To be fair kind stranger, what actual main tasks does 1.SS have besides: 
a) Standing at MOI
b) Shooting citizens (which you want to take over so they can focus on "main tasks")
 
Regardless i mean, 1.SS should keep their right to respond to shit considering its what they did in real life (Example: Rosenstrasse protest which was fully dealt with by 1.SS and Security Police).

What a shit show this topic is. This is literally listed in the rules (the common FailRP infractions document) if you actually read through all of them, and you're basically arguing with Kraz at this point about the fact if it should be in the "common FailRP" document or not. I do not know why you are arguing with the banning staff member about it, if you believe that it shouldn't be in there just make a server suggestion (same goes for Beghemot who at this point is just posting to get his post count up, just make a suggestion). 
This has been a rule for as long as I can remember, just because you have either not been caught, not reported, or not punished by a staff member before does not warrant an unban and reversal of punishment seeing you said "i never in my 4 years of playing here have ever had a problem with". 
1.2.1: You must always remain in character on the server unless you are in an OOC situation (for example, a staff sit). You may only perform actions that make sense from an IC perspective. If you are not allowed to open/close a door while shackled, you shouldn't be able to press a button. The rule in itself is arguable, sure. But not when it states that it is FailRP to open/close a door.

The initial reason for the sit is false as this dupe is in no way prop block. Due to Gerhard Winters having to remove a part of the dupe which he has spent many hours building and which was in place over the past few weeks, not just in-game but also sent in discord like ss-pic posting, it resulted in him being mad. He did not understand that now it has to be removed. When Gerhard Winters said "it would look better if admins were not involved" you resulted in warning him for DTS Tier I. This is in no way DTS, as he is just saying that if he would not have to remove the middle part of the dupe it would look better. When you gave him the Tier II for calling you a "Virgin" that is fine.

You were speaking(Having a regular conversation) while you were dead which is failRP, the amount of people who are involved in this RP situation does not have any affection on your warning/ban, and doesn't change the fact that you broke server rules.

To be honest, the most of the punishments I have received were last year, when I had very little knowledge of this server and was still developing my understanding of the rules. From about December 2019, I started playing a lot more, joining 1.SS, and focused my time on both reading and understanding the rules. 
The only major incidents took place a few months ago. The first concerned itself with a Radio Abuse warning due to the fact that I did not know that radios are only allowed to be used in your own Playerbase and I was caught walking around Berlin holding a radio.
The second warning concerned the following incident: I was role-playing as a resistance member and was fined for dumping rubbish within a Muslim Church. I understand that my behavior at this time was unsuitable and should have reconsidered my actions. 
Since these warnings, I have become much more aware of my actions and focus upon reviewing the rules. In all cases, I was very grateful for the fair but firm feedback I received. 

State the role of staff on the server: The Role of Staff is to make sure that the people playing the Server follow the rules at all times. They do "staff sits" if players have questions or report someone not following the rules.
Give some historical context about the time the server is set in (75 words+): Germany started losing Fights. The Wehrmacht has just lost the Stalingrad and in Nordafrica for example the superiority of the Allies became more clear. 
Reichspropagandaminister Goebbels gathered thousands of Party members in the Sportpalast and promised them representing the whole Nation that Germany will win the war and to believe in Hitler's leadership qualities. In this speech, he announced the Total War which basically means that any resources Germany has or is making will be used for War. Women had to do jobs in replace of fallen men or were stationed at the Front to take over the work. They mostly had to work in the defense industry or in  the agriculture.
Underaged Kids were sent into the Volksturm. These are basically regional military associations where men from the age of 16-60 served, which weren't moved into the Wehrmacht. They mostly worked in the position of the Flieger-Abwehr-Kanonen (Flak) as a helper.
Germany as occupier preyed the conquered areas. They transported food, raw materials, and machinery into the Reich. When Germany had to fall back in the East, they destroyed food reserves, industrial plants and also whole villages and cities. This tactic is called "verbrannten Erde" and left the advancing Sowjets a destroyed landscape.
The German Bomber planes had started early bombing foreign countries. Especially in Great Britain and the Netherlands. From March 1942 American and British planes started airstrikes. Due to them destroying important traffic connections and industrial plants german was weakened.
For example where Rheinland-Pflaz (rheinland-palatinate) Ludwigshafen, Mainz, Bitburg, and Koblenz were very damaged. The Aim of the allies to moral bomb failed. Despite an estimated 600,000 deaths and major destruction, the will to persevere was strengthened.

Explain how you would handle these scenarios as a staff member:
1) You are told by a player in admin chat that another player is randomly killing people:
I would first tp to the player making the request and bring him to a roof to avoid disturbing other players roleplay experience. Then I question him on what happened. After he explained to me what happened I would verify this in the logs. If the allegations are accurate I would teleport the suspect to the roof and ask him why he broke server rules.
I would check his warns and game time. If he has under 1 hour of game time and the RDM he committed is not more then 2 players he will receive a Verbal warning. I would also suggest him reading the server rules. If he committed RDM to 3 or more players he will get a 1d-5d ban and a demotion. If he has more then 1 hour game time he will get a Tier I RDM warn and a kick telling him to read the Server rules.
If the person already has a Tier I or is an experienced player he will get a Tier II RDM or ARDM Tier II warn depending on what he did exactly. The number of people he killed/ attempted to kill will determine the period of the ban. If he has a Tier II RDM x1 he will receive a one day Ban.
2) You are asked by a player about how to become a Third Reich official:
I would teleport to the player and bring him to the roof. Then I´d start explaining the F4 menu and basic knowledge on the three main branches SS, Wehrmacht, NSDAP, and what they do. If he shows interest in a specific one I would go more into detail and show him how he can join. I would also remind him to make sure he knows the server rules as he probably is a new player. 
3) You catch somebody not performing RP and that are messing around:
Not performing role play can go in various ways depending on what the player did exactly, resulting in a Tier.
4) Somebody acquires a rank but is not willing to RP with it properly
I would ask the person what he is doing. I will explain to the person what his role does on the server and how to play it properly. Depending on the Rule breaks he committed he will be warned accordingly. I would give him a NITRP if he is not showing interest in what so ever and continuously isn´t roleplaying his job correctly.
5) A player is prop spamming:
 I´d take the player far away from others so if he continues spawning props it won't affect the members too much. Then I would freeze him (if still spawning props) and permanently ban him.

A Tier I rule break is if the player is new or if what he has done was unintentional. If the player is new, Tier I will be used. The Admin (if needed) can "kick" the Player with the message to read the server rules. If the error the player has created was excessive and anybody with common sense would know this was wrong, 
Tier I punishments can leade up to 5 day Ban + Demote. If the person is not interested in roleplaying they may receive a Tier I Ban of 1-2 weeks or if the person is not able to speak English this results in a 3 Month Ban   
A Tier II warning occurs if the player has been warned already for the same reason or the rule break was intentional. Tier II mostly results in a 1-day ban. These punishments differ on the Offence and can lead up to a permanent Ban of the server

2) Explain the difference between IC and OOC. Also, define Meta Gaming:
In Character is defined as acting and speaking as your Character. For example, if you are a 1.SS member you would only say and do what a 1.SS Member in that time would have said and done. OOC is you yourself talking. You can say whatever you want, but OOC is only allowed in text chat ( /looc; /ooc; /pm) rather than 
use oral communication. 

Meta Gaming is when someone uses OOC information his character normally couldn't get his hands on to do, specific actions. For example, if you were to see Auster Schumacher's name as a civilian on top of his head. Meta Gaming would be if you´d know
that it's Schuhmacher and kidnap him without him showing any sort of Identification.

3) Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP:
Semi-Serious RP is RP but not as serious, being able to say OOC in voice chat, not always having to adhere to what your character would do. Serious RP is when you are always acting what your character would do and stay in your role in the best possible way. Also making sure that passive RP is used to the fullest extent.
 
4) Define PassiveRP and explain it's role and importance in a serious RP gamemode:
PassiveRP is a key factor in having a good RP Server. PassiveRP would be for example doing roadworks or cleaning a vehicle because you can't really do it, but act like you are doing it with using /me

Combat Baiting is when you do something to make the other person react, mostly resulting in combat or arrest. An example here would be if someone were to walk up to an Orpo and gay dance. This would be Combat Baiting because there is no purpose in doing it.

I feel that I deserve the Staff title more than other applicants because I am first and foremost a very active member of the WW2RP Server. I´m patient too, preferring to take longer in a sitting to understand the situation to the fullest extent. 
In times where the server is not in peak operation, I am still active in looking for players breaking rules and considering how I would best guide them. I feel that I would be an excellent mentor since I am both passionate about this server, whilst at the same time have a strategic mindset 
and would enjoy the opportunity of inspiring new members to become active participants. Due to my experience over the last months, I am aware of the Server rules. I have received a good amount of recommendation not just of active Staff members but also from ex Staff members. At the end of the day, I want 
the community to stay as good as it is, always enforcing the rules and always have a Staff member on the server. The Werwolfgaming community has brightened my life over the last 7 months and that is why I would like to assist them to grow even bigger.

I think your application is really decent and detailed. I know you for quiet a while now and know you are a polite and kind person, in my opinion the perfect guy for staff. Hiya, you RP decently and are a respectable member of the community. The staff application was well written. The only major problem I have, though it doesn't really change your performance as a staff member is, as the others said, you are not extremely well known outside the SS. I'd say the best way to fix this is to go on jobs other than 1.SS such as civilian, resistance, FeSchuPo and others to get your around the people who play those jobs and as Schnee said, post more frequently on the forums.

From my previous experience with Max in the 1.SS, I could say that he is a very professional and dedicated member of the company/division, and is quite known in the community. Despite the fact that he got a DTS and DTP warn, his behaviour has now changed in my opinion and he is now respectful. Also the app is detailed in my opinion.
 
Therefore I'd give this staff application a +1

Well written application you took some time for it and it shows imo. You have been a member of the community for some time now, mostly active in the 1.SS. In my opinion you should be given a shot for Staff so I'm going with a

Very good candidate for staff, the only thing you are missing Vogel is people knowing you, you need to get people to remember you and know you. Make people know who "Vogel" is!

Hello there, let me give you my opinion on your application.
You answered the questions in the application correct and with detail, that shows that you have some knowledge on how to deal with a specific sit.
I think that you are going to be a good member of the staff team.
The only thing that you should improve is your activity on the forums. A lot of people say that you are not really known to the WW2 RP community, but I think that if you become more active on the forums this will slightly improve.
