I am a spanish guys who leaves in Spain beside the mediterranean sea, where our diet consists mostly of paella and tapas. The reason i know so much english is because i was enrolled at a school here in spain where they used the british learning sistem and of coursee we talked english most of the time. My english vocabulary became more and more eloquent and fluid as i attended that school, read books, read mangas, saw animes and videas and talked with people in english. I joined the server because of the free time covid gave me and most of the people around the world, and even though my play time is nearly three weeks i joined the server a bit over half a year ago(when Sarius was still commander of the 327th). The time ive spend on the server has been lots of fun for me and thanks to it ive been able to get to know some people who i am really good friends with and play other games with. All in all i really njoy the server and ive spend really good times in it. While leading breaching training I do enjoy leading my teamates into victory and saving the hostages, besides I don't think I lack the capacity to command my companions so we can achieve our objective as quick and efficiently as possible. Another one up is my patience, obviously I was an NCO before becoming a Major, and that was(for me) the worst ranks there can be in a regiment, but nevertheless they are much needed. While being an nco I had to deal with loads and loads of people with no real intent of taking the server seriously or because one reason or another they couldnt do their training(not being english, not talking at all, leaving mid training and much more). Event though I hate being an nco and dealing with uncooperative people I do believe this is a very necessary job to keep the server alive and I do enjoy seeing the people I trained stay in the server and go up the ranks of whatever regiment they are in and enjoying themselves. Another thing I believe I am good at is undestanding people and being fair to them, giving both sides of an argument a chance to explain themselves, punishing those who deserve it accordingly and coming to an agreement with both sides if possible. Lastly, I think becoming battalion would be a fun and refreshing experience for me, I would really enjoy to see the inner machinations of the people who basically lead the clones most of the days. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: (100 Words - Minimum) Batttalion is a very important regiment, if not the most. Since their jobs are, to keep up with the regiments they are supervising at the moment making sure they are keeping their minimums and interacting with them making sure they are well trained via some kind of training. Battalion also has to lead the events server wide for the clones, making sure to lead them to the best of their ability(keeping them updated on what the clones are going to do and having clones updating the leading battalion on what the situation is on the battlefield at all time). Also depending on what rank you are in battalion you may demote a clone or promote a clone who deserves so. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: (If so, explain why) No. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: Yes, I do understand that battalion is a really serious job only made for the fittest and less mingier people on the server. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? (IN DETAIL) They will follow all commands from the leading battalions without any questioning. They will also have to be with their regiments surpervising them in the events, unless the leading battalion told them to oversee another regiment, then this non-leading battalion will do as told. Even though the non-leading battalion is not permitted to lead the regiment they are overseeing as they like the may help them in their jobs and help them in the commands given by the leading battalion. For example: let's say the leading battalion told GC to flank, the supervising battalion may help them telling them how or where to flank(unless the leading battalion already told them where or how to flank) What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? The 3 thigs an Officer Cadet has to do in his mentoring session are: Do a training that has faces, formations and questions. Lead an event using only advert(since officer cadets can't use voice amp). And lastly, perform a briefing after the event. What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? To assist the leading battalion in granting and denying requests, to lead the event in case of the leading battalion not being able to lead for one reason or another and they should be in the same Ts channel as the leading battalion so the event leading goes as smooth as possible. Anything else: During my stay in the server I have been warned once. This was during my first dyas of being in the server where I don't think I was even an NCO yet. The warn was for adverting while dead and mentioning George Floyd. But I have matured and cahnged since then becoming to understand that this is a serious starwars rp server.
