Staff also have a duty to help those in need by taking claims from anyone who makes one, such as helping out in simulations, ensuring cadets are trained and removing ships. If there were no staff to administer the server, it would not be able to function in a way for people to have fun playing. Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, i have over 7,500 Hours on Gmod, with majority being on the startwarsrp gamemode, therefore i am familiar with all rules,written or unwritten. List of all previous server staff experience: XYZ (PoliceRP) - Senior Moderator - 40-60 Players at peak, IceFuse (Jedi Vs Sith) - Senior-Moderator - 80-90 Players at peak, Multi-Vision (Imperial RP) - Senior-Administrator - 40-50 Players at peak, TheSideQuest (Jedi Vs Sith) - Administrator - Roughly 50 Players at peak. I’ve also staffed on small servers that have since closed which I feel is not worth mentioning, but will be happy to if asked. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes I understand. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: First I would spectate the player that is RDMing other clones to see first hand if they are RDMing, I’d then TP the suspect away from Roleplay and freeze them and then check logs to see how many times they have RDMed. I’d then tell them what they did wrong and what the punishment will be. (RDM x1 = Warn, RDM x2 = Kick + Warn, RDM x3+ = 5 days + 1 day for each person after the first 3. Finally if the player was unhappy with my decision I’d direct him to the appeal section on the forums. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would PM a Battalion member to send an NCO+ to train them, if there are no Battalion online i would ask in OOC if anyone wanted the cadet training and if no one responds id start TPing the lowest NCO+ online at the time. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: As it was an accident I would allow RP to continue and let CG deal with it by arresting them or let CT deal with it internally. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: This is an In Character situation so i wouldn’t handle it as staff, but I would first advise the CT that he needs to Salute 2nd LT+ as CT #### tend to be new and still adjusting to the server rules and requirements. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitly stated within the server rules: I’d explain to them how that situation is FailRP and that not all rules can be writted, and then warn them. If they are unhappy with the warning, I'd again direct them to the correct section of the forums where they can appeal the warning. I'd then speak to Higher ranking staff members about the situation to check if it is a loophole and let them resolve it from there. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I’d first try and defuse the situation by explaining why they were punished, if they still do not agree with it I’d direct them to the forums by giving them a link to the “Admin Abuse” Section of the forums and tell them they can follow the template and a Higher ranking staff member will deal with it. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): The reason I think I deserve staff over other applicants is because I am very active, I am on every day without fail and late at night during weekends when few or no staff are on due to my on-call job. I also have had little time away from the server on LOA and I do not intend to go on LOA/ROA in the near future so I feel this shows my commitment and dedication to the server. During my time as CG I have come across many rule breakers and disrespectful players and I believe I have dealt with them appropriately. My quick rise through the CG ranks and promotion to CG Hierarchy proves I can be trustworthy with the permissions that I will receive as a member of staff. I also have had a lot of playtime since I joined the server in February which shows my dedication and determination to push through the ranks of Clone and Jedi. Furthermore, I have a broad range of staff experience across multiple popular servers which shows I have a good understanding of the ULX/Administrator perms and Warning system, it also shows I know how to punish rule breakers accordingly while also being fair and unbiased. Whilst staffing these servers I have developed many attributes that I will bring into the Werwolf Gaming Staff Team that will help me make decisions when punishing, dealing or just helping out players on the server. In addition, when I'm devoted to something, such as rising the ranks of staff by helping out players of the server, I really get into it, and I put a 0lot of time and effort into it. I am not and will never be biassed towards friends as I understand this can be punished harshly by the Server Management Team. Since I joined Werwolf gaming Clone Wars I’ve always had my eye on going for staff as I want something else I can dedicate my time to whilst helping out the server.   3. What your suggestion is: Currently the map rotation usualy goes Anaxes(6am to 4pm) - Storm(After 4pm to 7pm) - Rishi(after 7pm to 6am). Storm lacks a lot of things that other maps have and as this is the map where the majority of players will be active so I think this needs to be changed. Currently, most if not all Jedi hate the current Jedi Temple on Storm due to its lack or small amount of everything, also can be quite frustrating with the insufficient ammout of Training rooms avaliable for troopers to conduct trainings and simulations. I think maybe swap Storm for Anaxes or Titan since both have a decent Jedi Temple and many training rooms. Scriptfodder/workshop link: N/A Any additional information: N/A

Like you said there would most likely be alot more cases of stun blasting scavengers since I sometimes use the HP of players to determine whether to use the stun blaster(For a clone) or the Stun gun(For a scavenger). However I would back up Panzers suggestion since it removes option for people to target a scavenger in clone armour just because of their health, althought it makes CG's life harder it could possibly improve RP.
  5. +1 - Detailed and well wrote application - Previous Battalion so knows what hes doing - Single handedly made Warlock one of the best sub-paths - Have been around most regiments so hopefully with this knowledge, you can put each regiments specialities to better use - Your activity is one of the best, i see you on the server almost every day without fail which is what is needed in battalion right now - How could you leave us in warlock Good Luck pea brain/long neck/Poof/Panzer. Maybe you'll find the turks that took your wives during your time in battalion.

  7. Racism is against the server rules, although it is not stated i'd say it comes under the common sense aspect of the server rules, and results in a warn and/or kick dependant on the severity. If you get evidence of said player being racist you can send it to staff and they will deal with it how they see fit. Otherwise Staff cannot do anything about it if they do not witness it or see any evidence to back your claims up. Also use the template.
