keep up with the rules and regulations of the corps.

    Head Researcher: Leads the Republic Research division keeping track of the members' activity and performance and acting appropriately with rewards and punishments based on these factors in the form of promotions and demotions. They (like the Field Medical Officer) will look for potential new recruits to the Research division and conduct interviews for these people to ensure they are appropriate for the role. They are also extremely knowledgeable and will deal with any outbreaks out disease or infection amongst the clones.

     

    What is combat healing:

    The rule of combat healing is that a medic cannot heal while a clone is under fire and must wait for them to get into cover.
