as always I apologise, I had some trouble with thermal dets in the past as a lot of 212th have in their time. they are kinda funky in the delay between clicking and release. We have been doing a lot of nade trainings, and I have been more cognizant of my use. I hope you guys can learn to trust me a bit more in the future.

As stated above I have real life military experience, and have been responsible for saving the life of a fellow soldier during a training accident. Showing I have the responsibility and the quick thinking that Battalion requires, If you were to look back at my leadership tests for becoming a CO I was praised for my strategic thinking and ability to keep calm under fire, I was leading a large amount of the events for 212th at the CO level and taking on the responsibilities of an SO as a Captain to prepare myself. If you were to speak to anyone in 212th I feel that they would be able to attest to my ability to lead effectively. One of my favorite things in this game has been leading and as that is the primary function of Battalion, along with managing the logistics of the Army I believe I would be a good fit. It has been my goal since joining the server to one day be able to join Battalion and I feel that I would be able to give it my all and be a real asset to the server leadership, and prove to be a capable and firm leader. Describe the roles and responsibilities of Battalion: Battalion are the professional core leadership of the Army of the galactic republic. They also manage day to day logistics and keep good order amongst the soldiers. Battalion is also a liaison for the regiments to the Hierarchy, representing their assigned regiment in meetings and making sure their needs are met. As well as maintaining moral and setting standards for the troops under their supervision. Battalion is also required to first and foremost grant and deny permission while on defcon 5, as well as supervise trainings, host trainings, and hand out or issue special duties to regiments to keep them actively engaged, or as punishment for misconduct. Lastly they must host a final debrief and/ or a Brief after or before an event respectively. Have you ever been demoted, banned or kicked: No I try to obey the rules and not draw negative attention to myself. Do you understand that Battalion is a very respectable and disciplined rank: I do, and I plan on upholding those values should I get chosen, by responding to my superiors accordingly and to act stoic and professional in all instances. What do Battalion do during Combat, when they are not leading? When no leading the may help their Regiments by advising the commanders but attempt not to take direct command unless it is a last resort, so as to not impede the Regimental command structure. They should also take a mid to front line approach depending on equipment and acting as an example for the others to aspire to, giving courage and confidence to their fellow clones. What are the 3 duties a Battalion Officer Cadet has to complete before getting promoted as part of his mentoring session? They must lead a training consisting of Formations, Faces, and questions. They must lead an event. They must lastly call and host a debrief. What is the job of the Co-Leader during events? A co-Leader is to assist the leader with anything they require and manage the smaller detailed orders, building off of the leaders orders. They may also get an easier read on the situation having the ability to entrench themselves close than the leader and reporting back the current situation.
