Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): Well I have been from the biggest minge to a high rank and then became a minge again when the first time I heard IRP was going away, but since the launche of IORP I stopped minging and became serious, I help people more, I talk more serious to people and I don't scream in my mic anymore, , I want to help with the bugs, problems on the server, help people with their game problems and help them fix it, after all I know almost every rule on the server because I have been on the server for a really long time, I am active on the server and I know the staff people needs active people so they can help in game, that's why I think I am a good member for the staff team, people can trust me, people can count on me, I know how to fix problems, I know how to talk to people and how to handle them if they are screaming or whatever. I answer real quick to people if they ask anything in chat or in person. I do have patience always, that's useful in most of the situations when people need help. I listen to people when they tell me things about some situations before I do anything, if I don't know what did happen then I ask the people who are close to me or I ask it in the chat. So I think I should be given a chance in the Staff team.

Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I think I am good for in the Staff Team, because I have been for a long time on the server, so I know how everything works on the server, I like to help people out when they have any problems on the server, does not matter if these are any small problems or any big problems I would always help them. And I am really active on the server so I can help a lot of people when they are doing any trainings/sims and they need weapons or whatever they need then I can give it to them. It is useful for the server to have more active staff members I mean every help is useful, not every time there is a staff member on so yea. For the rest I am a nice person mostly I know how to fix any problems. I answer quick to people if they ask me anything which is appreciated by people . I would help the server with a lot of things like any bugs in the maps/ any problems I would like to fix the problems if it is really needed. It should be useful if they pick me because I would learn the things quick to help people out so I can help them with any problems without struggles which is really useful. So I can always help them even if I am not active on the server. I am always nice to people. If there are problems from different sides I ask both sides what their problem is and then help them both with what I can. So that they don't lose their enjoyment of playing on the server. Other reasons = I don't need to be a higher rank or staff or whatever. I'm just open to help the people on the server to make it more fun for them and let them enjoy the server Without problems. I'm always an open person, they can talk to me about anything. About their regiment problems and server problems and everything I don't care about. I always try to help with their problems. I am a nice person. That makes people feel more welcome on the server. I am a person who wants to solve their problems on the server. no matter what.
