So they have the right equipment to defend the site. The Head of Manufacturing Department is also tasked to make sure the Manufacturing personel are doing there job correctly. Why do you think you'll be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing?: I think I will be a good fit for the Head of Manufacturing. Because I will make sure all the armed personel on site has the right equipment and enough ammo to defend the site againts raids or scp breaches. I will do this by making sure that the Manufacturing personel are standing in places were it is most needed. I also dont mind selling equipment for free when needed.
