  1. -1 You joined the EC channel mid event to complain and when told to please leave and send him a message/poke about the issue you proceeded to chat mad shit about him about being corrupt and how you didn't want to work under him. Chief Alchemist Shaak Ti
  2. + 1, Great guy, has had event plans before and given them to existing/past EPs, I believe personally Zane is a good choice for EP. He can bring a blend of both aggressive and passive RP scenarios. Eclipse / Second Sister
  3. Currently, the rules surrounding the use of Pac3 in SCPRP are quite vague, they are confusing to some and class the majority of Pacs that people want to use as abuse when some are hardly affecting anything. I believe that they need to be revised by SMT and have a new set of rules put in place that alow more freedoms with pacs that currently would be realistic but disallowed due to the ruling.
  4. -1 notorious minge, will lower the standard of MC&D if accepted.
  5. -1 lack of effort in an app really. Barely any detail for an O5 application
  6. My apologies for taking so long to respond as I did not realise this thread existed. I was the admin that permantently banned your for NH2RP/Mass Minging and I will explain my actions below: 1) You were banned for NH2RP after numerous reports of rule breaks were brought up against you and your friend who was also playing security. These such reports were based on you being a Security LT on surface which I warned you verbally numerous times to stop doing, I asked you to return to Foundation and you blaantly ignored me afterwards instead returning to the surface. 2) You continuously ignored me despite warnings, I told you to stop your behaviour and gave you numerous chances to fix it, if memory serves me correct I received sit notifications about you minging while in LCZ after your returned from surface by cuffing or shooting at random people. 3) The decision to permanently ban you was based not only on my own judgement but the judgement of fellow staff members I spoke to. You disregarded the rules and warnings of admins to stop your mingy behaviour but you refused, therefore you were banned.
  7. Which Rank/tag do you need: SCP Staff Member (Moderator) What is your RP Name on the server(only use one): Richard Krispe Evidence: https://gyazo.com/e3205999b97630fe0ef9846848fe564f
  8. In the video that was posted by Oswald. Did you not even bother to watch it?
  9. Am I the vegetable? Hello? In the video you literally said "He shot the LT, he deserved it"
  10. I'm just not going to entertain this post anymore. You keep saying we have no evidence. The video is clear proof. You didn't miss the HoS or CM as theirs deaths were listed in the logs.
  11. I was the staff member that gave the ban, it was obvious in the video that myself and Cal reviewed you gave no countdown and simply shot to kill 3 Class-D in the airlock, furthermore you said in the video "he shot the LT, he deserved it" this suggests you intentionally killed someone else who in the logs could have been the HoS or the Combat Medic. Being drunk is not an excuse, perhaps when you sober up tomorrow maybe review your actions and decide then.
  12. Could you upload a screenshot of your ban message? It should appear whenever you try to log into the server
  13. How long ago were you actually banned from the server?
  14. Didn't you just make the exact same thread like less than a minute before making this thread?
  15. That was a incident... You didn't even die.
  16. Name: Sev What country are you from?: The United Kingdom How well do you speak and understand English?: Fluently SteamID: STEAM_0:1:497336506 In-Game name(s): Richard Kruspe / Special Agent London Age: 18 Play Time. Must be at least 3 days. No exceptions(SCP-RP): Are you a VIP/GoldVIP?: Platinum. Do you have a microphone?: Aye. Do you have TeamSpeak ( Required )?: Indeed I do. Why should we pick you? (250 word minimum): I believe I should be picked as a new member of the staff team because of numerous reasons: I am extremely active during GMT hours on the server and into the early EST hours, this means that times when staff may not be online or are currently busy and limited in numbers, I can jump in to aid and help deal with sits where needed and where possible. I work quite well in a team, I have worked in previous much larger teams and was able to lead where required and aid where people most needed it. I believe this is a strong trait to have as a disorganised group may end with multiple staff arguing and fighting over what might have been a simple solution, an example is when I worked on Icefuse as one of their Event Staff, I spent a lot of my time speaking to others forming a team for an event even when the events weren’t mind I was used to working in a close team with one another. Integrity - Now I know, I have multiple issues with a few warnings and people who may believe I am childish and while I wont say no to it, I accept these but also can show seriousness when required by my team. In staff sits I can prove to be very serious and should the situation be of very high importance I believe I personally can match the bar of seriousness and professionalism needed and match it. Impartialness - No matter what situation is brought before me, I always try to stay impartial and focus mainly on evidence if it is present. I do not like people I know more or who I am friends with as that would lead to unfair admin sits where some people would always be let of freely even if sometimes they are in the wrong. How long will you be able to play per day?: At this moment in time, more than likely 5+ hours daily. However, in the future it may be reduced due to work or other personal dealings. Any past experience as staff?: Yes, I staffed for over 1 ½ years to nearly 2 years on Icefuse Networks as an Elite Administrator (Something like the role of Senior/Executive Administrator in Werwolf Gaming), within that role I played a part in leading the mentoring team for new staff members spending almost a year there aiding in the training the newest staff recruits, towards the end of my time as a admin and moving into being an Elite Admin, I helped led a group of admins called the “Game Masters” (Werwolf equivalent being that of the Event Planners). They were responsible for producing on average 5 to 6 events per day on regular days and around 8 or 9 events on days where there were a large number of players on the server. Any previous warns/bans? If so, why? (maximum of 15 warns, exceptions can be made.): No Bans however I have received 3 warns with the first dating back to April of 2020 where when building, one of my props that I grabbed collided with other props and was propelled forwards killing someone, Nick Teddy determined it to be an accidental propkill. My second warn was for breaking FearRP under gunpoint in cuffs, however the person arresting me had cuffed me for an OOC reason and wasn't looking with a gun pointed at me when I was breaking out. My final warn occurred back when the 016 briefcase anomaly would spawn on the surface and someone dropped it in front of my feet in PD whilst I was tabbed out, when I tabbed back in I felt it was unfair and killed myself with a fridge however it bounced and also killed someone else. Do you know the basic ULX commands Yes/No: Aye, a few basic ones include: - !Goto - Teleports you to someone !Bring - Brings someone to you !jail - Jails someone for a specific time - !freeze - Freezes someone - !jailtp - Jails and teleports someone to you - !ban/!xban - Ban a user - !kick - Kick a player from the server Do you know what SCP-RP is about? (not just job descriptions): SCP-RP is based in the fictional SCP Universe where people and objects that can have anomalous properties exist such as SCP-173 a statue that is alive and can move when people blink. The server is a semi-serious RP server that allows people with an interest in the universe to take part in immersing themselves with these anomalous entities. The server’s main focus relates to the biggest group of the SCP Universe, the SCP Foundation which aims to take these entities away from public eye and securely contain them in an effort to protect the public as some are too dangerous to be let loose. The server’s take on the Foundation allows players to partake in RP in a variety of different jobs such as being a Class-D, a Researcher, a MTF member and various other jobs. Along with the Foundation, the server allows players to partake in RP in a small city called “Ovis City” which is situated right above the Foundation Site. Within the city, numerous RP groups can be seen such as the Mayor and PD, Marshall Carter and Dark Ltd, Chaos Insurgency. All of these groups can interact either as friendlies, neutrals or hostiles with one another and the Foundation itself. Most commonly, the Chaos Insurgency is at war with the Foundation partaking in raids through Gate A or MT to infiltrate the facility and cause mayhem by killing high ranking facility personnel or stealing whatever they can get their hands on, their eventual goal is the collapse of the Foundation as a whole. Another group in Ovis is MC&D, or Marshall Carter and Dark Ltd. they primarily set up in the nightclub and can sell weaponry, boosters, all sorts of things to the members of the surface for a price and their goal is predominantly money to get as much as possible and become wealthy beyond belief. Each group present, both new and old, are able to create new RP situations for themselves and the server by RPing with different groups such as MC&D and CI might make an alliance where MC&D gets lots of money from CI in exchange MC&D dont sell to Foundation, this can change to swap up RP and MC&D might then go to sell elsewhere and strike up other deals. It is mainly down to the players to influence RP. Do you understand the rules of SCP-RP(1 word is not an answer).: I do understand the rules of SCP-RP as on multiple occasions I have been involved in sits as a witness or a victim of rule breaks so I believe I am quite clued up on quite a few of a rle breaks including a few of the most common ones being: RDM - (Random Death Match) A situation when someone randomly kills one or more people for no RP reason. Punishments range from a verbal warning to a permanent ban depending on the level of the player accused, amount of kills etc. Metagame - A situation where someone uses Out of Character knowledge to aid themselves within RP such as checking someone's name on the leaderboard and instantly killing them if they are under a different groups tab such as a FA metagaming and killing a CI for seeing them under the leaderboard as a CI. Punishments can range from a verbal warning to a ban depending on severity, if it is a recurring problem with the accused. FearRP - A situation where someone could either break out/continue to break out of cuffs while having a gun point at them or having overwhelming firepower pointed at them e.g. 1 CI vs 4 or 5 Nu-7 all having weapons drawn on the CI. Normally the situation is dealt with verbally however it may extend to a warning if it is continuous.
  17. -1 On multiple occasions Krueger has overstepped his position as Site Director into External Affairs when a more than competent Head of External Affairs has been online. I personally think he is not ready yet to become an O5 Council member. HoEA Richard Kruspe / UIU Special Agent London
  18. Just play a different job if you want a gun.
  19. RP-Name: Richard Kruspe SteamID: STEAM_0:1:497336506 Playtime (Must be 4 days or over): In-game Warnings (Reasons and amount, provide a screenshot. Type !warns to see a list, warnings may not exceed 20 [exceptions can be made]): Warning 1) Accidental Propkill - Building an office back a while ago before all of GProtect and the objects collided sending it flying forwards killing the man accidently, was cleared up by Nicky and agreed upon a warning is best. Warning 2) Was cuffed for OOC reasons and then the guy faced away as I broke out, in addition I was prop and body blocked when cuffed so felt it was invalid. Warning 3) Was doing things tabbed out and walked onto 016 after it was thrown at my feet in PD, I walked forwards and immediately got turned so I propkilled myself, which I know still breaks the rules, and accidentally killed another however it was cleared up. Have you read the rules of SCPRP and understand them?: I have read them and I do understand. A few of the most common rules broken are: RDM (Random DeathMatch) - Killing someone without reason in RP. FailRP - Broad spectrum term for anything that would break the Roleplay like Researchers sprinting into Class-D Cells. Metagame - Using OOC knowledge through the OOC chat or TAB Menu to aid in RP e.g. finding someone is a CI without an RP method. Have you read the SCP-096 rules and understand them? Demonstrate your understanding with an example or two: I have read them and do understand them as well. A few of the rules are as follow: SCP-096 must report anyone who is intentionally attempting to breach them to staff e.g. staff assistant running into the cell and looking at his face before running away. SCP 096 must not turn once they have made their final kill instead they must face the exact same direction they were when they killed. SCP 096 must only kill those who are its targets unless the personnel is involved via bodyblocking 096 so they cannot pass through an area. Are you able to play the job often and RP correctly?: I can play the job often due to the much more free time I now possess due to ISD’s removal and being wiped from A-1. In addition, I can RP correctly as 096 as I have read his file on numerous occasions and I believe I can act just like he would. What is the containment procedure for SCP-096 if it has breached? Explain with as much detail as you can: Step 1) Should 096 breach, the first thing to do is identify where they are running to, EZ/HCZ/LCZ. Step 2) From there, the containment mobile task forces Epsilon-11 and Beta-7 are to order everyone to head into breach shelters or to look at walls and get away as quickly as possible. Step 3) They must ascertain who is the target for 096 and if possible terminate 096-1 before it gets out of control. Whilst doing this, they must try as hard as possible to not see 096’s face to avoid becoming 096-1 too. Step 4) After facing away, all containment units must back up until either they walk into 096 or an object then move until they contact 096. Step 5) An item to cover SCP-096’s face must be placed onto its head; this could be a bucket or a bag, whatever is feasible at the time. THEY MUST NOT LOOK AT HIS FACE STILL OTHERWISE THEY WILL FACE TERMINATION. Step 6) Then they must cuff his hands together using the strongest cuffs available preferably containment cuffs and drag him back to his cell being careful as to not knock the bucket off its head and possibly cause another rampage. Step 7) 096 should then be returned to his cell and placed in a corner to avoid anyone looking at his face before everyone evacuates the containment cell and locks the doors behind them. Note: Should any foundation personnel attempt to breach SCP-096 during transit, they are to be detained immediately and taken to cells and subject to the Foundation’s Legal Codex. While in a test, the D-Class they have put in your Containment Chamber has run out and managed to get to the Entrance Zone after looking at your face. What course of action do you take and what do you do once your target is dead?: Once the target is dead, I immediately hold crouch or type +duck into console and site down facing the same direction until another target appears or I am recontained. While chasing SCP-096-1, you pass a researcher, MTF personnel and D-Class who all look at your face accidentally. You manage to kill your original target and you circle back to kill the rest. Is this a good RP scenario and why? (Free form question.): In my opinion, it is a good RP situation as following 096’s lore it is what he would do by going on a circle and murdering them so that then nobody has seen his face. I also know that it would be interesting as it is not only more time for the site to have a little “panic” where more MTF forces may get involved but also adds a little change up here and there by looping back to kill. A Group of Interest has entered the facility and is attempting to bring you to their base. While transporting you, one of the members sees your face, however says that it was an accident and that you should just ignore it. What should you do and why?: I would immediately go into the rage mode (Pac3 if approved) and proceed to kill the GoI member as it follows the lore of 096 that even if it is an accident, he would still kill them as shown by the 4 pixels of his face in a picture that someone viewed and he killed them for it still.
  20. - OOC Section - Steam Name: [WG] Severide RPname: Richard Kruspe / Agent London (will change if accepted into ISD) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:497336506 In game level: 50 Playtime(At least one week): Amount of Warns and the reason of why they were given: 1) Accidental Propkill - Building an office and my prop had a collision problem with the floor causing it to be sent propelled forwards and killed someone. 2) Was cuffed for an OOC reason and dragged to jail, the guy was facing away from me and I broke out. He then went to call an admin for me "breaking FearRP" furthermore, I was then body blocked into a fading door so I couldn't move and was held there so he can cuff me. 3) Was infected with 016-2 in a stupid situation where it was left right in front of me so I tabbed in and walked on it. Prop killed myself because I felt like it was stupid and accidently killed Kinqu alongside myself.
