Also I know Worm can check warn dates, who the member of staff warning you was as well as what for on another application. So I can't see why the SMT can't.

What a demoralising show of unprofessional conduct coming from the Staff team here. 
Let’s first look at the ban reason. “Shacking someone without gun pointing first”, to add it doesn’t have to be the same person who gunpoints you as the one who shackles you. And Albrecht was clearly under gunpoint from multiple people. So the nullifies the ban due to the fact of Albrecht being under FearRP.
Now for the part which I will write just so all of the 1.SS Non-Comissioned Officers who want that little extra credit with Albrecht would normally say “Why?”. Don’t have a chance as the argument is watertight.  I will again, void their comments  
Mr. Albrecht runs to the flag to RELOAD his pistol. If his pistol has no ammo in it, he physically cannot gunpoint someone. Also the fact that there is 5 or something people surrounding him whilst his gun is reloading makes him under gunpoint. Then, he runs across the room whilst under gunpoint and also shoots his gun at someone, again, whilst under gunpoint. It is a clear FearRP break.
On to the staff misconduct!
1. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, lowering the standard of the staff team (I have personally last my faith in them long ago but this solidifies it.)
2.  No clip abuse
3. Hand cuff breaking abuse
Now, you may try and play the card of “He didn’t abuse his powers as he thought someone broke the rule at the time”, no, Mr. Albrecht is actually a competent guy, he knows the rules well, that’s why he is a Senior Administrator…. He knows that the rule was completely within the realms of RP. But attempts to loop hole it to get out of getting IC doxxed and humiliated like both Harald Siegfried and Hans Wittmann the last 2 weeks or so. That is why it is no clip abuse and handcuff breaking abuse too. 
Might I add, this whole post was based on logic, facts and no emotion. If anyone seems my comment to be anti a certain faction which I am sure it will. You can contact me on discord to discuss this. Jcplayz#0656

Mr. Dosser, from my interactions with you, I have had a pleasure chatting with you. You act professionally, kind and have a good manner. But I do not believe this application shows your true potential, I suggest re-applying if this application is denied when you have a higher IC rank and are more well known in the community as well as a much stronger application.

The evidence you provided shows one player committing RDM x1 in spawn, there is not evidence to support any other claims. 
Also are you playing in a submarine 150 feet below the surface of water or something?
