  1. Original SCP Wiki Article Here: https://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/scp-098 SCP INFO: SCP-098 is a anomalous species of crustacean. Instead of normal crab appendages which end in pincers, these crabs have incredibly sharp edges at the end of all of their limbs. They prefer to spend their time on both land and water, and are also able to speak using a larynx and primive lungs. They hunt in packs, and will surround prey and mimics its sounds to confuse it before attacking with their claws. They are also able to communicate with eachother, and are intellegent enough to remember basic patterns. In-Game: This suggestion is based off of a playable SCP-098 that was in another SCP-RP server I played on a while ago. There was able to be up to 4 SCP-098s at once, so they could work together to attack other players in groups. Even though the idea is kind of silly, they were fun to play and I think they would make a great addition to the server. Equipment: SCP-098 could be equipped with either the basic knife used by most human players (but shrunk to fit player model) or a Swep that allowed them to do attack quickly and at close range. Containment Method and Containment Chamber: I think SCP-098's Containment Chamber should be in the cell across the hallway from SCP-913. This room is almost never used and the full glass wall makes it easy to see all the SCP-098's inside. Addtionally, they could be placed in 457 Chamber similar to 3114. SCP-098's Containment Method would simply be for the MTF Containment teams to track down all the SCP-098s and terminate them. Unique Attributes: Many things could be done to make SCP-098 a unique and enjoyable SCP. 1. Allowing multiple SCP-098s at once, I think 4-6 would be a good number. 2. Allowing SCP-098s to breach whenever their CC is opened. This might seem like a bad idea due to their closeness to all of idiotic security, but making their CC require a level 3 keycard to open would be a good solution imo. Also, an individual SCP-098 would be very weak, probably only having 100-150 HP, and not requiring a complex containment method like 1048. 3. Small playermodel. Since SCP-098 is just a crab, I think a small playermodel (Around 1048 Size) is the only option. Stats: HP: 100-150 Armor: 0-50 Speed: Slightly faster than regular player Damage: Low damage attacks at high speed. Rules: SCP-098 can only communicate in simple phrases it has heard before. SCP-098 cannot open doors. All other rules apply to SCP-098. This SCP could either be VIP Level 30, or a purchasable whitelist. I think it should be easy to obtain so multiple can be on at once, but not too easy since its ability to leave CC without a breachqueue is powerful. This suggestion probably wont get accepted but feel free to suggest any other changes you would like, I basically just copied how it was on the other server.
  2. +1 top tier muscle d-class roleplayer but seriously ive seen this guy online a bunch and he seems good for MCND salesman, as long as he doesnt start breaking the rules again
  3. That seems a bit harsh, theres a pretty big difference between doing a random weapon check (which didn't even end in the CI being captured)/grabbing one person from outside 035 cc and going on a MRDM spree with 096, but if you think all I need is more playtime then I will probably just resubmit this application in like a week since I still have no idea if I answered the questions well.
  4. yeah the warns suck, but they were resolved pretty peacefully and weren't too serious IMO. The weapon checking thing happened when like nobody was on just because I was annoyed at CI and the 035 thing was just me running out and trying to get someone because I was in the middle of getting killed
  5. RP-Name: Jacob Denson SteamID: STEAM_0:1:92313107 Playtime (Must be 4 days or over): 4 days (see screenshot) In-game Warnings (Reasons and amount, provide a screenshot. Type !warns to see a list, warnings may not exceed 20 [exceptions can be made]): Have you read the rules of SCPRP and understand them?: Yes Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two: Yes I have. Two of the rules of 096 is that Foundation Members cannot enter your cell and look at your face on purpose to breach you, and that people who do this should be reported to an admin. Another rule is that you may kill people who are bodyblocking you in doors, even if they didnt look at your face. Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?: Yes, I don't see many people on 096 and would be willing to get on whenever the spot is open, and would make sure to RP correctly so everyone can have a good time. What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can: After 096 has killed every 096-1, or the 096-1 has been terminated, all non-containment units are to evacuate the area, at which point the containment units will walk backwards until they find 096, before putting a bag/sack of their head and using the containment cuffs on them and dragging them back into his cc. While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?: I use my SWEPs and Keycard to open any doors in the way and chase the d-class until he and anyone else who saw my face as dead, at which point I will stop at the exact point I killed him, put +duck in console, and wait until someone sees my face or I am recontained. While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.): No, I do not think this is good RP. If they all see my face and are directly in front of me (and probably doing some kind of test) it wouldn't make sense to ignore them and them come back to kill them later, possibly when they have forgotten about seeing me. It would make more sense to kill them there and then resume chasing the 096-1. A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: If a GOI is bringing me back to their base, they should probably have some kind of object over my head that prevents them from seeing my face, if he didn't do this and then sees my face, I should kill him and then wait until someone else comes along. This is my first whitelist application so sorry if I made mistakes. If this gets accepted I will literally exhale through my nose. Edit: Okay, I get it about the warns. Is there anything wrong with how I answered the questions or should I just resubmit this whole thing when I have more playtime and the warns are older?
  6. I havn't been playing on the server for too long, but one thing ive noticed is that basically nobody plays SCP-049, 035, and 913, and when they do play them they arnt tested on (except 049) and when they breach, basically nothing happens except a bunch of MTF running to go shout at them and or blast them out of existence. I think the main problem with this is that they all need to wait at least 40 minutes to breach, and when they do breach basically nothing happens if theres more than 2 competent MTF online. This post is just about 049 for now, and if these idea are well received I'll probably make one for some other SCPs (like 913 and 035) One other thing I wondered is why 1048 can leave his cell just from the door being opened, but is balanced in the fact that he needs ears to become dangerous and is subject to Fear-rp, but 049 has to wait in breach queue, can simply be killed instead of recontained, and has a fear of harpoons. I think that 049 should also be allowed to leave whenever his door is opened, because of several reasons. 1. He has to walk everywhere 2. He is scared of harpoons (for some reason) and I think does Fear-rp as well (correct me if I'm wrong) 3. He can't zombify MTF E-11 and B-7, meaning they counter him by existing. 4. His main power, instakilling people by turning them into zombies, doesn't really work because d-block is so far away, and as said before he cant zombify MTF units There are a few other reasons, but I won't list them here, only a few changes I would make to 049 to make them more fun to both RP as and Breach as. 1. Letting him leave without having to go in the breach queue. Just like 1048 he is easily recontained and needs to "power up" by making zombies before being a threat. 2. Only B-7 is immune to zombification. This one might seem like a bit of a threat but even if no B-7 is online he can still be fear-rp'd or killed by E-11 or even a horde of mentally disabled Security. also E-11 doesn't wear hazmat suits so it doesn't make sense why they are immune to 049 or 008. These might seem small, but 049 being able to breach whenever is quite a risk, mainly because if he goes unnoticed he can snag a few people on their way to do HCZ tests, which gives him some zombies to defend himself from MTF. Also, it gives B-7 a real purpose besides being 5 extra E-11 containment units who don't get as good gear. Tell me what you think about these changes! As said I don't have much playtime so for all I know these ideas are totally stupid but I'd like to see what everyone thinks about them.
