Can you explain what MTF-E11 is? 
E-11 „Nine Tailed Fox“ is a Mobile task Force Unit with 9 members in total who are trained in Special Recontainment Procedures. They are called into the site when there is a massive Containment breach or a Keter (SCP-682 or SCP-106) breach. They are mostly arriving in a Site when the Current Site Security is overwhelmed with the Breaches or Situation. In their "Free time" The MTF E-11 participated in the restoration and of the conditions of SCP-2139 | 2479 and SCP-3030, or they are helping Researchers out by Test. The E-11 Unit is also being overseen by the MTF unit "Red Right Hand" (Alpha-1).
Explain some examples of how to recontain any of the SCPs currently on the server? 
SCP-008 : In case of a breach of SCP-008-II all instances needs to be terminated. Infected personnel needs to be broughed to SCP-500 if its CLR 3 or Higher. All non Armed Personnel needs to be broughed into the nearest Breach Shelter.
SCP-035 : In a Situation where SCP-035 has a Non-Armed Host, negotiation are required or the termination of the host can be approved from the E-11 CMDR, the Site Director or the O5-Council. In a breach where SCP-035 has an armed Host Termination of the Host needs to be executed.
SCP-049 : SCP-049 will be asked to Return to the cell before being broughed back with the harpoons that the E-11 Containment and CMDR has in their Equipment.
SCP-049-II : The Infection of the Plague Doctor named SCP-049-II needs to be terminated on site.
SCP-076-II : SCP-076-II Is going to terminate everyone who is armed and non-Armed if he sees him as a challenger. Because of that SCP-076-II needs to be terminated as soon as he breaches. All non Armed Personnel needs to be broughed into the nearest Breach Shelter.
SCP-096 : In case of an SCP-096 breach every known Instance of SCP-096-I needs to be terminated on site to prevent more Foundation Personnel Deaths. If SCP-096 has been found, Containment units will put a bucket on SCP-096 head and bring him to his assigned Containment chamber.
SCP-106 : If SCP-106 Breaches Containment a D-Class Personnel is required to lure SCP-106 into his Containment Chamber. To Successfully do that a D-class is needed in SCP-106 Containment Cell. The next step is to break the D-Classes femur and play his screams over the Foundation comms.
SCP-173 : SCP-173 will move around the whole site. To Recontain him the Recontainment Unit is needed to Locate SCP-173 and put it in a Cage. SCP-173 needs to be in Eye-Contact the entire time and with not less than 3 People.
SCP-457 : SCP-457 is extremely Hostile and will burn anything and anyone in his range. To Recontain him the E-11 are equipped with „Size Reducer“ which makes SCP-457 smaller until he his Recontained. All non Armed Personnel needs to be broughed into the nearest Breach Shelter.
SCP-682 : SCP-682 is extremely Hostile and only can be Recontained by a Termination.
SCP-913 : When SCP-913 Breaches the first attempt is it to negotiate. When he is Hostile and doesn't want to cooperate Termination is permitted. This order can be revoked in case the E-11 CMDR or the O5 says otherwise.
SCP-939 : SCP-939 can be dealt with Termination or the Recontainment Units can lure the Subject back with the sounds their making since SCP-939 is blind.
SCP-966 : SCP-966 can't be seen by Humans without night googles. In case a Breach is happening E-11 is required to Terminate the Instance
SCP-1048 : SCP-1048 can easily be breached. In case that happens SCP-1048 is being needed to put into a "Containment ball“ and being broughed back into his Containment Cell.

 
Why do you believe that you should be apart of MTF-E11 and what you can bring to the job?
I can bring my past experience as an E-11 CMDR into the Job, since I was an E-11 CMDR before I retired (because of lack of time) I was very active as the CMDR before my retirement. I believe that I can Command the Unit and Standard Members very well since I know most of them well. Furthermore, I can negotiate with the SCPs (913/035/049) very good and handle extreme Situation in case a Mass Breach or a power-lack is happening on site. I can and will listen to orders that are giving to me and I will execute them as the best I can.

Why should we pick you ?
I think you should take me because I am generally very good with people. I can stay objective and act neutral.
Also, I've been involved with a lot of things on the server which can help me to help people better with things where they have problems.
I like to work on problems of others to improve them. That means of course that I always like to keep law and order.
What I have also noticed on the server is that many people still can't behave or they don't really understand the sense of a roleplay server. Because of my longtime experience in general roleplay I can also contribute very well and help the people. Many also meant to me I should apply to you to the team through my constant
activity on the server. In general you can say I am a very calm person who can take care of things neutrally. For example
if players are rude or unkind to me i can still tell the difference and don't take it as a direct attack against me.
Furthermore I don't act out of emotions and wouldn't give anybody a warn just for fun. Maybe some of the people on the server know me
than the one who does the parties. This has actually always helped players to come together and have a good time together. That has 
actually always worked out very well. And it is exactly such actions that I distinguish myself. I try not to act against the players but
build a stable community with the players. Hope you understand what I mean by that. I would be very happy if you would add me to your team

The SCP Foundation is a web-based project for collaborative writing. NLR - (New Life Rule) When you die you have a timer of 5 min. Don't come back to the same position when you die
