Have you read the server rules and are you familiar with them? Yes, Yes. List of all previous server staff experience: I have been staff on 2 previous DarkRP servers, though I am unable to remember the name since they disbanded long ago, I have also been staff on 1 rather large StarwarsRP server, but again, am unable to remember the name. Do you understand that you can be demoted at anytime with a sufficient reason by a Hierarchy member?: Yes. Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member: 1 ) You are told by a Player that somebody is randomly killing other clones: I would first ask them to state the name of the player that is supposedly randomly killing, check the kill/damage logs of that player and see if the report is true, if it is not true I would give a verbal warning to the player who reported it for wasting staff time, if the report is true, I would bring and freeze the player in question and first ask them why they are randomly killing, if they disconnect, I ban for the appropriate amount of time for LTAP, if they admit to their mistake and claim boredom, I would tell them there are better things to do than randomly killing and punish them for the appropriate time, if they deny it, I would punish for lying to staff aswell as the killings. 2 ) You are asked by a Cadet to be trained using the @ function: I would teleport to him in cloak and show him the textscreen on the wall instructing him how to ask for a trainer. 3 ) During a debrief, a CT accidently shoots someone, whilst trying to safety their weapon: If I am in character I would let someone on-duty know to tell him to be careful and give him a warning for (unknowing) attempted RDM, if I am on-duty, I would temporarily bring him to an area outside of debrief or a dedicated sit area, whichever may be closer, and explain to him to be careful and give him a warning for attempted RDM, whether he meant it or not 4 ) A CT #### doesn't salute you, despite you being a rank higher than 2nd LT: I explain to him in character that all below 2nd LT must salute those above 2nd LT and let other staff-on-duty know to possibly spectate if they are not busy to see if he continues, if he salutes those appropriate past that point, nothing will be done as I already gave him a verbal warning, however, if he does not salute those above 2nd LT, I would give him a !warn for failRP and explain to him again. 5 ) Someone commits FailRP, but claims that the specific instance of FailRP is not explicitally stated within the server rules: I would explain to them that although that specific instance is not explicitly stated, rules are to be taken with common sense and I would warn him for failRP 6 ) You bring a player into a sit and punish them accordingly, however they do not agree with your punishment and keep on arguing: I do not waste my time with the argument as there are other sits that may need to be taken, aswell as the fact that I believe staffs decision is final. Explain in length and detail as to why you deserve staff more than other applicants. Explain what you will bring to the staff team and your strongest assets as a person/potential staff member (250+ words): I believe I deserve to be staff more than other applications due to my previous experience, as staff on many servers and thousands of hours across many SWRP servers knowing what staff should do and shouldn't do in certain scenarios, another reason is my dedication, although I have a job I have tried spending as much time as I can on this server, which will be good also due to my timezone since I believe some other staff are American, European or from different parts of the world, my timezone would come in handy being able to fill in for when (example) a European staff member has to go for the night. Another reason I believe I deserve to be a Staff is my neutrality, in any situation I believe I can set aside any bias, friends, batallion/rank or people I don't like, I will treat them all fairly and equally, doing only what is best for the community of players, staff and the health of the server as a whole. A final reason I believe I would be a better staff than other applicants is my range, not only am I able to adapt to certain situations within a moments notice, for example swapping from in-character to SOD to deal with a possible rulebreaker, but I am also able to assist other staff members who may have forgotten a rule/punishment or need a 2nd unbiased opinion if the person in question may be a friend, as they may be more likely to treat them less harshly and take any sits of staff members who believe another player has broken the rules but does not want bias to affect the final judgement.
