Warn them and if continued ban. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: Ask a trainer that is on to go and train them or if no other on I will go train when I am NCO. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: Give them a verbal warning as it was accident but if on purpose warn and if continues ban. 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: Tell them they have to salute my rank and let them go as they may not know. Or take them to the training area and show what ranks to salute. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: Tell a higher staff member and tell them not to do again. If they continue warn then ban. 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: Get another admins view (if there is one free) or keep the correct punishment and send them back. I am on UK time so I can be on when there may not be as many staff on (I'm not sure though). I will be fair to players and if they have never done anything wrong I will warn them and make sure they do not continue. I have never been banned or warned on a server of any kind and I don't agree with others ruining people's experience whilst playing (basically I wont allow people to minge). I will be on as much as I possibly can be (sometimes I have to go my dads so I can't play then). I think I'm fair when I can be and will be strict with serious matters (racism or homophobic things) as I don't agree with things like this as there is no need if it was as a joke with friends I do not mind but if it may upset someone I will be strict. I will be active as much as I possibly can be and won't abuse my rank or ability's as I have been trusted with them. If I see people FailRPing and breaking all the rules for fun I will not hesitate to ban if they had been already warned many times. I may not be the best with the staff commands but that is because my trial mod got taken away from my past server to early, but I am interested to learn how to use them.
