  1. No it wasn't lmao Here's the timestamp for when I got off site and wrote my sitrep (Screenshot taken at 15:40, roughly 1 hour ago, with my time on the site lasting about 1 hour) Here's how long ago you made this application
  2. The ECM stated clearly that you can't take forum applications IC. I only said it in game in-between you complaining about it and the ECM clarifying it.
  3. This guy unironically went in game and called Ethics Committee on me because of my -1 statements on his application I am dying.
  4. The security guard would be following the highest clearance Foundation Administration (O5 aside) if this was the case. (Also I did check in Foundation Administration discord if the security guard was assigned to you by the O5 council which it was, I did not know this before.) I was calling you over FA comms for an unreasonable amount of time, requesting you to confirm on comms on multiple occasions that you were coming and to provide an ETA. You did neither of this things for an unreasonable amount of time. Admittedly you do a decent job of giving reports, but your communication with your colleagues needs serious improvement as discussed below. This is false; the other FA made it in a timely manner to the point where I had to give the other FA his assignment and have him go do his thing instead of doing both at the same time as I intended. Me and the HoEA were waiting for you for quite a while and I was honestly considering sending out an order for someone to find you and drag you to me in cuffs so I could demote you until you finally graced me with your presence. If you have a legitimate reason to be late, which you did, you should have said so when it was requested multiple times in comms. I am not complaining about you going to HCZ? I am criticizing your performance as Site Adviser.
  5. Additional thoughts on this guy's application based on my experience working with him as one of my FA's whilst I was SD: Doesn't seem to understand what a Site Adviser actually is, mainly that he massively overestimates the importance: Made his own office as SA (really shouldn't have one, especially not that giant one he made in EZ big) Walks around with a shotgun and pistol for no apparent reason. Takes valuable security guard resources from an already understaffed D-block to use as his personal bodyguard. (This is severely incompetent and totally unauthorized. Brushed it off and continued to use the security personnel as his bodyguard after I told him he shouldn't have one.) Poor quality, ineffectual SA: Consistently late to an unreasonable degree when summoned with no attempt to provide an explanation beyond "I had paperwork to do" + no attempt at providing an ETA when it was requested several times. Incompetent, see section where he uses security personnel as bodyguards despite their resources being stretched to breaking (i.e. he took the ONLY security guard from D-block and used them as a bodyguard)
  6. -1 Badly written and low effort application. Literally forgets to use uppercase I instead of lowercase i when referring to himself. Other players state he's a retard / not fit for SD. Fix the app formatting ffs. Responses to application feedback are immature, doesn't listen to what others are saying. Specifically this This player is not fit for the SD whitelist
  7. Neutral I've seen you do good work as SA, but I have also seen you repeatedly break fear RP as SA by literally walking up to active raids / SCP breaches to spectate and have to be told by armed personnel to go away, which to me makes me question whether you are ready for SD. Also, your application has typos/spelling errors.
  8. Please excuse the formatting disaster with the pages its not letting me edit it to fix.
  9. RP-Name: John Greenwood SteamID: STEAM_0:1:79238944 Playtime (Must be 4 days or over): In-game Warnings (Reasons and amount, provide a screenshot. Type !warns to see a list, warnings may not exceed 20 [exceptions can be made]): Have you read the rules of SCPRP and understand them?: Yes. Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two: Yes. SCP-096 must remain in his containment cell unless the SWEP informs it that there is an instance of SCP-096-1 which they must then breach to pursue. When inside their CC, 096 must: Avoid using third person to look outside of their CC. Not camp the door to deliberately cause people to look at their face (sit in a corner or against a wall and face it rather than looking at the door etc.) When pursuing SCP-096-1, SCP-096 must be cautious not to kill anyone other than: Instances of SCP-096-1 (indicated by their SWEP.) Persons who are actively attempting to bodyblock SCP-096 during their pursuit. Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?: Yes. What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can: When SCP-096 breaches from their containment cell, all available containment units must make every effort to identify, locate and terminate the instance(s) of SCP-096-1 (the person(s) who looked at 096's face) as soon as possible. If this is achieved, 096 will again become docile ready for recontainment. If this is not achieved, 096 will more than likely do it themselves, becoming docile as mentioned before once this is achieved. When 096 enters any given room, all non-containment personnel must immediately leave whilst making an effort not to look at their face. Should any non-containment personnel fail to leave, E-11 / B-7 must force them out of the room. This measure is in place to prevent further instances of SCP-096-1 from being created. Once the room which 096 is currently in is cleared and all instances of SCP-096-1 are terminated, a containment unit must carefully approach SCP-096 either from behind or walking backwards in order to avoid viewing their face. Once the containment unit is in range, they must cover SCP-096's face to obstruct any possibility of more instances of SCP-096-1 and restrain them with containment cuffs. As soon as SCP-096 is covered, cuffed and docile, containment units must drag it back to its containment cell with an armed escort to keep non-containment personnel away and to prevent anyone from removing the covering from SCP-096's face. Should anyone attempt this, containment units can use lethal force to protect the payload from hostiles. When SCP-096 is back inside its CC, they are placed in the corner, facing away from the door of their cell. At this point the containment unit may choose to either uncuff SCP-096 or allow them to break out themselves. While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?: As soon as the D-class views my face, as indicated by the SWEP I will perform some roleplay actions, for example: /me raises the emaciated frame of its body from its seated position. /me begins to babble and cry uncontrollably, frantically covering its face with its hands in distress. (optionally wait for a minute or less) /me violently screams with rage and begins to sprint along the fastest route to SCP-096-1. At this point, I would begin sprinting toward SCP-096-1 along the fastest route I can find, using my clearance level 5 card etc. where necessary to "rip through" doors. As soon as I catch my target I will kill him with my SWEP, crouch at the position I am at when he died and do not move my face (i.e. looking around) unless there is another SCP-096-1 to hunt. At this point I would also perform some more roleplay actions on the corpse: /me rips SCP-096-1's corpse limb from limb, feverishly consuming the flesh until no traces remain. /me becomes visibly calmer and docile having terminated SCP-096-1. Finally, I would be recontained by E-11 and/or B-7 unless another instance of SCP-096-1 occurs. While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.): All of these people who have viewed my face, even accidentally, have themselves become instances of SCP-096-1 as the SWEP would indicate. Therefore, I would circle back and kill them all. This is not good for their roleplay because it is being disrupted by their inevitable death, but unfortunately it would not be realistic at all for SCP-096 to ignore instances of SCP-096-1 for the sake of their roleplay, which would be an OOC/failRP reason to ignore them. A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: As SCP-096 you should always kill anyone who views your face (as indicated by the SWEP) even if they see it accidentally. As a GOI set on acquiring an SCP from hostile hands, they should be prepared and should know that they need to avoid looking at SCP-096's face at all costs. They cannot simply claim that it was an accident and not part of the RP for the sake of their mission being successful, so I will kill them on the spot and any further instances of SCP-096-1.
  10. Both alleged alt accounts came directly to this post to +1 you just minutes after being made, only making another post to do deny alt account accusations. I'd also like to add that having them come into a discord chat is not evidence that they aren't alts, because you could call just any 2 friends of yours to pretend they own the accounts for the discord call. This is pretty damning evidence that either you have made alts to +1 yourself, or you advertised your app to friends and encouraged them to make a forum account to +1 it. Personally, I think this is grounds for an auto deny / long reapply cooldown if not outright blacklist.
  11. you realize that they banned you from applying to HOMD after you reposted/spammed applications?
  12. -1 Kinda low playtime and very young Lack of detail Anecdotal references from "other people" on "another server" Doesn't understand what the role of the Site Director actually is Literally copy pasted his answer for the last question from https://the-mystery-kids.fandom.com/wiki/O5_Council (noticed it since he pasted with formatting instead of pasting as plaintext) I do not think this person is suitable for the site director role in the slightest.
  13. In-Game Name: John Greenwood SteamID: STEAM_0:1:79238944 Age: 17, will be 18 in just over 3 months. In-Game Time [Proof Required]: Past Experience in leadership/high ranking positions: Good experience as a Site Adviser. Good experience as a Site Director before from when it wasn't whitelisted. Good experience as a Department of External Affairs Agent. Used to be a member of the O5 Council (O5-11 "Father of Lies") on this server a while back (circa. June 2020), but resigned to take a long break from Gmod as a whole. As O5-11 (Chief of Disinformation) I did a lot of work with the External Affairs department. Why do you feel you'll be a good Site Director?: I am particularly suitable for this whitelist given my previous experience as discussed in the previous question. Furthermore, I am a capable leader who is able to act with speed and competency to make decisions for the site and its personnel. My experience working alongside and liaising with the other administration roles during the times I have played site administration jobs also makes me a good candidate for the Site Director whitelist. What role does the Site Director have on the site? The Site Director is an administration position that oversees and facilitates the day to day running of the site and its personnel. They hold complete authority over all personnel, save the O5 council and its constituents. Their job typically entails collaborating with department heads and fellow members of the Foundation Administration to ensure that the site is running smoothly. Site Directors are also required to make good use of his Site Advisers, whose primary role is to advise his decisions. inspect the site and pass information and reports up to him. The Site Director may also liaison with the O5 Council should the Council deem it necessary. This typically involves secretly passing reports and information about the site and its administration team to a member of the Council. In some circumstances, the Site Director also acts as a proxy for the O5 Council, passing along and facilitating their orders as if they were his own. What is the O5 Council?: The O5 Council is a highly secretive administrative body of 13 individuals who oversee and control the Foundation. Their ranks are so secretive that they are not known to any personnel below clearance 2. Each member of the O5 council takes up various sections of oversight; for example, O5-11 "Father of Lies" acts as the Foundation's 'Chief Disinformation Officer' (i.e. working with the External Affairs department) whilst O5-1 directs the armed forces, etc. Whilst the role of the Site Director and the Site Administration is to run the site, the role of the O5 Council is to covertly run the Site Administration and the Foundation itself from behind the scenes, secretly liaising with the SD when they deem it necessary to do so as mentioned before.
  14. +1 Good app Seen in game, is a competent SD. I think he is ready for O5.
