Well i Dont know too much about NRP, but based on what ik with the voice ranges and the vid that the above person did, saying the guy was in lobby is a lie, and hence had to be closer as shown in the vid. If it isnt that case then that staff member broke the swrp variant of insubordination and failrp to try and hear what they are saying in the office ( Failrp is what im taking since that guy was banned for going to see what the noise is outside the office.... )

my opinion: The evidence provided is indeed sufficient aswell as thanks to the man that linked the vid to show the speaking range. dont come and say theres no proof lol.
