Have you taken any breaks since: I joined on the 5/10/2020 and I have taken 3 breaks, two a ROAs and the other an LOA for a week each. How often do you use our Teamspeak 3 server, SW-RP Discord and our forums: I use teamspeak everyday and the same with discord and dont use the forums that much. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: TP to the player, and locate the person killing other clones. Then I would take him away from the area for e.g. a mountain far away. Then I would check the logs to see the amount of people he killed. If its 3+ it would be classed as MRDM, if less RDM. If the person didn't kill anyone but tried to kill another clone, it would be classed as ARDM, I would give out the punishment to these, if the person actually committed them. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would TP to the cadet and tell them to use the IC advert feature, if nothing happens then I would TP to a battalion member and ask him if he could send a trainer. If that doesn't work I would tp an NCO to come train the cadet. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Id leave it CG, but if it carries on then id take action. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Id do nothing as a staff member, but IC id remind him that he should. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Id tell him that he needs to act like a clone otherwise its fail RP as listing every possible event of fail RP would be very difficult. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I would ask him to listen, then id tell him that if he wants an unwarn/unban he will have to do it on there. I can help out because I'm active so I can answer peoples claims when other staff aren't on. Id like to make the server a place where people feel like they are being treated fair whilst them still having a great time and telling there friends about it increasing our player base and overall increasing active players because this is a place where they want to be. Id like to think that I'm an nice person and pretty chill and I'm here for a good time whilst also being serious when needed. I like to abide by the rules and try to spread that to ETs so they can have a great time on the server aswell. I just think with me being on the staff team people may change there actions and listen to the rules whilst still having a great time. Id also like to think that I'm quite mature and can be serious when needed, telling people off isn't an issue. And I can take responsibility. I have had the honor of becoming a researcher within the 74th medical corps, which includes being mature and being active which are both characteristics needed for a staff member. My strongest assets are learning quickly and being active. I have gotten to know this community throughout my time being here and everyone is amazing so I am trying to get staff to give back to the community. Thank you for reading my staff application.
