Now first of all, the sit was about you asking me how long till you are released from protective custody and not Scheppert ignoring you. 
About the DTP part, you were clearly showing no sign of respect while you were calling Heindrik Scheppert an "Ignorant prick".   
Here, is an example of disrespect and the definition itself, so if anything I am going by the book. 
 The reason I gave you a tier 2 ban despite the fact that you had no tier 1 on this was because you had more than 17 sits and 17 warns and 17 chances to read the rules prior to this.

To begin I appreciate the 'positive' feedback on how I do my job. However I do not believe it to fair to me to claim I am the reason you were banned. 
Furthermore I am not obligated at all to answer you IC when I do not feel like it. IC I was not even aware of the exact reason and was ordered by Leopold Appes to put you under protective custody. 

 
To continue to your bann. I am not one to be hurt quickly by petty insults so your words, I do not mind. However I support the bann made by Johan Schneider. I witnessed you talking with Johan and to be frank he was just explaining you some simple stuff regarding the procedings of being in protective custody. I find it odd why you sought fit to insult me when you are in admin sit when he was not at all hostile towards you. 

To continue I find it not suited to try and blame me for you being angry on IC matters when I was just doing my IC duties. I was not as you claim not AFK the entire time. I was getting an ice cream waffle and was enjoying it while you even though I wasn't going to answer your qeustion for the sole reason I didn't know the answer and was not obligated to answer.

Explain the situation of your ban from your point of view in detail: I was put in Protective custordy, and i asked scheppert 8 times to respond to me for a question and he ignored me and he wasnt AFK, I called a admin sit about it and I said to johan he is being a "Ignorant prick" about it, He then tped out and back in didnt ask scheppert to respond and then told me he is going to warn me for calling someone a prick in a Admin sit when he didnt do his job propley himself

Why should you be unbanned: Because calling someone a Prick is not a warnable offence, which should be expected in a sever like this. And i do believe there is a active witchhunt against me now for something so Small.
 
Any kind of evidence: Nope it was in VC and i cant run a Recording software without having FPS drops
Additional information: Its Schepperts fault for not answering me which started to piss me off and when Johan questioned me in the sit i Expressed how i felt in that situation.
