Site Director, as name implies, manages the day to day functions of the site they are assigned to, they are 'technically' considered as the highest authority on-site (emphasis on technically cuz ecm and shit on special circumstances). They handle all on-site issues ranging from; issuing orders to MTF, security, researchers, (and others) to granting permissions that require their direct order, and other issues that usually are handled by the HOEA if the HoEA isnt available.
